Luxurious furnishings and spacious interiors centered around the expansive water views perfectly compliment the beautiful outdoor spaces. Slow down, relax and prepare for life the way it should be at Seaside Retreat. This home is located in the private community of Key Cove Landings, on an exclusive lane of waterfront residential homes. The perks of this little-known location are many: walking distance to the essentials such a Publix grocery store and the largest shopping center on the island, while still being tucked away in your own quiet neighborhood. This home includes plenty of off-street parking in the private garages, as well as on the driveways in front of the house.
This home’s highlight is the wall of floor-to-ceiling windows facing the water to provide the optimal view from every part of the house. The large open plan living room has a spacious seating area with plush couches around a large HD flat screen Smart TV. One of the couches also pulls out to a Queen-sized sleeper sofa for additional guests. There is a dining table with seating for up to 8 diners, with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The gourmet kitchen has state-of-the-art appliances and is fully equipped with all of the tools and utensils for an upscale meal at home.
The master bedroom has a King sized bed, a large flat-screen HD TV, and an en-suite bathroom complete with a glass shower, large Jacuzzi tub and separate room for the facilities. The master bedroom also has a wall of floor-to-ceiling glass doors opening out to your waterfront balcony. The second bedroom has a King sized bed, a flat-screen HD TV, large walk-in closet, and a glass sliding door with access to the waterfront balcony. The third bedroom is also on the 2nd floor with a Queen bed, flat screen TV and its own access to the back balcony. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom in the 2nd floor hallway. On the main floor there is a fourth bedroom with two twin beds that seamlessly convert to a King bed upon request. This bedroom also has a flat screen TV, and a full bathroom down the hall.
Out back is one of the highlights of this home: the covered lanai and pool area. The covered outdoor dining area comfortably seats six for a poolside meal. The pool is heavenly, with views of the open water and visiting heron on the tropical greenery that surrounds the back yard. There is also a pool lounge area with comfortable chaises in a piece of deck that gets equal sunshine and shade. The backyard is complete with a large propane grill for a poolside BBQ.

This home is absolutely amazing! Gorgeous sunset & water views, have amazing photos from the balconies. The home has lots of space for our 6 guests and doggie to gather in the living & dining room. The management company was extremely accomidating, was able to give us an early & late check in/out. They leave you garage remotes so you can pull your car in, nice feature that we didn’t expect. The back and side yard is completely fenced in, if you have a dog this is a great feature as well. The master jacuzzi tub is big enough for 2 people. There are 3 full bathrooms, all have a bathtub. The house is so spacious and everything was very clean upon arriving. We didn’t have any issues at all. Would rent here again for sure. Gorgeous home & pool.

Seaside Retreat was the PERFECT place for our group. The pictures online simply don't do it justice. The home was beautiful, spacious, and extremely comfortable. So much gorgeous natural light. Such a great overall flow to it. Knowing that going in late June would mean a weather-gamble, we wanted a house that would feel like its own destination even if the weather didn't cooperate. This house certainly fit the bill. When the weather was beautiful, we soaked up sun in the pool; when storms rolled in, we watched from the balconies. No matter which direction we embarked out on, the drive only seemed to be 10-12 minutes max, making this an easy location to adventure out from. We really loved staying here, and sincerely hated packing up to leave. Key West Vacation Rentals was a pleasure to work with. Their team was responsive and extremely helpful. They seemed to go the extra mile every step of the way. We know Key West has many beautiful homes...but after such an exceptional stay, we only seem to have eyes for this one now.

This was our annual girls trip. We decided to try Key West this year. We were not disappointed. Great house in a nice location in the middle of town by the water with a nice view! Plenty of room for all of us! We had an awesome time! Hope to be returning someday soon!!!

We spent the spring-break weekend at the property with our three teenage kids. The location was nice because it was just a 15-minute bike ride into town but away from the hustle and crowds. We enjoyed beautiful views of the water. But what stood out most was the service. This is a professionally run property, almost like staying at a hotel. The house was clean, well kept, fully stocked. The property manager helped us book activities - scuba diving, jet skiing, chartered fishing boat, parasailing - and was super responsive. We will definitely be back.

Our gathering of family from cold weather parts of the US arrived in Key West for a celebration of a family members life, that as had recently lost, suddenly. The location was perfect. Choices of grocery stores, pharmacy and restaurants.The rooms spacious. An ample amount of towels in each bathroom, pool towels, even umbrellas at our disposal. The views from each balcony wereJust gorgeous, everyday.The observation deck just behind the house and down a bit was such a special spot for sun ups and sun downs. We spent much of our time on the 1st floor patio grilling out near the pool. We loved hearing Colors played 2xs each day from the Naval mother in Law would have enjoyed the days there. Our family needed this time together.

The property was a very clean and comfortable rental!! Checking in and checking out was a smooth transition. The vents were a little noisy especially the ones in the two bathrooms upstairs. Also the kitchen area down by the pool could use a little work as far as cleaning up the cabinetry and countertops. It was so nice to have a private pool! We did not use the grill, so cannot comment on that. The property provided garage door openers for the garages, which made it so much easier to come and go. Looking out on the water from our location was so peaceful every morning and evening! The only negative is that there are a lot of stairs to maneuver outside and inside every day.

We stayed at SEaside Retreat for my husband's 40th birthday with a group of seven adults. We had a fantastic time! The weather was unbeatable and spent most of our time outdoors. The house was just the right size with four bedrooms and three full baths. The kitchen was well stocked with a large table and seating area. The porches were used regularly with an awesome view of the water. The pool was a little chilly to swim. Someone came and cleaned the leaves out of the pool while we were there, and the water was clear, but it looks like the pool floor could use a scrub. Parking was easy and location was convenient to anything on the island. We were about 10 minutes from golf, 10 mins from fishing/kayaking, and 15 minutes from Duval/Old Town. If I were to go back to Key West again I would definitely look up this property to see if it is available. Thanks Key West Vacation Homes for a great stay!

The location of the house in a relationship to Key West is excellent. Has a great view of the water out back. Key West vacation homes (management group) did an excellent job of responding to any needs we had. The downside was that it’s located behind at Home Depot, which could be very noisy when they were loading and unloading trucks.
