The people that own the hotel are very nice and friendly.. loved how clean the hotel was.. and very close to everything..would deffently stay again.. beds are comfy and a good tv with all channels..

Very enjoyable and made to feel at home

The ruffled hotel was excellent both Alan and Jackie cannot do enough to make ours or any one else’s stay a good one nothing was to much trouble and they met every need.

The ruffled hotel was very clean and comfortable and had anything anyone would need .And it’s in a ideal location for the beach and shops.

Highly reccomend

Host and hostess were so accommodating. They couldn't do enough for you. Its difficult to find somewhere to stay to cater for mobility scooters and they charge them over night for you. Also the cooked breakfast every morning is delicious. It's really affordable considering it's a short distance from the beach and the main shopping area for skeggness. Definitely come back to stay !

Everything was perfect from the welcome and cup of tea 🍵 on arrival, the breakfast in the mornings. Couldn't ask for anything better.

Only good part was the Car Park under CCTV

So after travelling 85 miles, all I wanted was my room key, Instead of that we were ordered into the living room and given a lecture about where to go for fish and chips, Chinese, or what other food. I've been coming to Skegness for nearly 33 years so i know where things are. I used to work in the travel and hotel industry and that isn't what an 'arrival welcome' is. Especially taking at least 20 minutes, much easier to just give us our key and that's it. It felt like we were been given a lecture or something totally unnecessary. Absolutely 100% do breakfasts orders in advance however if people aren't having a full breakfast give them the option of having a couple of extra items many many other hotels will do this. There was no hair dryer in the room (luckily I brought my own) No hot water for the shower on the 2nd night. Lastly they was bleach stains on my bath towel. (Little tip if you have white towels and not black no one would see the bleach). Very small room for a twin one person had to wait outside whilst the other wanted to open the bathroom door.

the staff were lovely and friendly, very accommodating. the rooms were clean and comfortable. it’s a very nice home from home environment. the hotel was nice and quiet which is what I needed after 12 hour shifts.

Fantastic stay lovely couple

We had a wonderful time it was clean and comfortable the breakfast was very tasty the hosts was lovely and was treated like family they was a theme to each floor lego star wars and Harry potter which we found fascinating we will definitely be going there again

Really good and relaxing stay with the hotel well equipped. Friendly staff - helpful

Breakfast was great with plenty of choices. The area was quiet within walking distance to the town centre . The room was clean and was on the ground floor which was accessible for my wife's mobility needs. The WIFI signal was really good all over the property

Alan and Jackie made a point of welcoming us which helped create a friendly atmosphere. There was nothing that I didn't like

the hotel met every expectation and more lovey owners very nice polite sat down & spoke with us which was very nice had everything you needed in the room and down stairs with different snack and different drinks great stay all round. we plan to stay here again some time again 100% 🙂

Found this at the last minute, best decision I've made in a long time . Alan and Jackie are great hosts,made us very welcome..rooms were spotless,and very tasteful.breakfast was very good as well.

It was excellent - great breakfast, Jackie and Alan were wonderful - overall we had an amazing stay!

Excellent location, not too far from the centre of the town but quiet and comfortable - easy to get too and from by foot. The breakfasts were excellent and Jackie and Alan were excellent hosts who provided great information and were always friendly and approachable and very kind to the kids. Really excellent and enjoyable stay, will be looking to book again and would certainly recommend :)

Really nothing could have been better, we were very happy with our stay it was a great break before coming back to school and work.

Breakfast was fab!! Good location, quiet but near to everything. Jackie and Alan were excellent hosts, nothing too much trouble.

The bathroom was a bit small.
