La localisation et la disponibilité du personnel. Le sentiment d’être chez soi

Le lit était un peu trop petit pour deux personnes. Mon fils de grande taille s’est aussi plaint d’avoir les pieds hors du lit

Good apartment in a great location.

Good apartment with washing machine and usual kitchen facilities. Great location within walking distance of Waterfront. Good restaurants within easy walking distance.

There was no safe in the room.

A pleasant stay, but not overwhelmed.

Modern, spacious facility with all the necessary amenities. In close proximity to the city and beaches. Doorman was very friendly.

Elevator took very long to arrive to our floor every time. Painters and other construction workers were annoying right through our stay. Our parking lot was in the open air and sun. Rooftop area not very neat. Service at the reception desk not very good.

Disappointing for the price.

Location, size of room, room amenities were all good. Bathroom could be a bit bigger for the price paid.

Really poor service upon checking in. Room not ready at 15h00 in the afternoon! Staff disinterested. Convoluted system of checking in and parking. Elevator lobby being refurbished - can forgive that, but all walkways moving off the lobby were filthy. Swimming pool area also dirty (debris lying around the pool).

It was an up and down time at the property, but in the end mostly up.

I liked the property itself. It is a nice property in a good location.

So many things in the property did not work. The oven never worked. The air con didn't work the first day when we arrived, but was fixed the second day. If you boiled the kettle it tripped the breaker but finally after 2-3 days another kettle was brought. The balcony doors upstairs never worked and the blinds over the upstairs windows were so broken you had to manually pull them up and down. The lady we were to communicate with did not respond about 25% of the time. We were told upon check-in that only one outlet/light would work during load shedding. Fortunately there was not much load shedding or we would have been very upset about that. But it was not a deal breaker in the end.

Good location

Great location if you need to be close to the stadium.

Wet washing was left in die machine. Not enough towels were provided for everyone that booked. The lift to the pool deck needs serious renovating. During loadshedding, all the corridor lights were off, which made the entire place pitch dark. By now, this type of property, at this price, needed to have sorted out alternative electrical solutions.

Extremely brilliant.

Ooooh where do I start. Our host Terri is a super super host. Kind, responsive, very helpful and extremely friendly. The apartment is indeed luxury living. Comfortable beds and crispy clean linen. Definitely our moneys worth 🫶🏾 we will be back again in June and September 2024. Great and friendly staff as well.

Absolutely cannot fault anything! It was all perfect 👌🏾

Sehr gutes City Hotel

Die Lage des Hotels (Waterfront) ist wirklich super. Es ist eine sicherere gegen in Kapstadt. Unsere Wohnung war riesig und entsprach auf jeden Fall den Bildern. Jedes Schlafzimmer hatte ein eigenes Badezimmer. Die Küche war auch mit allem wichtigen ausgestattet und verfügt sogar über eine Waschmaschine. Direkt um die Ecke gibt’s auch einen Supermarkt. Der Ausblick aus unserer Wohnung war genial, direkt auf das DHL Stadion. Von der Dachterrasse, wo der Pool ist, sieht man auch über ganz Kapstadt. Das Personal war stets freundlich.

Die Schlüssel sind notwendig um zb den Aufzug zu aktivieren. Das ist schon nervig doch Leider funktionierte der Sensor öfter mal nicht. Der Pool Bereich gehört meiner Meinung nach etwas erneuert. Die meisten Stühle sind kaputt und die Liegen schmutzig. Schade, dass die Bar nicht in Benutzung ist.

Great place to stay, just needs a little tidy up.

Location, size and pool. Very convenient and close to everything that we wanted to do. Gorgeous old building, big rooms and high ceilings.

Needs a few repairs, we had two apartments and the ones front door is incredibly difficult to push open, neither rooms has working aircon or safe. Hinges on most cupboards need tightening as the doors hang at a slight angle.

We got a message a night before (that we didn’t even see till we landed in CPT) that our apartment was no longer available. After some heated arguments we were then offered alternative accommodation

Rude staff, dated property.

Nothing. This was the worst check in experience I have experienced at what should be an upmarket property. Not interested in ever returning.

The reception staff were terrible to deal with, rude and obnoxious. Not welcoming. Sat at the desk with a clear attitude of "I don't want to be here". He did not communicate properly and left us coming to ask every time why it was taking so long to check in. Communication was poor.

A wonderful place from which to explore Cape Town!

The location is brilliant - opposite the stadium and a short walk to the V and A waterfront or to green park. The last ent has everything you need!

You need to check in to get the codes to park but there is nowhere to stop whilst you check in.

great apartment, lovely location, good value for money

loved the suite, the location, the shower was amazing as well as the Casuarina wellness centre. we booked a wikideal massage which was excellent

bed was a bit uncomfortable as well as the sofa couch which was very uncomfortable to sit on

We had a wonderful stay.

The location is perfect and the staff were very friendly. The apartment itself was lovely and more than sufficient for our purposes.

The pillows were not very comfortable but then again I am very fussy about a pillow. We are also not used to the sound of city life but it is not unpleasant just made sleep difficult. It would also be lovely if hand soap was left in the bathrooms for guests
