The apartment (ground floor) is at a great place: close to the city centre and at the same time with a view at the 'sea' (the Street of Menai), that constantly changes thanks to tide changes and and the lot of sky you can see. Lots of space and good facilities.
Due to legislations, the small (but our favourite) bedroom has an 'emergency exit' light, which can make it difficult to fall asleep. The other (largest) bedroom has a very small window. The path to the house is very steep. The apartment is well kept, the rest of (outside of) the house needs quite some TLC.

The view from the conservatory and the easy off road parking that was always available.
In the smaller of the two bedrooms there is an emergency light that glows green, very bright at night and could not switch off.

Very comfortable apartment, in a great location.
Kitchen equipment needs updating along with the bathrooms

Very nice flat and location
This is not a complaint, however, we were all elderly, and it was a bit steep for us, going up and down from the road.

Fabulous garden for the dog. Easy access to Caernarfon. Two bathrooms.
The small sofa was very uncomfortable

Clean property. Great location. Excellent hospitality. I recommend!
The oven was difficult to use. We could hear the stomping of the kids running in the flat above, which made our evenings slightly annoying.

Location was great. Main living area was great. Very welcome pack of milk, bread, butter, etc. on arrival. Thankyou.
Bedroom 1 and accompanying en suite was very small. Both beds were smallish and both could only be accessed from one side, which is not convenient. Very steep path to access the property and steeper still to access the waste bins. Caernarvon seemed rather run down - very few ordinary shops (doubtless because of Asda, Tesco and Morrison all on the outskirts).

The location was excellent as was the apartment it had everything you needed for an enjoyable stay
There wasn't a grill in the kitchen and a gate would have been useful on the entrance to the decking

Location is excellent for touring around North Wales and a 15 minute walk into Caernarfon and great views over the Menai straits. Accommodation was clean and very well equiped, everything you needed was available. The owners had left a very nice welcome pack which included a bottle of wine, chocolates, butter, bread, milk, biscuits, cake and even some flowers on the dining table.
Veranda area could do with some nice chairs to sit on and take in the view. Setee and chairs in living room weren't the most comfortable.

Good location near the town, about 10 minutes walk to the centre. View from the flat over to Angelsey was very good. Host had left a pack of nice food and drink items for us on arrival which was lovely. Towels were good and the decoration of the flat was very nice. The flat had all that was needed for a lovely stay.
Nothing that can be dealt with. The path to the flat has 2 small sets of steps and a fairly steep path. My wife struggles a little with steps and uneven surfaces so found it a bit dificult.
The flat above was occupied by a fairly young group who were having a good time until the early hours. This came through loud and clear in the back bedroom especially.
Parking is on the road but was not a problem.

Convenient and comfortable. View over the straits is a bonus.
It is difficult to fault the property except soundproofing from the apartment above could be improved.

Beautiful little flat, perfectly put together for a short break. All necessary amenities in the flat, kitchen is well equipped. Five minutes walk to supermarkets and town centre. The view is a beautiful bonus, a genuine pleasure to sit out in the conservatory with a morning coffee. Hosts were very welcoming and provided some lovely kitchen bits to start us off with.
There's two double beds (which are very comfortable) but the larger bedroom could accommodate three (or possibly four?) singles quite easily, which would be a little bit better for a family.

Found a pair of socks under one of the beds. Also quite dirty under bed.

Great stay and great facilities. Really good location only 5 minute walk to the centre. Only pet peeve is perhaps an update on the couches they are quite uncomfortable (i am freakishly tall so maybe it is that!) Would definitely stay here again.
