Da tornarci assolutamente!

Struttura in posizione strategica, la nostra camera affacciava su una bellissima piazza piena di ristoranti e bar turistici. Appartamento molto pulito e luminoso, dotato di ogni comfort. Host simpatica e gentilissima.

Tutto quasi perfetto, grazie mille!

Abbiamo soggiornato nella struttura in concomitanza con il Lucca Comics, proprietari gentilissimi e super disponibili! Davvero comodissima anche la possibilità di entrare autonomamente tramite codici

Divano letto davvero scomodo purtroppo, con le molle che si sentivano tantissimo sotto la schiena e finestre non proprio sigillate benissimo, più volte è entrata pioggia dentro casa nonostante fossero chiuse

We LOVED our stay with paolo! She’s an excellent host, very accommodating and helpful. The apartment is wonderful, spacious, clean and super comfy beds. Amazing location, just perfect to taking in the sights of this stunning little town. Lucca you are in our ❤️ !

Magical stay in a beautiful place. Don't miss walking or biking around the walls.

The location was amazing, overlooking the historical Anfiteatro square,lot's of restaurants and even more tour groups. A magical photo opportunity. The hosts were brilliant, very informative and provided us with more water and coffee pods every day.

There was nothing we didn't like about the apartment, location and especially Lucca.

The location is amazing. The view from the windows out on to the square is unbeatable. The woman that ran the place was so friendly and helpful. The place was very spacious. This is the best accommodation in Lucca!

A very pleasant and convenient location with great accommodation.

Great location. Lovely accommodation. Owner very welcoming and free with good advice regarding places to eat and such like. I would be very surprised if anyone could find fault.

We enjoyed our stay so much that the wrench of leaving was difficult!

Wonderful place to stay and I would not hesitate to recommend it.

Fantastic location. Easy check-in and support. I always felt that if I needed anything, it was only a text away.

Communal area between the bedrooms that was used for coffee and a small refrigerator was just a hallway. No place to sit with a table and go over maps, itineraries, etc. Overall, a very minor issue though.

Perfect place to be in Lucca

Perfect location for visting Lucca, appartment was great with lots of space for our family. Bed was very comfortable, nice view directly into the old arena of Lucca. Amazing!

A romantic and relaxing spot

Breakfast was served at a café down in the square below, which worked perfectly well. The room was large and comfortable and had a spectacular view of the main square. The windows were actually very well insulated against the noise from the square at night.

It was very difficult to find the place, and it is very far from available parking.

The apartment was great and the location excellent. Also, the fact that the building has an elevator makes thing so much easier.

The boiler was a bit loud but nothing we couldn’t get over.

Fabulous location. Great communication. We go to Lucca often, this time was just a 1 night stop over before a flight. Next time wlll stay far longer.

Great accommodation in the heart of Lucca and amazing host!

The location is amazing - right next to Piazza dell'Anfiteatro! Superlative host Claudia gave me all information, restaurants recommendations. My apartment was really nice with spacious rooms and, despite the rather active location of the city, quiet. I would definitely come back!

Fails dismally to deliver value for money - look elsewhere

The location was good but I would not want to stay here on weekends or public holidays as the room is right on the piazza. And avoid eating in the piazza. Bloated prices for way less than average fare.

This was by far the most expensive place I stayed in and do not be fooled - it is false advertising. It is NOT an B&B - there is NO breakfast. Compared to other places that charged 30% less but provided 30% more in terms of comfort and thoughtfulness I felt robbed and would not ever stay here again.

Overnight stay in Lucca

The location and room were excellent.

The optional extra breakfast at 10 euros a head. This turned out to be a local cafe where the orange juice, coffee and croissant would have cost little more than 5 euros.

Excellent value accommodation in the best location in Lucca. Just book it!

Amazing location overlooking the main piazza. Spotlessly clean. Air conditioning was fantastic! I won’t be staying anywhere else in future. I’ve found my Lucca accommodation!

Great location and spacious and clean room

We really enjoyed this room, as the view to the amphitheater was great during the evenings. Also the windows are isolated well, so don’t worry about noise. Don’t expect a hotel though, the room is very clean with sufficient amenities, but there is no reception desk (Airbnb).
