Desayuno muy bien, habitación muy limpia, calefacción buena

El tamaño de la habitación es muy pequeña, baño muy pequeño. El agua de la ducha sale muy poco caliente. No hay secador. La Tv no es smart. Las perchas para colgar la ropa están colocadas muy mal, no hay armario especial para colocar la ropa cómodamente. Tampoco hay cajonera o estantería, ni una simple mesa.

Excellent value for money.

Good Central location. Extremely clean. Staff in general ( apart from one ) were super helpful and friendly. Relaxed atmosphere.

I think the morning breakfast staff on Saturday morning could have been a little bit more friendly, one particular member of the breakfast staff made me feel that uncomfortable I chose to abandon breakfast. She was extremely unapproachable and clearly made it clear she’d rather be anywhere else.

Cheap and cheerful city centre hotel

Decent room in the centre of the city. Perfect for budget-friendly lone travellers.

The room wasn't particularly big. No drawers. Location wasn't the best. Breakfast was dire.

A budget hotel close to the station.

Breakfast was very good, they even managed to offer Bacon something I would not have expected with the continental breakfast.

When I arrived the staff asked for the my name and then told me they weren't expecting me. The reception chap went away and came back saying everything is ok. Just bear with us. After a few minutes he reappeared with an electronic key. This chap along with the you ladies at breakfast were cheerful and helpful.

The rooms were poorly equipped without even a desk or bench and no kettle or hair dryer. Even Travelodge gives you a hairdryer

Very clean budget hotel.. Make sure you take your own hair dryer, shower gel and shampoo.

That breakfast was included and I could take away or eat in the room. Why do you give 2 (on my second day)or three (on my first day) butters for one croissant. Its a waste of money, product and packaging.

No hair dryer to borrow. No shower gel or shampoo. For the price I wouldn't expect mini ones but a self serve container in the shower cubicle would have been really useful I had to go out and buy some. The room window was frosted and locked shut which made the room claustrophobic. Air conditioning worked well though so wasn't hot.

Fabulous

The bed was so comfortable! We visited this hotel a few weeks ago and had a smaller room, but when speaking to the reception staff, upon this visit, we had our room upgraded and it was a lot better! Staff were friendly and are always there to help us.

It was intended to be a relaxing night away after a family celebration . It was stressful

Did not have breakfast no information for a coffee machine location near station

Complete mess up with room booking. Eventually we compromised and a twin was found for us. We had booked an accessible/ family room with double bed and sofa. On arrival we were shown to a double room. After an hour eventually accepted the twin room after having been told it was fully booked. There was no window in the room. The tv did not work no response from text sent to the reception. Initially no key for the room though that was supplied after about another hour. Not a place I would recommend

Location good

Cleaners walked into our room without knocking telling us that check out was 12 but we had only just checked in....this also happened the morning after....we had our room for 2 days. The room was also not cleaned properly when we arrived....very poor standards
