Departamento Ideal

El departamento es perfecto

Las escaleras y es un problema llegar con las valijas si vas en auto ya que no se puede estacionar en ningún lado. Sugiero que la ubicación en el Google Maps se realice desde la puerta de entrada ya que está indicada sobre el contra frente (donde da la ventana) y te pierdes al llegar.

Apartament tak jak na zdjęciu, czysto, posiada ogrzewanie, niezbędne rzeczy do przygotowania posiłków. Apartament Capo usytuowany jest w cichym miejscu gdzie nie słychać hałasu z zewnątrz. Właścicielka bardzo miła pozwoliła nam na szybsze zameldowanie i późniejsze wymeldowanie.

+ 離火車站、轉運站步行約 5 分鐘，主要景點步行約 10 分鐘，相當方便 + 樓中樓給人很開闊的感覺 + 附早餐小點心 + 沙發很舒服 + 淋浴水溫、水壓正常

- 住宿外面出入較複雜，要多加留意（從火車站到民宿途中媽媽的背包被打開，墨鏡被偷走） - 床稍硬，枕頭稍塌 - 抽水馬達壞掉一晚，完全沒有自來水；房東有問我們要不要改訂別間，但我們喜歡這邊還是留下來了；房東給我們大罐飲用水先擋著用

Mi sono piaciuti molto i colori caldi della struttura, è moderna e pulita... mi ha fatto sentire molto a casa. Ho amato la cordialità dell'host che ci ha accolto, gentilmente ci ha anche spiegato come arrivare nei punti turistici. Abbiamo sfruttato molto la cucina essendo super fornita.

Avremmo gradito un asciugamano in più per il bidet

Tolle Unterkunft für einen Stadtbesuch

Sehr hell und ansprechend - tatsächlich noch etwas schöner als auf den Bildern. Alles da, was man braucht. Nähe zum Bahnhof und zum Centrum ist klasse!

Wenn man einen Punkt suchen möchte, dann eine Kaffeemaschine am Zimmer. Es gibt eine, die mit einem anderen Appartement geteilt wird - ist also grundsätzlich im Gemeinschaftsflur vorhanden. Genau wie Kaffeepads und kleine süße Teilchen.

Good location and good sized bathroom. Great it has a mini kitchen too and little balcony.

Quite hard to find the accommodation. Only gave us 2 toilet rolls for a 4 day stay for 3 people! One of the downstairs blankets smelt like sick. Floors had not been cleaned properly. Communication with host wasn't great.

Good location

Good location, a quiet street and a really nice bed, so you will be able to catch a good night sleep. The staff were very welcoming

Maybe it was bad luck, but during our stay, one day the boiler wasn’t working ( this was fixed very quickly), another day the bathroom flooded (this was also vfixed very quick) and the last day the WiFi didn’t worked. These are things they cannot control, but I guess after 3 things, I kinda expected some kind of gesture, something more than just an apology.

The Apartment was in the heart of Palermo, directly of the Main Street and everything was within walking distance. It is a modern Apartment and very clean. We were welcomed by Valentina who kindly waited for us at the Apartment she gave us a lot of tips and information.

gorgeous apartment in excellent location.

loved the property, really light and airy feel. The location in the city was perfect to walk around and explore from, check in was really easy, highly recommend staying there while in Palermo.

pillows were a little flat and uncomfortable for my personal tastes - a very very minor complaint!

Had an amazing stay at Maison Cuto. Location was prefect and the room itself was extremely clean and enough space for the three of us to chill out after a day of walking. Tizania who handled over our keys was super nice and gave us alot of infomation around the area and what to see and do, honestly she was so friendly and was amazing. even gave us her number incase we wanted to ask her anything throughtout our stay. Everything was as pictured.

Would definitely stay here again, but note the stairs up to appartment and the stairs up to bed.

Very close to Palermo Central railway station. Studio room with double bed, wardrobe and side tables located on a mezzanine platform above the living space reached by a relatively steep open tread staircase - the separate sleeping area was very good and made the studio feel like a 1 bedroom apartment. Excellent air conditioning, which coped with 40deg C hot spell. Full gas cooker with kettle for making tea (also capsule coffee machine which we didn't use during our stay). Welcome basket of nibbles/muffins/crisps & coffee capsules. Washing machine. Double bed settee in the lounge/dining/kitchen area.

3 flights of stairs to reach accommodation as building is in old part of city so no lift (reason scored 8 instead of 9 overall). No tea towels for drying washing up. Hiccup with pre-arrange meeting to collect keys at the street entrance. Had to phone contact number after waiting outside for a while - host arrived a short time after telephone call.
