Clean, well laid out and great location. The property was perfect for our stay! Bart is an excellent host!

Our stay was for 4 nights. Myself, two adults,1 teen. Accommodations as described in brochure. Very warm and cozy place. A large veranda with tropical plants and flowers surrounding it. Neighbors are quiet. Natural winds come down the mountain slopes making any time spent at the house comfortable. When the wind is in slack mode, mosquitoes do come out. No roaches were seen inside of the house at anytime. Beds were medium hard and comfortable. Basic pots and pans for self cooking. Microwave, coffee maker, large fridge and full size stove. More than enough dish ware and cutlery for six persons. This is a very comfortable alternative place to stay than a hotel. Quite, relaxing, self contained, I highly recommend “The Jasmine House “ It is not far from the hotel should you want a restaurant sit down dinner. Thank you to the property manager for making a great part of our holiday so enjoyable. Thank you Vrbo for arrangements, will book with you again.

This lovely cottage is located in a convenient, walkable neighborhood in Lanai City! We had a relaxing week at this property and it was comfortable for our small family!

My family and I loved the Jasmine. It was just the right size for 4 adults and two children. The kitchen had everything, helping to cut back on the need to eat out. We hoped to take advantage of the outdoor space but the trip was planned during an unfortunate wind storm. When we could sit outside it was very pleasant and private. We made use of the beach chairs and coolers provided by the host. They were a lifesaver. The only negative I would mention was the bedding had been washed in very fragrant laundry soap. One of my family member’s migraines are triggered by fragrances; the sheets and comforters had to be rewashed with fragrance-free detergent before they could sleep. Other than that, we would definitely stay there again.

Rental was straight forward, no issues. Had a great stay and would rent again.

My husband and I were thrilled to stay in Jasmine house for 12 days in August. The wrap around porch was beyond lovely and comfortable . The bedrooms/ bathrooms/ kitchen were well equipped . We were delighted that the home was able to cool down at night, thanks to the fans, the windows and of course the location. The home was very clean. Lanai City is a must see . So many great restaurants. The people in the city are very friendly and always made us feel welcome. There is so much to do on the gorgeous island of Lanai. Jasmine House is a fabulous location. You can enjoy days at the beach, hiking , big exploring and get back to a lovely, comfortable, cool home. Bart Baldwin is wonderful to work with when planning a vacation. He is trustworthy, responsive and will support and advise as required. Staying at Jasmine House made our trip to Lanai extra wonderful. We look forward to staying her again. Mahalo!

What a fantastic stay! Bart was super-helpful and informative before and during booking, and he went above and beyond while we were at Jasmine House. The home was just ideal… very well-furnished/renovated with great indoor and outdoor living areas, a well-stocked kitchen, comfy mattresses, and more. The well-landscaped location on a quiet side street was awesome. I loved sitting outside on the wraparound porch with my coffee and a book. Super peaceful and private. It’s also an easy walk into town to Richard’s market, Ganotisi, Lanai City Grill, shops, the theater, etc. The addition of a Jeep rental – again, thanks to Bart – was great for exploring the island. I definitely plan on booking Jasmine House when I return to Lanai!

We stayed at the Jasmine House in Lanai City. It was perfect for our family of 6 to enjoy visiting family and friends. Bart did a great job getting us prepared and we were able to rent jeeps one of the day on the island and had a complete blast. Thanks Bart and the team for all your help and hospitality. The Jasmine House exceeded our expectations! The host, Bart was readily available to answer any questions we had throughout our 5-day visit to Lanai. The best VRBO experience we've had. The kitchen is fully equipped, and bathrooms completely appointed with towels and other necessary's. The bathroom/washer room off the master bedroom is laid out exceptionally well. Anything you might need in Lanai is just a 5 minute walk away. What a wonderful community. For a great value & delicious lunch try the green panini's at the gas station deli :) Thank you Bart!
