Highly recommended

Great room in a great hotel with good food, both dinner and breakfast. Secure bike storage and good wifi, too.

Superb

Very nice staff, the lady responsible for the reception and restaurant was very kind and friendly (speaks German, Slovak and Hungarian). The dinner was very good. Free parking just opposite the hotel.

The rooms are small, but for a one night stay (which is, I suppose the majority of stays) pretty sufficient.

Pleasant

The place was clean, soap and towels were provided, room was warm despite it was freezing outside and the room was located in the attic. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

The furniture is very old, the feeling of the place is rather spooky. The bed was very bad.

it’s ok for an overnighter but will not be on my return to list

it’s newly renovated but already minor things are not working so a bit of a shame

we booked with breakfast included, on arrival told they don’t do breakfast included and they would normally charge 10 euro more paid same price as booked so don’t know how that works 😏

Easy to reach by bicycle. Hainburg is a nice village to visit. Near townhall.

Room bathroom wasn't clean, bedroom quite dusty. Breakfast was until 9.30 but at 8.30 there was no more food other than muesli and some fruits. No staff around to ask for help. Room was boiling hot, no fan available. Room overlooks a noisy trafficked road.

Despite the look of the room, the bed was comfortable, the food delicious, the water warm, the internet fast, the staff friendly.

the room and the bathroom need to be repaired, they look a little unpleasant with broken plates, swaying sockets and abraded furniture

It was just right în a nice small town fortress.

The staff was polite and relaxed

There was a gap between the door and the floor so i could hear the corridor noise.

Exceptional

Hotel staff is extremely nice, they know how to make you feel at home. Room really lovely and clean. Safe bike parking.very good dinner and breakfast.

Disappointing

Accomodation was more-less OK comparing to the price we paid.

The problem was that we didn't have breakfast which was included in price. We waited in the morning 45 mins but nobody appeared, There was neither no waiter nor cook. So we left without breakfast. Day before they told us breakfast is between 6:30 - 9:30 . We appeared at 7:30 and as I mentioned nobody was there, so we left 8:15.
