This is a delightful jewel tucked away from the main highway but still convenient to it.

Breakfast is provided including organic products and the coffee is some of the best coffee I've ever tasted. The breakfast area is charming and has a reading nook area that I wish I could have taken advantage of while there but I simply ran out of time. The owners are friendly and made themselves available for any concerns if I had any. I wish I could've stayed longer. It's very peaceful.

I can't think of anything that would have made my stay better.

Gem in the desert

This was the best place we stayed in the entire trip. truly recommended to all wanting to visit Moab and it's surrounding in a cool quiet vibe. Great organic breakfast and the most beautiful rooms and shared spaces

We enjoyed our stay very much. We would stay again if we return to area.

The breakfast was satisfying being it was self serve and COVID precautions were still in place. Location was great.

Unique and Cozy stay outside of town

Great space away from the hustle and bustle of Moab. So quiet and spacious. We had 4 people staying in a room and it was a comfy stay despite not having separate bedrooms. The breakfast is pre-prepared and ready to go no matter what time you wake up. The property is so amazing and the host is very kind and responsive. Just a short drive from town and definitely worth the distance. There was also an AC unit in the room if it got hot.

Great stay

Was an awesome room! The little breakfast area was nice and the fish pond was nice. Its just outside of Moab, literally a 2 min drive into the center of town so you away from the hustle and busil of a rather large town. It is easy to get to head horse point as well as canyonland.

Highly recommend!

The location is out of the busiest area from Moab. But we really enjoy the quietness. The beautiful garden and pond are the highlight! Yoga barn is great place to stretch out after a long hike :-)

the couple managing created a relaxed, beautiful, restful atmosphere including a pond, breakfast area outdoors, etc. They were delightful and were proactive in making us comfortable and quick at answering questions. Altogether delightful

The perfect place to stay.

Great location, quiet, felt like home. Great room (Eagle room) with a wonderful view. Very peaceful setting. Breakfast was great. This is a go at your own pace property. Beautiful garden and pond. Easy to find and easy access to town. We will book this place again.

Wonderful choice off the beaten path.

A wonderful oasis away from the traffic and noise of downtown. Extremely quiet setting. Wonderful room. Our host was great. Met us at check in and helped us familiarize ourselves with the property. Breakfast was grab and go downstairs or you could sit down in the comfortable setting there. A full compliment of breads, bagels, yogurt and other items made for a good start to our day. We also had a nice porch sitting area to enjoy as the evening temperatures cooled. All in all, a very welcoming place to stay.

This is the most special place that I have ever stayed. I really didn't want to leave.

This property is so special and the owner is so lovely. There is so much care and attention put into every inch of this place. The organic breakfast was amazing. It was so peaceful to visit the gardens, the pond, the sheep and the chickens on the property.

I thought the breakfast was a little short, if you didn't want a starch there was not much available. The property had a lot of deferred maintenance
