About this house rental

All linens included. Immaculate with new central a/c, secluded, just across the street from the gulf of Mexico. Walking distance to Frenchy's, beachcomber, sand pearl, groceries, and church. Includes cable, high-speed internet, Jacuzzi, laundry room, beach chairs and whatever else is necessary to complete your stay. Unit has been recently updated with new furnishings, large flat screen television, flat screens in each bedroom and one of a kind beach table which includes a variety of items for all ages.
The property is two houses away from the beach access; which makes for a great stay!

Im leaving this review not to sound negative but to be informative. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep then it’s more than perfect. The place adequately met our needs and was private. We were surprised to find that it was a guest house in a backyard but it was well secluded. There was just zero views of anything besides the building we were behind. The place is not equipped with smart TVs only very basic cable. Usually that wouldn’t matter but due to some occasional bad weather we were stuck indoors more than expected so the ability to stream would have been preferable. Host was friendly and great at communicating and overall we were happy with our stay. The best parts were the distance to the beach and the trolley and even walking distance to food and drinks. Also there was garage parking that wasn’t mentioned in the listing that was a very nice surprise. Overall I’d give this place a 4.5 star rating.

The Bungalow is in an amazing location & had everything we needed for our stay! The walk to the beach was only a couple of minutes. Marilyn was the best host, she took us to the market & gave us a short tour of the town! She brought us doughnuts for our last full day & answered all questions we had in a timely manner!

This property is so affordable and is in a great location! The white sand is less than two minutes from the house. We had everything we needed for our stay, including plenty of beach towels, toys for the kids, a large beach umbrella, chairs , and a wagon to haul it all. The host is SO sweet! She even brought donuts to us on our first morning there! I would stay here again just to visit her again!

The location of this property is absolutely perfect if you like being away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to it to enjoy. The beach access is perfect and the beach by the bungalow was very private and not crowded at all. The bungalow itself is nice and the host was an absolute delight and very responsive to needs. It was a little dirty upon arrival and not quite ready to receive guest. But we understand life happens and was not that bothered by it since there was things on hand for us to straighten up.

Guest house in lovely neighborhood. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Property had everything we needed for the beach….wagon, chairs, umbrella and toys for kids. Beach access was only a couple houses away and the beach seemed very private being in a residential area. Property is under a mile away from all the action in town. Marilyn is the sweetest host. Looking forward to another visit next year.

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Clean and cozy, steps from beach (which feels private—not busy at all like beaches more in town). Walking distance to bars, food, shopping. We also very much enjoyed the hot tub at night. Marilyn was awesome and even took us for groceries on the first day. Would love to come back with the kids next time. Thanks Marilyn!

Marilyn is the perfect host. She welcomed us by taking us to the grocery and giving us a small tour of Clearwater by car. The bungalow is just a few houses down from the beach in a quiet neighborhood which we enjoyed. The fun and attractions are just a half a mile to a mile from the bungalow. The owner Marilyn is absolutely the sweetest. The bungalow is literally a short walk to the beach and with it being in a neighborhood this area is not as crowded as the areas with hotels. I definitely would stay and even refer friends to stay here. She has plenty of beach needs already for ya, chairs, towels, umbrella and a cart.

Quaint 2-bed cottage behind main home was the perfect location to cross the neighborhood street and be on the beach in seconds. Wonderful hostess lives in main home if you need anything. Hot tub was sparkling clean and private — no shared spaces, which was a lovely surprise for the incredibly affordable price. Photos are accurate - this is a quiet neighborhood away from the busy main street. We wanted a calm private stay with quick beach access and this home absolutely delivers.

My husband and I were so impressed by the cleanliness of the bungalow that was filled with anything that we needed from the well stocked kitchen to the more than ample supply of towels and linens. Just a short walk across the street to the beach. Many stores and restaurants are within walking distance. Marilyn is a perfect host and such a caring, wonderful person. She is always ready to do anything to make your stay so pleasant. During a heavy rain, she even guided us through her home to the bungalow so we didn't get wet. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you Marilyn.

This is our 2nd trip to Clearwater. Both times we stayed at this location. Literally you are a 5 minute walk from downtown Clearwater Beach and the beach itself is located across the street. We absolute love Clearwater and the bugalow we stayed in, not only do we love the place, we also love Ms. Marilyn who owns the property. You wont find a sweeter human. On our last day we woke up to donuts waiting on us from her. Shes an absolute delight. Good people equals the best stay! We will definitely be going back!

First let me say the host Marilyn is the BEST host I have ever had. She is so warm, welcoming and helpful. She has thought of literally everything I we will surely use her place each and every time we are in Clear water. The location is awesome. Right across the street from the beach and within walking distance of everything. We did not rent a car because it is just not necessary. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked. The water is hot. The jacuzzi was better than the one I have at home. The little backyard is just wonderful! I would give it 10 stars if I could. Thank you Mrs. Marilyn. Eres la mejor!

I love the cute little bungalow. It was spotless and very comfortable. The location was amazing. It really is just steps to the beach. The manager, Marilyn, was very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this. I hope to be back again.

This was a very special girls trip for my BFF of 33+ yr. and myself. We were looking for something clean, private, quiet, with a fully equipped kitchen & near the ocean. We found that & MORE. I had alot of questions about the Beachy Bungalow, so, I sent several messages leading up to our stay to Marilyn. I was shocked how quickly she responded, each & every time, answering all my questions. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised how nice this really was. From the clean HOT tub, tons of towels, linens, paper towels, toilet tissue, klennex, even a small container with band-aid's. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The beds were so comfy with memory foam, TV's in both BR's & a big screen TV in the LR. There's a wagon w/big wheels for pulling through the sand at the beach, along with beach chairs & umbrella. The beach was literally two houses down and across the street with a boardwalk going down to the sand. It was like having a private beach, there may have been 10 people that we saw total, over a 4 hour visit. Marilyn checked on us EVERYDAY to see if we needed anything. We had rented a car, so, we had transportation, but, before she even knew that, she offered to take us to the store if we needed anything. If you're looking for fancy, this is not the place for you. BUT, if you are looking for something nice, clean, well stocked, and a people pleaser, something quaint with ALOT of character, you have DEFINITELY found it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND & we will be back.

This was our second time staying here and it was just as great as last year! The location is perfect for beach access, which isn’t crowded at all at that part of the beach. Still walkable to shops and restaurants too. We’ll be back next year!

Marlyn was awesome. She went out of her way to make sure the kids were happy. Brought cookies and donuts for the kids. Marlyn let us take mangos home that feel from the tree. The place was three houses down across the street from the beach entry. We defiantly come back. You're the best Marlyn and an excellent hostess.
