Jacuzzi with Lake views

The location is ideal for enjoying Como city center. It was great to have the opportunity to enjoy the jacuzzi and hot views of the lake with a glass of wine ;).

There was a bit of noise in the morning because of the traffic in the main street.

Camera molto pulita e accogliente. Forse avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata di colore ma tutto sommato va bene.

La posizione è perfetta sia per passeggiare in centro che per prendere i battelli. Ottima vista fronte lago.

Il posteggio è solo a pagamento qualche centinaia di mt lontano dalle camere e la strada è a traffico limitato, per cui è necessario fornire la targa in anticipo se si vuole raggiungere la proprietà per scaricare i bagagli. La notte si sentiva suonare il telefono della reception.

Extremely welcoming host, wonderful location and fab 4 star Accomodation.

The room on the top was decked out with modern facilities such as the electric window and blinds and heating. Beautiful room. Bath was fun to have in room. Also very nice to be on the sane floor as kitchen and balcony. The hot tub was a real treat on our first night. Alberto was exceptionally welcome. The single room was so comfortable. Suited me much better than hard bed. They had it made up for our second night and I slept so well on the down pillows and blanket on it.

Excellent location, would stay again.

The location was fabulous! Very convenient to get around the area. The room was clean and well laid out. Albert was kind and helpful.

The construction noise due to flooding was loud. Our window shade was broken.

Bello suites situated in a frat location with lake Como a stones throw away and restaurants, gelaterias all at your door

Clos Le to the lake and the room was more than comfortable for our short stay. Staff were very helpful and friendly which always makes for a great review.

Leider enttäuschend für den Preis und gammelig.

Die Lage ist super und das Bett war sehr bequem.

Die gesamte Unterkunft und vor allem das Zimmer sind renovationsbedürftig. Überall sind Kanten kaputt oder Dinge locker, Fussleiste war abgefallen, kein WC Papier halter, Wasserhahn locker. Wände müssten unbedingt gestrichen werden. Sauber war es leider auch nicht. Es waren noch Haare im Bad und das Zimmer hat nach abgestandenem Rauch gestunken. Auch der Lift stinkt massiv. Preis Leistung ist nicht gerechtfertigt. Ich dachte wir hätten ein Zimmer mit Balkon, dem war aber nicht so. Insgesamt zu schmuddelig und ungepflegt.

perfect location with good facilities. Some stairs but worth the view.

Location is great. Close to lake and all attractions. Loved the rooftop deck to enjoy a drink and take in the view. Room spacious and bed very comfy.

Unfortunately air conditioning didn’t work in our room and was noisy if we left window open.

Exceptional rooms in heart of Como.

The rooms were fabulous - quirky modern decor and really fresh and clean. Super comfy huge beds. Complimentary filter coffee and teas. Great showers with strong water pressure and lots of it! Loved the ‘egg bath’ in the room. There was a lift getting to the second floor of the building, then a small spiral staircase to the roof terrace where there was a view of the lake. Ingrid was really helpful and spoke great English. Location was excellent across from the ferries and amongst some wonderful restaurants.

We struggled with the A/C which seemed to be locked at 23C. (See photo) We should have asked how to unlock it as that meant two uncomfortable nights. As the desk isn’t staffed all the time would strongly advise asking how it works on check-in as we tried every button on the bottom pad but with no success. The shared kitchen had a fridge but no freezer, so no ice!

We had a very nice and comfortable stay!

Great location, comfy beds, super view, friendly staff.

We were confronted by an angry neighbour who seemed very agitated about hotel guests in his building.

Perfect little spot if you’re staying in Como!

Beautiful room, perfect location with a lovely little terrace and it had AC which was nice

Room was very very small, could barely fit our suitcases on the floor. Bathroom window was also left open so we had mosquitos in the room that night, but that is somewhat unavoidable in Italy

Pretty location

nice room, well decorated. really nice balcony and kitchen area and is very close to the port so quite handy

took us good 20 minutes to find where the property was as no signage and not very clear at all just a random door in a restaurant. had issues with bath as the tap leaked and went all over the floor.

Lovely room in good location across the road from the ferry terminal with a large comfortable bed and spa bath which was lovely.

A little dark, another few lights in the room would have been helpful. The shutters did not fully close causing light to come in over our bed very early. We asked for this to be addressed but it did not in our 3 day stay and no response back from host as to why.

Very poor

Bello! was in a good location, lovely staff and a clean room. The kitchen was cosy and had everything required.

The jacuzzi was freezing and had bugs in it.

The room was beautiful and I would stay again in a heartbeat!

I love how close it is the the city center and the water. I also loved that we could see the lake from our window and could also go up onto the balcony. Having a kitchen was also great!

The shower in the bathroom didn’t drain very well and since the glass door was partial, all of the water leaked onto the floor. the bathroom also tended to get musty since there wasn’t great air circulation.

Beautiful lake view, great location

Location is fantastic with a beautiful view of Lake Como. Steps away from restaurants and across the street from ferry station making it easy to get back after a long day on the lake. There are power exterior shades for the windows to close for privacy.

There are some minor housekeeping and cosmetic issues with wear. None of this impacted the stay though. We only had one towel and one roll of toilet paper when checking in but that was remedied quickly.

Felt like a fancy youth hostel

The unit is right next to a busy street that is on a busy bus route. The area was very noisy. The building next door was under construction while we were there which I would have liked to know in advance. The bathroom light and fan were automatic and the fan was very noisy. Both would turn on when you used the bathroom in the night which would startle you awake. I asked if they could be disabled during our stay but the answer was no. The place is cute to look at but not very comfortable to actually stay in.

This unit is in apartment in a building with residents. The entrance to the accommodation is in a dark hallway which doesn’t feel safe and is hard to find. The pictures are misleading about what the space actually is.

Thankful the bed was good because everything else was second hand furnishings.

Obvious wear and tear, dirty walls, moldy musty bathroom smell.
