Only good thing about this apartment I can say is that the location was okay.
- MOLD
- Dirt all around the place
- furniture falling apart
- no locks in the toilet/bathroom
- 2/3 fans were falling apart
- owner didn't speak English
- kitchen was very sticky and gross
- towels smelled very musty and disgusting, didn't smell clean
- beds falling apart, bedding and pillows were smelly too
- (not quite a fault of the owner but the area) if you can't sleep at night with a party going across the street don't even bother
So nearly… everything? The pictures listed are very strategically taken so you can't see all the gross stuff that's actually there.
I’ll start with the accessibility - there was none, there were two floors we had to go up with very steep stairs.
Now something just smaller but I thought it's worth of notice - We were supposed to check in at 3PM but when we arrived at 3:10PM the key was not where we were told it would be and we had to ask around and look for it only for someone to be inside still.
Outside of the apartment was not appealing at all but we hoped it wouldn't be the same inside, however inside was even worse. There were no locks in the bathrooms, and the door were falling apart.
The apartment itself was incredibly dirty, there was mold in the shower, it smelled horribly, there was dust everywhere. Fridge had a horrible smell too. The towels had very musty, dirty smell and the beds were falling apart, so did many appliances in the apartment. Lots of things in the apartment were broken and not functional overall.
The owner of this place told us about a parking that is free during the weekend (the time me and my group stayed for) and once we went to grab our car we were greeted by a 100 EURO bill!
This stay was the most disappointing stay I ever had and I would not recommend it to anyone, Bratislava is a beautiful city but please pick another place, not this dirty cave.
Disappointing and GROSS

walking distance to old town (8minutes)
the curtains are not blocking the light, so you wake up at 7 o'clock

fantastic stay at this apartment, messaged owner as we arrived early and let us leave our bags at the apartment as it was getting cleaned and also let us stay extra hours when we left as we had an evening flight.
towels supplied were very little

Location near the City Center, big space, clean sheets.
It was not very clean, the microvawe and the Tv was not working. Hot Water very soon runs out.

Perfect location! Very nice, clean and comfortable! Next to public transport. Shops and restaurants around. Closer to all historical places.
The trams on the street are a little bit noisy if you trying to sleep.

Location is good and the flat can accommodate a group of 10 people. I called as i couldn't locate the box with the keys and the host was friendly and answered quickly. The flat was pretty clean even though its needs renovation.
It was super warm and the aircon units were old and not working. They did provide some fans but it was still really warm. The biggest room and ther lounge are facing a street with trams so you can't really sleep with the windows open (even when closed). It's way too loud if you're not used to it.
The mattresses (and furniture overall) were really old so we didn't sleep well.

On photos looks better than in real. Very good localization, near Old Town. A little problem with parking but near apartment is a garage (14 EUR/24h)
