Great location!
Really well equipped. Lovely comfortable bed.
Nothing to dislike!

The view was nice. We enjoyed having a kitchen and a washer. It was well stocked. Gail was responsive
It wasn’t clean; the carpet, the bathroom and the electric kettle were dirty. The microwave didn’t really work. There were pots and pans that we were able to use to heat water and food

Great location right on the beach front. flat was very clean with fully equipped kitchen. Good Wi-Fi. Parking behind property
water pressure in the shower is a bit low

property was ok, View was amazing. Flat was clean and had everything you needed.
entrance and stairs not very nice, landing outside door of flat had a bag of rubbish and an old cooker sitting the whole time we were there( not what you want to see when on holiday). Also cupboards at top of stairs could have been tidier. Bed a bit small and soft.

What a fantastic location. That view every morning was worth the price alone. Sitting with a cup of tea and watching the beach in the afternoon was lovely.
The apartment overall was clean and well equipped for a self catering stay. We ate in every night we stayed there and had no trouble whipping up a family meal with the provided crockery and cookware. And everything was of good quality, clean, tidy and well maintained.
The bedroom was compact with plenty of storage. The heating worked well when we needed it of an evening. Shower was not the best water pressure but perfectly acceptable. Lossiemouth itself is a lovely small town well placed to explore this part of Western Scotland and we had a lovely time.
Parts of the building and particularly the communal areas were very dated, full of junk and felt unloved and unwelcoming. We stayed with our son who is 7 but the layout of rooms isn't ideal for more than 2 people. The second bed is a sofa bed in the living area, which itself is quite dated and I would not have wanted to sleep on it as an adult, but you also had to walk through the living area to access the bathroom which may have been awkward with 2 couples for example. For us the layout was fine but just for other travellers to note for the future.

The view was amazing.
The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable.

Stunning location and view of the beach. Private parking. Yards away from bars and restaurants, but quiet.
Mattress was a bit soft for my liking.

The location was Ideal for the Beach,Shops and eating out. Also near to the Bus Stops, which take you Into Elgin, should you wish to visit.Despite being off a busy road, there was no noise at all and the view from the Living Room was absolutely fantastic. The property was clean and well kept. The Flat Is directly across from the River Lossie and the East Beach. As a Birdwatcher, this appealed to me,as did the nearbye walk Into Lossie Woods
My wife has had a knee replacement,so struggled a little with the stairs but this did nothing to spoil our stay

The location was excellent it is what made the holiday. The view from the top floor flat around the surrounding beach, sea and countryside was fantastic.
I know this accomodation has to cater for everyone but the bed mattress was too soft for us. Also, as we were active throughout the week and did some clothes washing it would have been advantageous for either a tumble dryer or a clothes airer to be available. There was a clothes line and pegs at the rear of the property which doubles as the parking area. This is enclosed and does not get any wind so clothes drying was difficult. Apart from that everything else was excellent.

Clean, tidy, good size, excellent shower, great kitchen, wonderful view of the beach/sea and private parking.
On the second floor which is okay for us but might be difficult for unfit/disabled/elderly re carrying cases, but no big deal.

Excellent location. Close to beach and restaurants.
Mattress way too soft.
Could have done without finding a pair of pants in my bedside drawer😵💫
Some of the dishes were dirty.
Husband fixed shower door which was off the runner but couldn’t do anything about the seal sliding off.

could hear neighbours below talking at night

View was fantastic, no doubt about that. Very clean. Location great.
5 flights of stairs to reach the flat. We were an older couple so bit of treck getting our cases ect. up to that level, probably more suited to younger clients. Also road closed outside property , could have done with prior notice to helps get access to the parking spot.
No ventilation in the kitchen, so food smells lingered, unable to reach to open the windows.
Bed a bit uncomfy, and bedding a bit tired.

We loved staying here. The flat was very comfortable with everything we needed provided including games, sewing kit and binoculars.
On arrival the flat was spotless. It is well furnished and equiped for a short break away from home.
Will definitely stay again.

OMG! What a little gem of a property! Flat is very comfortable, spotless and tastefully furnished. And the views from hall/picture living room window, are to die for! I could've happily sat all day staring out at the view but there is so much to do and see in the area. Out the front entrance onto the seafront, you have have eating places, just a few doors up, to the left and right. We were unable to visit the beach right across from us, as the new bridge is being built. We didn't hear the workers starting in the mornings, bedroom at rest of flat. Can't wait to visit again, once the bridge is up.
The close of the flats is a little dinghy and carparking at the rear is a bit tight but I would certainly say don't let that put you off. The property and views, make up for it and more!

Perfect location for exploring the Moray coast. Small comfortable flat perfect for 2. Lovely view of east beach.
East beach was not currently accessible due to normal access being via a dangerous footbridge.

The apartment is very comfortable and obviously the stunning view 🤗 and good value for money! Also good location, plenty of shops, restaurant/bars, walks and sights close by. Would definitely recommend and will be back 😊
Only a couple of cleanliness worries, just needs better cleaning of the shower head and cooker hood! Everything else was perfectly clean.
