Position is good with pubs and restaurants in easy walking distance, plus a large Co-op supermarket. Is very convenient for Fairford air show. Gated car park is great. Cleanliness is good with fresh laundered towels and sheets etc. Communication with owners was quite good too.
Physical size of apartment is much smaller than it appears in booking photos. Lack of maintenance is very evident throughout with door entrance keypad being most annoying in that pressure required on keypad to enter code is so high that it tends to cause multiple entry of individual digits, which then can only be rectified by clearing everything you've already entered.
Cooker and microwave clocks needed resetting before operation, but luckily found manuals to do this in drawer. TV unwatchable as picture quickly pixelated and buffering appeared on screen/audio, due to dodgy signal acquisition which wasn't resolved by several attempts to use automated tuning on TV menu. One bedside light was u/s, and various drawers in bedroom and kitchen dropped out of runners if opened, but this is common on many properties built over the last 20 years, they're just the cheapest quality items used by cowboy builders in this era. Toilet seat insecure on hinge mountings.
Shower glass screen that hinges over bath rim has its lower edge seal not contacting bath rim by a sizeable distance, which ensures a deluge of water immediately running from inside the glass out over the bathroom floor. Price was high for the 2 nights, but we expected that as it was the weekend of RIAT Fairford airshow, and this event plus Cheltenham races are the 2 events everyone cashes in on during the year. All the more reason you'd think, to put in just a little bit of effort to smarten up the place. Also, although it's obviously not in the remit of the owner, on most occasions when we exitted or returned to the block entrance, there was a heavily smoking female resident of the complex just outside the door which filled the stairwell with a constant smell of tobacco smoke. WiFi code supplied didn't work either...had to contact agent to get details of how to resolve it.

Very nice apartment , located in Old Town. Close to bars , restaurants and a supermarket if you want to cook for yourself.
Parking was right outside and the whole place was clean and tidy. Will be staying next time we are in Swindon.
3.4
Great location in the centre of the old town. Check in was easy and good to have secure parking.
First thing you notice is a slight smell of curry. you do get used to it though. It is in the centre of bars and clubs so there is noise during the night but you expect that from the location.

there wasn’t one thing I liked about the property
the property was so dirty. we didn’t feel safe at all. there were food stains all on the cutlery.
we was there for no more than 10 minutes.
staff are no help as I have messaged them for 4 days and no reply. wanting a refund.
3.4
I liked how immaculate the bedrooms were and how warm and homely the living room was

Very little I'm afraid
On opening the door, there was an overpowering smell of cigarette smoke, there were lots of stains on the settee, windows couldn't be locked properly and I'm afraid that the whole place is very tired and in urgent need of a freshen-up

Nice apartment, good size and in town centre, rooms were a good size and kitchen had relevant cutlery.
The bathroom tap was noisy, window had no locks so safety for kids, maintenance and up keep could have been better.

Had everything for a weekend stayca
If possible, a few more mirrors

Clean. Very patient and helpful hosts.
Not good facilities for four people. could do with having twin beds in one room rather than two doubles. only two seater in lounge and no table and chairs so two people either had too stand and eat or sit on floor. In a noisy part of town but that’s not the hosts fault.

Although, the location was good for our work on the weekend we could hear people screaming, shouting and loud music at night. They had good parking space which was an advantage but it was quite dark at night even though a sensor light was available. Had a useable microwave and washing machine. Also, it was easy to contact the company via text on WhatsApp.
We booked the apartment for two weeks as we were renovating our house as well as the location was quite close to my work. We were welcomed in a room that had strong smell of cigarette, filthy extraction fan in the kitchen which had layers of grim, fridge was smelly with spoiled milk as it was not cleaned properly, broken oven, freezer was unable to be used as it was frozen, blinders were dusty and broken as a result not able to pull down completely, loose toilet seats and the sofa bed which smelled of cigarette smoke! Hence, I called SN1 Apartment and talked with Scott. I requested to change the sofa bed which smelled of cigarette smoke with a single bed. He agreed to change the bed and send the cleaners the next day. That night, I was unable to sleep as the sofa bed had strong cigarette smell. As I did not have a good night sleep, I was very angry and texted Scott only to stay for a week. He agreed to refund for the next week but replied that they would not be able to change the sofa bed for the short duration. As I was unable to find other places close by, we decided to stay there. It was only then Scott agreed to change the sofa bed and clean the flat. The next day they brought a single bed, kettle, toaster as well as changed the blinders and cleaned the extraction fan and carpet.
We should not have gone through this horrendous experience as the SN1 Apartments duty was to check if it was in good condition before handing the apartment key. I was so stressed as I was also working full time at the same time. I appreciate the change of equipment and cleaning but I should not have gone through this experience as I had paid for the service and it was absolutely not worth it! Also booking.com website let me down as the pictures on their website did not represent the rooms of the apartment.

It was nice to have the use of the full apartment for ourselves and it was reasonably priced.
There were a few things which were not great with the apartment, the shower mount was not properly fixed to the wall so when I removed the shower head it fell off narrowly missing my foot which would have been injured had it hit. The glasses etc were not clean in the kitchen and all needed to be washed before use. One of the draws in the freezer had something melted inside.
There is only a two seater sofa in the living room which wasn't ideal for a 4 person apartment.
The worst part was how loud the location was. As it was hot and there was no air conditioning, we had to have the windows open. There were loud bars in the area which made sleeping very difficult. I would not have booked this apartment if this information had been included in the information.
Apart from the two seater sofa comment, which I have only just remembered, all of the above has been emailed via return email from the SN1 apartments team as requested but I never received a response.

it was good location and very nice quiet place

very nice location very clean and convenient for me .
3.4
Kitchen surfaces clean. Bed linen clean.
Net curtains yellow and stained, curtains old and dirty, windows dirty, mould around windows, walls need painting, boards missing from bottom of cupboards, marks on walls and doors, carpet dirty, floor sticky, bath panel loose, soap dispenser leaks all over the bath constantly. No plugs in bath so unable to have a bath or fill bathroom sink. panels missing from back of toilet, smell coming from toilet. we considered just leaving but I had to stay for work. Car park space often blocked or used by other residents. Area covered in weeds and rubbish at edges. I would never stay here again.

self-contacts Ned
location within town centre passer by able to see into the kitchen even at night .

the property was very well equipped, beds were comfy and clean, customer service was excellent!
I didn’t like how I could hear all the noise coming from outside the property in one of the bedrooms as I was trying to sleep and could hear people chatting, screaming and shouting. maybe install better windows so can block the noise from the outside.
3.4
Very nice place to stay and perfect distance from the town centre
3.4
It was good value I suppose for 3 people 2 nights
It was situated directly opposite a night club through the night there were lots of drunks and youths shouting swearing and being sick in the car park. It kept us up both evenings into the early hours we were all very tired. Parties in adjacent properties went on until 4am.

The apartment is actually really nice with great parking and good location to local facilities. The information for gaining access is very clear.
It is almost very good. TV had Netflix and the furnishings were quite nice.
It was unknown to the staff but the sofa bed was broken when we arrived. They did their best to supply a replacement fold out bed but it was horrible to sleep on.
The apartment could do with a bit of maintenance as it is getting a bit run down with carpet held together with tape, a broken toilet seat and tap in the bathroom that won’t turn off.
3.4
Good location , the apartment was a little bare and tired but clean
Awful carpet in hallway been repaired with black masking tape , the tv was unwatchable so we watched the Netflix which was great, the mattresses need mattress protectors you can feel the mattress , the whole place was clean but not very clean needs a deep clean, the washer gone in bathroom sink tap. It was noisy but once we got to sleep it was fine and good value for money , managing of the booking was good
3.4
Location & security
As soon as arrived we had to set up travel cot for my baby that the cleaners were meant to have done. No high chair available either.
Toilet lid was not secure & kept moving so unsafe for my toddler to use plus the sink tap kept dripping non stop 24/7
I could deal with all of that but when we could not watch normal TV as aerial was bust. We had to rely on bbc iplayer or Netflix but it can only show so much. This is really difficult when you have an autistic child. A shame we had no one down to sort it as we were there 3 days & nights.

Comfortable beds
Clean linen
Lots of hot water
It was difficult to find the parking space
The Key was not in the lock box as per the instructions
The apartment door was very difficult to open sometimes taking 2-3 minutes to unlock
It Smelt of smoke in the kitchen/lounge area when should have been a non smoking apartment. This was horrible for us as a non smoking family. It’s also meant our clothes smelt smoky just yuk!
The Wardrobe door doesn’t work, it fell off its rails.
It was noisy as right opposite a pub & close to road so wasn’t great for the children.
None of the windows closed properly, which was ok as it was warm weather but I would imagine it would be very cold in winter.
The apartment needs some TLC
The staff sorted out the issues I raised
3.4
Comfortable bed nice sized apartment
Couldn’t get the heaters to work was very cold in the apartment, and the bathroom door was broken

Just location.
Bathroom: floor shows stain all over.
Cleanliness : Saw small rat jumping near TV unit in the night.
No hair dryer 😌
Not good as service apartments I have used in Swindon before.

I already spoke to the agent regarding this issue.
