Comfortable and spacey apartment.

Comfortable and spacey two bedroom apartment in a quite area. Decoration is simple but modern. Well equipped. individual A/C. Relatively good location.

Automatic check in using a code to open the building and the apartment doors. Had a problem with accessing the building. Help line was useless, the responding person had no clue. When we were able to find the staff on premiss (only during business hours) the problem was solved and we were told that it was a recurring problem for guests to mix up the sign on the pad when entering the code. the problem was reported several times by the staff but nothing changed.

Very happy stay for our family and easy to have extended family and friends come to visit.

Fantastic location right in the heart of London.

Only thing missing from the well appointed kitchen was a frying pan.

YOu get what is promised in one of the best spots in London!

We had originally booked Camden Arms, another similar apartmnent, but they have cancelled our reservation literally 24 hours before arrival. We managed to find this place, where one of the last apartments we booked. This was saving our stay in London. Not the previous place, neither booking.com - they were our saviours! So not only everything was exactly as promised, but we owe them a big THANK YOU!

Everything was as described, we enjoyed the stay and used everything. The rooms were spacious, and 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets, was just like being home.

lovely place to stay. just fix the issues I mentioned above.

it’s beautifully and tastefully decorated and very comfortable to live in.

plumbing issues in one bathroom with blocked wash hand basin. very uncomfortable pillows to sleep on and staff were completely inflexible with late checkout by just one hour more even if we were prepared to pay extra for this.

great first time experience staying at an apartment

great location, spacious, clean and had all necessary toiletries, garbage bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods and full kitchen equipment. kids enjoyed the fast wi-fi and balcony looking at Westminsters abby tower top and flag

attendant isn’t available at all times .. prefer human interaction rather than chatting on app

Overrated

location, well equipped and aesthetics , just about it

Bathroom doors do not close nor do they lock. Apartment was humid and hot with no way to change temperature control settings. WiFi was weak. No one at reception the entire stay, would have been nice to get some help without having to call international line. Paid for additional cleaning fee and was told that it was to clean the apartment before we arrived, there was miscommunication with this as 2 agents of the company were saying completely different things

Fantastic

excellent place to stay. Great location.

The only time we saw anyone was on our 1st morning when they put a no smoking sticker on the inside of the door. The toaster had tripped the lights and we did say to the person and they said they would change it but we never saw them again.

Not worth the cost.

Functional. Quiet.

Terrible. Else for those with back pain. Equally poor quality of sofa. If you arrive early and don't have clear communication you will have to wait outside the gate. Air-conditioner not upto mark. Water pressure not upto mark. Toilet size very small which was accessible from common seating area. 2 rooms but only 1 with attached toilet.

Stayed in Sonder for work reasons which exceeded my expectations.

Location was excellent since it was within walking distance to my work. Also within walking distance to all major sites such as Big Ben, Parliament Square, St James' Park. Clean, modern interior apartment which was very quiet.

Only complaint was that there was no hot water for a day which was fixed straightaway when I contacted the management. Leaving the apartment as I loved the area.
