This was absolutely the best vacation for us. The condo was perfect! We loved the atmosphere of the condo snd decorated perfect! It came equipped with everything you would need from cooking accessories down to beach accessories. The access to the beach was great and easily accessible! We could not have asked for a better place to stay! The owner was very friendly and checked on us after we departed! I highly recommend this condo!

We enjoyed the condo and EVERYTHING was provided. Tons of towels, beach towels, kitchen equipment. There is a washer and dryer on the second level. Beach Chairs could be replaced, but worked and umbrella was very small. It was fine, we rented chairs, a canopy and wagon from Sunny Daze and they were great. They dropped it off and picked it up.
Our only disappointment was that the beach was a lot further than 200 feet, about three blocks. The description made it sound like we were on the beach. The walk with a wagon was fine and we had a great time.

Everything was easy and absolutely no complaints. Condo was very clean and well appointed. Extra touches included ample towels, short walk to beach, beautiful sitting area, chairs and beach towels provided. Parking great and shuttle stop to all restaurants was right on Property. Of course, amazing weather was appreciated ;)

My wife and I recently spent 14 days on Manasota key and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was plenty big enough with a large Master Bedroom/Bathroom. There is a second good size bedroom and a small second bathroom. The unit is on the second floor so have to bring your luggage up a flight of stairs
We cooked a lot of our meals, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The appliances look pretty new. There is a large refrigerator, large range/oven and dishwasher. There is also a clothes washer/dryer shared by 4 of the units.
We really enjoyed the area. Manasota Key was very nice, no multi-lane roads or large high rise condo complexes. This unit is in a small condo complex with 8 units. There are some bigger complexes in the area, but none are more than 3 stories.
The unit is a 2 minute walk to the beach. Stump Pass Beach State Park is a 10 â 15 minute walk from the condo. Itâs a beautiful beach without any houses or condos on it. The parking lot fills quickly so it was nice to be able to walk. A 15 â 20 minute walk in the other direction are a number of restaurants and bars. There is also a shuttle service that we didnât use as we walked to dinner.
A short drive over the bridge you can find grocery stores, other restaurants and pretty much anything you need.
The owner Scott, was very responsive and provided all our access info well before our arrival.
We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend for anyone looking for a quieter setting.

Perfect place to hang out with friends to have drinks and cook dinner. The Kitchen is well-equipped and newly remodeled with an absolutely. lovely back splash
The beds are very comfortable, each room has a ceiling fan. And a big screen Tv with every steaming channel you can think of. Two beach chairs and beach towels were available to use which is nice if you're flying in.
Everything about the place was very nice.

We had a wonderful anniversary celebration here, despite some rainy weather. The unit was clean and contemporary, with everything we needed. Our host Scott was extremely accommodating when we had to make last-minute adjustments to our arrival/departure. Looking forward to going back!

Nice condo, plenty of space for 3 adults. We had a few mis-steps trying to get in, never got code for key pad from anyone, WIFI password was different than what was on VRBO instructions, eventually it all worked out and our stay was great, seconds from the beach and beautifully remodeled place!

High quality remodeled condo in a great location
As listing states, itâs location is perfect within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and Stump Pass State Park and is nicely remodeled. I would say that itâs more suited for a couple vs. a family or larger group. Although the couch is beautiful, it was a bit uncomfortable and itâs the only piece of furniture in the family room. The kitchen is small with limited storage, the bed in the main bedroom was not as comfortable as the second bedroom and the closet in the second bedroom was unusable due to it being full of the owners belongings. The tvs were a bit confusing to operate, as they are 100% reliant on streaming ( no cable). I would say that this condo has potential to be great instead of good if the bed in the master bedroom would be upgraded and the closet would have been more useable in the second bedroom. We rented the condo for a month. Due to its small storage capability a longer term rental is more challenging than a shorter one.

We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was very small as was the second bathroom. The furniture on the deck should be improved as well as the mattress (foam). Directions for the TV's would have been helpful. The short distance to the beach was nice.

We had a wonderful stay at the beach on Manasota Key! The condo was everything it was advertised to be. There is a private beach and it wasnt crowded at all. Scott, the Host is awesome. He met me while he was on the beach and invited me to sit with him and his family while he shared some info about the beach. I HIGHLY recommend this location, very laid back and across the street from the beach we will definitely be back!

Family Getaway
We originally planned for four family members, but at the last minute, my oldest daughter was able to join us. She needed to sleep on the sectional sofa. To my surprise she was very comfortable sleeping on the sofa. We were very pleased with the Condo and the personal contact from one of the owners to make sure everything was okay and if we had any questions.

Amazing Place
We had an amazing time at Scott's place. We took my in Laws who are very critical and the place was a hit. They were impressed by the cleanliness and the well equipped apartment. We definitely did not feel crowded its a very spaced out apartment that gave each couple privacy. The beach was a 2 min walk away. Restaurants were about 5mins away. We truly enjoyed our stay. We couldn't have asked for a better place!

I would have to say if the condo was in a different location it would have been perfect stay. Many noisy neighbors in and out and hanging in front. We thought condo was on road of beach not in center. But condo itself had everything needed and very updated and nice !

Not what advertised
Smaller than stated, does not sleep 6. L-shaped Couch does not make into bed so we had 2 adults, 5ft 6 and 5ft 10 sleeping on the couch. Not comfortable.Rugs were filthy and hair found in bathrooms. Lots of mold in bedroom window seal. Not recommended for more than 4 people.

What a Great Getaway!
We escaped the Midwest cold to come to the beach for a week, and we were delighted in our stay! The place was everything that it said online, and one of the best stocked kitchens I've seen in a VRBO. The beach was a short walk away, the neighbors very friendly and helpful, and the manager was always available to answer questions. Loved the recommendations for restaurants and activities, we ate at some excellent places. We would totally stay here again!

Beautiful condo!
If we owned our own beach condo it would be decorated exactly like this condo. Absolutely beautiful and comfy. Easy walk to beach and restaurants. People are very friendly in the area. Scott responds quickly if you should have questions or concerns. We would stay here again. It was a sad morning when we pulled out of town. Scott, if you read this, thank you!

Awesome as usual !!
Once again we had a wonderful stay at Ryanâs Place. Love the new art work that was added to the walls of the condo. Manasota Key is hoppinâ, Itâs good to see the restaurants were busy and people were having fun. Side note :owner was understanding when a slight mishap occurred regarding stove top accident.
