Friendly staff, good breakfast in the pub nearby by the sea and great location. Clean bedsheets and comfy bed.
The room and bathroom smelt strongly of damp, lots of stains on the carpet and wallpaper was peeling off the walls. Not a room you want to spend time in sadly.

Located at town centre
Good breakfast
Room is a bit too cramped

Location and quick response. Good breakfast.
Was supposed to get the blue room but it was actually the green room? … same layout I guess. Room probably needs blinds as the curtain don’t fully close so can probably see you showering from outside. TV internet didn’t work. In road parking can be a hassle but luckily there was one space.

Excellent location for all the facilities and tourist attractions. Parking was available on the street outside the apartment. The staff (based at the Anglesea pub) were fantastic - every single one was polite and couldn't be more helpful. The breakfast was good - cereals and cooked options. We also enjoyed an evening meal. It was good to gave wifi - we had to ask for the password. A water problem we had during the stay was dealt with promptly. All messages were replied to quickly. The apartment came with most items expected for self catering and milk, biscuits, tea and coffee was left for us. No washing up liquid or tea towels though.
The apartment reminded me of student accommodation. There was a crack in one of the window panels. On entry it immediately smelt of damp. There was a small, spiral stairway that led to the rooms above, behind a door that wouldn't close, so the apartment wasn't fully secure. The bathroom was tiny and at first the door wouldn't close due to a broken handle. On the first night we had a problem with water not draining, leaving us unable to use the toilet. This was dealt with immediately the following morning and they repaired the bathroom door handle at the same time. We only used it as somewhere to sleep, so it was acceptable, but I wouldn't choose to stay there for any longer period of time.

Great location.

Breakfast at the nearby hotel was nice.
Described as ensuite. The shower cubicle was freestanding in the bedroom and made the room smell damp. Toilet and sink were behind a door in a tiny space. Didn't expect the room to be in a building which included longer term residents which felt awkward.

Welcoming helpful staff on a busy day. Superb location and excellent bar and food facilities at the Angelsey Arms. Tegfan House was quiet and very clean.
Pre advise customers where to park prior to arrival. Took a long time to check in due to a queue at the bar. Mattress in room 1 was very tired, room 3 smelled of smoke/tobacco. Name has changed from Tegfan to Anglesey Townhouse, which made it difficult to locate on the street, I was looking for Tegfan

The location was brilliant, excellent access to the local friendly town.
The morning breakfast was ideal, just what the doctor ordered.
Nothing not to like.

Great location, very clear instructions on how to get the keys from the pub across the road. Young man working there moved his car and let us have his park, also gave us some local info on some hikes we were interested in.
Walls were a bit thin, could hear someone snoring but for the price was fine.
