Shower head too powerful!

mooi hotel, enigszins wat verwijderd van het stadscentrum, maar dat zorgt ervoor dat het betaalbaar is
eigenlijk niets, was niet ver van het vliegveld, toch weinig geluidsoverlast gehad.

This was the nicest place I’ve ever stayed at in San Diego. Nice location, very clean rooms & bathrooms, comfy beds. The breakfast was so delicious. Staff & manager were all so nice. Great service.

Die Lage war sehr gut, sehr nah am Flughafen. Die Zimmer ausrechend groß. Große Küche.
Keine Bar, kein Restaurant in der Nähe, welches offen war.

Hot sausage and egg was available if you got to breakfast on time before the crowd.
Clean, quiet room.
Get down to breakfast as it opens or you will not have seating nor selection. Poor busing of the seating areas with no nearby trash cans to encourage diners to discard their own trash.
Plenty of parking, but they still charge $15 for overnight even with the $200+ per room fee.

2. Breakfast includes standard options along with scrambled eggs and pork sausages.
3. Comfortable accommodations.
1. Proximity to the airport may lead to occasional noise from airplane engines.

The location is great. I literally walked to the airport for 11 minutes and arrived on time. They do have a Shuttle to the airport but I needed to leave at 4am and the shuttle would not depart on time.
There was a funky smell in my room and restroom. It smelled like weed or a skunk. I think it was coming through the vents.

Location was good
We arrived at 10:45pm and was told that the shuttle closed down at 10:30pm. The shuttle driver was still there and he offerec to stay while I went and returned the rental car. He asked me to call the front desk to have him come and pick me up at the airport. By the time I dropped the rental car off and called the front desk it was 11:30pm. The front desk attendant said the shuttle driver was sent home at 11:30pm. I was stuck at the airport with no transportation to the hotel. I am recovering from major hip surgery and walk with a cane. I had to call an uber to pick me up and had to walk a considerable distnce to find the uber pick up location. I was very upset and the uber cost me $25.

Great stay, clean, and friendly staff, and close to airport
One of the elevator was down the whole 5 days of our stay.
7.0 / 10.0
- Location: The hotel's location is a was nice, it was short drive to downtown and other SD attractions. It's also conveniently close to the airport.
- Effective AC: The air conditioning system worked well
- Quiet Room
- Felt Safe
- Big Closet
- Kitchen
- Nice Pool and Outdoor Sitting
- Room Size: The room booked for three people was small, and it became cramped when the sofa bed was opened, making it difficult to move around.
-Sofa Bed wasn’t clean
- Breakfast Quality: The breakfast offered was mediocre, with pre-packaged sandwiches that were not freshly made, which affected the overall quality and healthiness of the breakfast.
-Room Cleaning: We didn’t received any room cleaning in 3 day 2 night time we were there When I called the front desk to ask for clean towel, they said we needed to schedule room cleaning if we wanted I wish they were mentioned this during the check in!
-Elevator Issues: The hotel had two elevators, but during most of out stay, only one was working. This led to longer waiting times and inconvenience for guests.
-Restroom Door: There was an issue with the restroom door not closing fully, even after a repair attempt, affecting privacy and comfort.

The complimentary breakfast options exceeded expectations for sure and the staff were really nice
We booked a 2 queen room as we needed separate beds and they gave us a room with one bed and then said they couldn’t accommodate our pre paid 2 beds as they were full. I thought that was bizarre . If someone pre pays for something 2 months in advance you should set that specific room type aside for the day they arrive

Check in was slow even though they're not busy. We got a hard hearing room even we are not disabled. It on the second floor with a view of the roof top so we have no view as all. Not much of a view any way. Room new pretty and good sound proof all 4 sides around except up stairs as we can heard the guests above us when they moved around. Breakfast decent but we paid for it not free.
More friendly front desk. I thought it has an indoor swimming pool.

Desk clerk was lovely and embarrassed about our room not available situation. She did her best for us. Free airport shuttle was on time and reliable.
I notified them of our late arrival because we were attending a concert and when we arrived 1/2 before the time I told them we would be there, they said all the double queens were sold! Offered a king and sofa bed or go to another hotel at 11:00 at night. Who wants to sleep on a sofa bed but what option, we were exhausted traveling since 5:00 that morning. They did give a discount on the room but we were not happy at all.
