About this apartment rental
The premiere celebrity suite - BEACHFRONT GROUND FLOOR at the beautiful Infinity Bay Spa & Beach Resort. This LUXURY suite is the BEST of the BEST and sleeps 2+2 kids (or 3 adults) in the center of West Bay Beach (rated one of the best in the Caribbean). Can also be booked as a 2 Bedroom Suite that sleeps 7+ (Search VRBO 1162410) or a 3 Bedroom Villa that sleeps 10+ (search VRBO 1075111).
Daily $50 Resort Fee, daily housekeeping, Gov't Sales Tax (15%) and Gov't Hospitality Tax (4%) are INCLUDED at the time of booking. Nothing extra for you to pay at the 24 hour front desk when you check-in.
Why book a private house or condo only to regret after you arrive that you don't have a perfect sandy groomed beach to enjoy! We frequently get notes from travelers that thought their beach would be nice, booked somewhere else, and then found themselves trying to get to our massive infinity edge pool and beach each day. If you aren't right on half-mile long West Bay Beach, you won't be happy.
Come enjoy your dream vacation at the highly rated Infinity Bay Spa & Beach Resort with amazingly calm, clear and warm water, soft white sand, infinity pool with bar, maid & bell & room service, cool A/C, backup power, water filtration, spa, dive center, private water taxi boat, and so much more!
Enjoy restaurants on property and along the beach, or make snacks, tropical drinks, fresh seafood and more in your full kitchen. Our villa is perfect for families and groups. Some of the best snorkeling and diving in the world is just 5 minutes off the beach here, providing incredible convenience for experienced divers (less time in a boat and more time in the water and back on vacation) and making it easy for anyone interested to learn to scuba. Back at the villa, you can relax in the spacious and upscale accommodations of a luxury home - but with all the benefits of a modern resort including complimentary airport/ferry dock shuttle, maids, wait staff, bar tenders, 24-hr security and maintenance, private beach, 300 ft infinity pool, live music, restaurants, breakfast and specialty buffets, purified tap water, optional all-inclusive food & drink package, on site dive center, pickups for zip lines, eco-park tours, etc. and more.
The full breakfast buffet is $13.50 or you can choose an all-inclusive option ($63.50 per person per day) or $93.50 with house drinks included. These are all huge advantages of staying at this resort versus a house. We invite you to discover our unforgettable resort island paradise villa for yourself.
Enjoy tropical drinks on your private wrap-around covered terraces, or step right onto the beach. Take a few more steps you can dive into the beautiful ocean. Nearby you'll find the gorgeous pool and the adjacent palapa covered bar with delicious concoctions, fresh seafood and more.
Our family has been fortunate to travel much of the world. We first visited Roatan in 2016 and immediately fell in love. We now have spent many months there total, and know the island well. We'll be happy to answer any questions you have, and will be back on the island this coming summer.
More and more travelers are learning about Roatán - the hidden gem of the Caribbean. Norwegian, Carnival, Princess and other cruise lines visit frequently, and the airport offers direct flights from the U.S. on American, Delta and United. Many other international carriers also serve the airport and visitors arrive on the ferries from the mainland or the neighboring island of Útila. BUT all these tourists want ONE thing on this 37 mile long island - to go to West Bay Beach - and you are already in the center! You can stroll along the beach and visit other nearby resorts, explore their restaurants and bars - or jump into the resort's water taxi for the quick 10 min ride over to West End where you'll find even more things to do and see.
Parking is available at the resort, but a rental car is really not necessary. There is a complimentary Infinity Bay airport and ferry terminal shuttle. We use a local driver/guide who can meet you inside the airport, load your bags, stop at the grocery/liquor store for you to stock up, and unload everything right into your fridge for $40+tip (total/not per person). Let us know if you would like this option which we HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
The Infinity Bay water taxi motor launch (boat) at the private dock can run you to West End (10 minutes) for shopping, restaurants, several small grocery stores, sightseeing and activities - and will return to pick you up whenever you would like. There are also other water taxi available on the beach ($3/person and free for children) will take you many places, or the front desk can call a regular taxi/van to take you anywhere on the island (large grocery store in Coxen Hole for ~$25, day long island tour for ~$100, etc.) Many tour operators (zip lines, etc.) also pickup right at the front lobby of the resort.
The 24-hr attentive and friendly English speaking resort staff will tend to all your needs.
(Recent review from Karla R. (Libertyville, IL) - "This place is great! Right in front of the beach, next to the restaurant, bar, and pool. It was great waking up to the ocean sights and sounds! The condo was clean, well-maintained, spacious, and comfortable. Our host was great--he communicated with us every step of the way, gave us information & tips about Roatan restaurants, sight-seeing, etc. Staff at Infinity Bay were friendly & hospitable. Our favorites were Jorge the waiter at La Palapa and Steve McQueen & Ziggy the bartenders. Great customer service all around."

Beautiful location and love first floor and beach front view. Did have an unexpectant visitor in our room, a small crab that could run and hide faster than i could scteam for my husband! Lol. Van and Laura's place is amazing!

My family loved this place. Right on the beach, good space for the four of us. And we had some last minute flight issues that the owner was happy to work with us on date changes. Cannot wait to go back!

The owner communication is very good. They help you with everything and respond very quickly. The location is as advertised. It is about 20 m from the water.

Best location in resort.

kitchen needs a few more small items: bottle opener, kitchen towel

Property was as described. You do need to buy your own soaps, any toiletries you need, laundry soap, etc as those are not provided.
We did not request housekeeping and they came in anyway and $200 went missing off the dresser. Owner told us they probably thought it was a tip, which it was not, we had simply just gone to the gym for an hour or so.
We did find several roaches throughout our 6 days here, I guess it's to be expected on the island, but our room backed up to the pool house kitchen, so maybe not?!
Overall, it was really just a place for us to sleep, so it was sufficient.

Enjoyed 5 nights in this condo located about 20 meters from the water. Very pleased with the location, great sunsets. Restaurant also 20 meters away and they would bring our order to our patio, very accommodating. Owners were super quick to respond, answer questions, and make reservations. We used his recommended driver(s) and they were awesome. Condo has very minimal dishes, pots, and pans - but who cooks on vacation anyway. If you want to snorkel - this is your place. In travels around the Caribbean - doesn't come any better than this. The only no-go item for us is the lack of consistent internet and we heard from locals it was true of West Bay in general. Really the internet was mostly down for us or speeds of 9 Mbps, 30 Mbps, etc. Just too slow and too many people on that network. We are not in a place professionally to be away from consistent internet. If you can work around that this is an awesome place ran by awesome people. Can't recommend it enough.

Had a great time in Roatan! I especially liked it because of all the workers we're so nice. If you like people watching, and nightly entertainment, this place is for you! You are right in the middle of it all! If you go, buy from the locals, especially Matthew the Banana Bread Man! Sooooo Good! And the fruit sellers on the beach is very good too! Lots of locals selling their products on the beach as they do need to make a living! We loved staying in Van's unit, very clean and the perfect location! Thank you Van!!

This property was in a great location, we had a great time once we were settled in.

The property was nice and the condo unit was good. It was on the first floor, close to the beach and right next to the pool, bar and restaurant which was right in the middle of everything. If that's what you're looking for you'll love being in the midst of all the action. We would've preferred something a little quieter and away from all the activity.

This condo lived up to our every expectation. It has a wrap around porch on the beach, with the convenience of a ground floor entrance. Furniture and King sized bed are very nice. Fully stocked kitchen allowed us to avoid the $38 charge for the breakfast buffet. We'll definitely go again

This was the perfect location. You literally step out of the condo onto the beach. It was very clean and it was exactly as the pictures on the website. The owner answered all my questions before arrival and the front desk helped with anything you needed while there. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

Location, location, location.
It was very convenient to stay in the beachfront, first floor room. The beach in front of this resort has the best snorkeling and more room than at other spots along the West Bay ( the buoys -boat free area- are set far away from the shore). The first 30 yards or so is shallow water with white sand and great visibility. You can also dive from the shore. We saw rays, lobsters, all kinds of fish, etc.. The dive shop is excellent. The longest boat rides to other good spots (other than diving off the shore) is 20 min. The reef and fauna are great ( turtles, octopuses- night diving, etc). This is great spot for families, recreational and hardcore divers.

Van was awesome. This is a nice unit right on the beach and even though Van was clear about how busy it is, we still didn’t expect the pumped in music every day. It made sitting on our beautiful deck distracting and the cruise ship people arrive almost everyday to jam up the gorgeous beach. If you want action around you at all times this place is great.

Amazing property and even better owner. Van is terrific with helping get through the logistics and providing suggestion for island todo’s. Wouldn’t hesitate recommending this very special Vrbo.Lewis

My wife (non-diver) and I (diver) had the privilege to stay from August 1-11 in unit #101! The simple thought of traveling to Honduras had us both a little on edge, but take a deep breath and soak in the best property hands down, not only at Infinity Bay Resort but in Roatan. The owner Van put us at ease from the start, was in direct contact and answered any questions(prior, during and after) and his recommendations were spot on, the fact of the matter is I wish we had more time to try more restaurants! The unit is right on the beach with great views, a beautiful wrap around balcony, and the envy of everyone at the resort! The La Palapa beach bar staff is fabulous and will tend to your every need, great coffee and food. Airport Transportation: Infinity Bay does provide transportation, but Van arranged a personal driver to allow us to stop in Coxen Hole for supply’s (bread, milk, lunch meat, booze, etc.) the greatest part of this personal service was he informed us of some of the local products that are outstanding, nice touch! The ride from the grocery store was easy as we had our own personal tour guide along the way to describe the area! The first day I scheduled dives with Infinity Divers and (they are the best), walked the beach in both directions stopping for drinks and checking menus and schedules for evening entertainment! I was concerned about the food factor but wow, the restaurants all around are fantastic! The water taxi to West End is simple and easy $3 US and you are loaded with shops and restaurants again, win win! The beach is beautiful, the water is crystal clear and the resort is immaculate! The staff personal do an incredible job, from the grounds to the towels and the 24 hour security left no worries about leaving my wife while diving or personal belongs on a beach chair for a quick dip! Any snorkelers should know that reef is right of the beach and it is healthy! The mornings are gorgeous and the water is like glass, catch the banana bread man it is fresh, the sunsets are stunning, so my suggestion is don't pass the opportunity to stay in this unit with Van (you won't regret it), tip the hard working help, take a walk on the beach and enjoy! Remember the dress code is casual so pack light and simple. Van was spectacular in putting things together for us and we will back bringing friends!
