Beautiful PRIVATE waterfront condo located within walking distance to the beach! Enjoy canal views from the unit, located on the 2nd floor. Desk space provided so that you can work from home and walk to the beach on your lunch break.

Minutes to shopping and restaurants. 15 minutes from Ft. Lauderdale Airport and 40 minutes to Miami.

The space

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo will sleep 6 adults or children, plus a pack-n-play for a baby!

The Master bedroom includes a king bed, full bath, smart tv, and private balcony overlooking a serene waterfront canal.

The guest bedroom has a full size bed, smart tv, pack-n-play and a full bath is located just outside this bedroom. (both bathrooms include stand up showers, no bathtubs).

In the living room you can enjoy watch your favorite Netflix shows on the large flat-screen. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to make a gourmet meal or you may cook-out on private deck with our grill. There is grocery delivery available and some of the best local restaurants just minutes away! Watch the sunset and boats by from our private deck and balcony all with comfortable sitting areas.

Private entrance, full kitchen, desk/work area, free wifi, crockpot, microwave, kuerig, plates and utensils, 2 bedrooms with king beds, sofa bed, master bed room offers a private balcony overlooking waterfront canal, private deck with outdoor dining table, chairs and grill, 3 smart tv's with free Netflix.

This property is located across the beach overlooking the intracoastal and truly was just a short walk to the beach. Spacious and clean it was perfect for a family looking for all the comforts of home right at the fingertips.

Pros: close proximity to the beach, grocery store and restaurants Cons: pans are warped, knives don't cut well, oven doesn't heat or cook well. At no fault of anyone it rained our whole trip, when asked to check in an hour early to beat the storm since on second floor, was told no. Roach and ants, she said due to rain. Can only use washer and dryer after 3pm No extra garbage bags except 2 in kitchen, needed more. No extra paper towels. Back bedroom mattress kept shifting off boxspring. Floors were still dirty at arrival, feet were dirty and had to wear socks and slippers the whole time inside. No broom, vacuum or swiffer. She was made aware and didn't offer to have cleaned. Netflix kept signing out. Maintenence there over an hour trying to get connected. If they replace the items listed above and add a swiffer or broom it will be an amazing rental.

This was our 1st VRBO experience & we'd definitely stay here again. The property was immaculate and tastefully decorated with fantastic water views. We appreciated all the attention to detail...the specially folded towels made us feel like we were staying at a boutique hotel. We would have given the property 5 stars based on appearance, location, & comfort except that the pullout couch could use a thicker mattress; also, it didn't have a blanket so we borrowed one from the master bedroom, but were still cold as the A/C works extremely well. There were a plethora of items available for use at the beach. The only item not provided by the host was a hair dryer. Overall, we would highly recommend this property for 4 adults, but not 6, unless that pullout mattress is replaced.

The property was equipped with beach, chairs and umbrella and a wagon for a convenient walk across the street and down the path to the ocean front. It was conveniently located to a convenient store and shopping if you needed to pick up something last minute. Loved to stay and the location I would highly recommend.

We were greeted with a nice and fresh smell once we entered. The beds were comfortable and clean and the two bathrooms including showers are a great addition. It all had a very 'at home' feeling to it. I was thinking about only giving four stars for cleanliness because there were a couple of big stains on the pillows on the couch, but all in all, kitchen, bathrooms, floors and what nots, were very clean. We appriciated the layout, the nice little details, enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Beautiful and comfortable place. Very clean place! Our 3 time staying here and we enjoy it more every time we come to Pompano. The house has everything you need for cooking, it is walking distance to the beach!

The photos did not accurately represent the home. The homes location was sketchy and felt unsafe. Neighboring homes had junk and trash in front yards and the was area isolated and unkempt. Home is in need of repairs and had a musty odor and damp feel. Wet stains on the ceilings demonstrated current water leakage. We could not stay at the home due to my history of asthma and the poor air quality of the home along with the excessive air freshener used in the home. Host has been unresponsive from my first attempted email communication. I left photos and explained my asthmatic conditions and requested refund because I couldn't stay in the home. We were there at most for 10 minutes to do a walk thru inspection. Still waiting to here back from host. Renters beware! I have several rental properties and would never rent a property with wet stains and peeling paint on ceilings as I observed at this property! RC

This was our first time to this area and we were so glad we picked this condo. The condo was in a perfect location. Only a short walk to the beach. It was clean, beds were comfortable and to our surprise it had all the essential beach items( towels, beach chairs and wagon, toys for kids) you would need for your beach days! We really enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch and watching all the boats go by. We will definitely be back!

We traveled to Broward county to celebrate a friend’s birthday. What a great choice for a place to rest, relax and rejuvenate. The place was just as advertised - immaculate! We enjoyed ourselves immensely and look forward to a return visit!

We rented this condo and it was quite nice. The cleanliness and attention to detail was very impressive. The layout is great with the two bedrooms and two bathrooms at opposite ends for privacy. The small lanai at the back bedroom was our favorite spot for relaxing. I thought we would be okay with just streaming services (no cable) but we did miss our TV. Otherwise, we had a very good time. The owners were very attentive to our emails when needed.

We stayed here for an extended weekend birthday trip. The place is very well kept and in a only a short walk to the beach. Marilyn was great, they let us check in early since we had early flights which was great. Would definitely recommend.

This is our second annual visit to this property even though we stayed in a separate condo. We found it well equipped, comfortable, and stylish. The neighborhood is quiet. The view from the screened porch and also the deck of the ICW allows us to see a multitude of yachts cruising by. Marilyn was super to work with and was very accessible for any questions or requests we had. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to visit again next season.

I stayed here with my two kids for two weeks, visiting family for the holidays. The space was just as advertised. It was very clean and well-maintained. It had lots of thoughtful small things like plenty of towels and sugar for my morning coffee. I appreciated the comfortable couches and beds as well as a full-sized dining room table. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I only wish we could afford to stay there for two weeks every year.

We loved our Pompano Beach House stay. The hosts, Boris and Marilyn, were very responsive to our questions and needs when we first arrived. The view was amazing and so relaxing when reading a book and watching the boats head down the canal. The Florida Sun and beaches did not disappoint! We highly recommend the Pier 6 roof top lounge for breathtaking views of the Pompano public beach area and skyline. The Oceanic restaurant was another favorite with amazing sea bass!! The condo is very cute, clean and in a perfect location. We will definitely visit again!! Thx, Deb
