Upon entering Meridian 101 West, you will be swept away by the subtle and serene colors of Sand and Sky. With an Open Floor Plan and spacious Living and Dining Areas, this is a wonderful place to rejuvenate and reconnect with your loved ones. The Living Area is a great place to unwind after a day of sun and fun with oversized, high-end Furnishings, huge Flat Screen Cable TV, and Free WiFi. Just outside the Living Area is an enormous Balcony with several Sitting Areas and partial Ocean Views. Just imagine beginning your day watching the Sun rise over the Ocean with your morning coffee. The wonderful Open Floor Plan creates a warm and welcoming space for everyone to spend time together without ever feeling crowded.
The Chef in the family will delight in the Gourmet Kitchen with top-of-the-line Stainless Appliances, Granite Countertop, and every gadget you could possible need. You'll love preparing meals while listening to Mother Ocean and smelling that salty, sweet air. The long Breakfast Bar is the perfect place to grab a quick bite before hitting the Beach, which is only steps away. There is also seating for 8 at the large Dining Table. If you prefer to dine out while on vacation, check out one of many fine OC Restaurants within walking distance, including Fager's Island, Bad Monkey, Dead Freddies, and many more.
Meridian 101 West has both a Master Bedroom and a Junior Master, making it ideal for 2 small families to share, or for your large family! The Master Bedroom is gorgeous with Hues of Blue and Coral, a huge King Bed, Flat Screen Cable TV and access to the Balcony with Partial Ocean Views, where you can even hear the waves crash on the Beach. The Spa-like Master Bath is truly an experience. With Custom Tile, Double Sinks with Granite, a huge Jacuzzi Tub, and an oversized Glass Walk-in Shower, you may never want to leave the bathroom!
The Junior Master feels like a morning Beach Walk with Sandy Walls and Beachy White Furniture. It features a comfortable King Bed, Ocean Views, and a Private Bathroom. This Junior Master Bath has a gorgeous Walk-in Shower with Custom Tile and more gleaming Granite. Bedroom 2 is reminiscent of a wet, sandy Beach with it's deep dune colored walls. With 2 Twin Beds and Shell-themed Bedding, you'll feel like you're still on the Beach! Finally, Bedroom 4 is just perfect for the kids with a Pyramid Bunk (Twin/Full) that also has a Twin Trundle. A Jack and Jill Bath with Tub/Shower Combo is shared by Bedrooms 3 and 4. And not that any of us like doing Laundry, but the High End Full Size Washer and Dryer conveniently located in the spacious Laundry Room certainly will come in handy!
The Meridian Condominium sits on the oceanfront and 60th Street and features two buildings. Meridian 101 West is in the Ocean Block Building, mere steps away from the Beach Access. The views in every Condo are enhanced by a glass railing system that wraps every oversize, Happy- Hour worthy balcony.
