Everything! Location was amazing.
Host was fantastic 👌

Excellent host who couldn't do enough for you.
Dusty in places as old property, the cleaning could be better. Cutlery needed good wash & some bowls, plates were chipped. Steep stairs both to access property & up to bedrooms. Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

It was comfortable and warm. Despite being on a main road and straight across from a railway line, there was very little noise. The present of a bottle of wine was very much appreciated after a long drive down. Everything you needed to make meals was there. You could try the local tearoom for breakfast. In the evenings there is a choice of Chinese or Indian food or get a table at the French bistro directly below the flat (it also belongs to the host). The food was fantastic!
Easy to jump on the train to Llandudno, or take a trip to Conwy Castle, just 5 minutes drive away.
We would love to go back in better weather
The weather lol.

property was spacious, but cosy, had everything there that we needed. location was perfect for stunning views and lots of nice walks. definitely come back again.
only thing was the sofa being uncomfortable, but wouldn’t stop us coming back.

Location
Bed was uncomfortable and too small, only a double easily space for a king size .The sofa in the living room ideally needs replacing as when you sat on it, it gave no support . Quaint apartment, but unfortunately not for us

Comfy and homely without being precious.

For me the sofa wasn't comfy or the bed but thats just me being picky

The views and the welcome goodies that helped on our arrival. Cae helped take our suitcase up to the room and told us about places to visit.

We couldn’t have been made more welcome by the host, Cai. The restaurant, Paysanne, on the ground floor is very good for evening meals. The apartment is on the first and second floors and has amazing views. We loved the spectacular sunsets, watching the tide ebbing and flowing in the estuary and the trains (when they’re going!)
A dishwasher and freezer would have been appreciated as there is no food shopping very close by. The sitting room furniture wasn’t very comfortable. The outside metal staircase could be very difficult for the less able and small children.

Very comfortable apartment with e everything you need. Superb views of sea and estuary and Castle. Location good with trains and buses on doorstep.
Stairs are a little steep as I have back problems.

What an incredible week we have just had! Beautiful sunny weather and stunning location. Travelling with 2 children ages 3 and 6. Everything perfectly catered for in what felt like a home away from home within a family environment. Cai went above and beyond in welcoming us and was always accessible on the phone to give helpful suggestions and recommendations of places to go and visit. Ideal location for many day trips and plenty of beaches nearby. We cannot wait to visit again!
Everything was perfect!

the amazing view.Being right across from.dration gives great option of long coastal walk and being able to jump on train back.. Good location for exploring North Waled.

It had everything we needed and it was very spacious. It was very comfortable and in a great location with a beautiful view.
Cai is a great host and asked if we needed anything to eat from his bistro below, he may be able to get it brought up to us. He had even left us a bottle of red wine ! Bonus!!
It had a lovely terrace for us to sit and enjoy.
Fantastic.
All that for a low price.
Whats not to like?

The host was lovely, lots of additional little gestures. The property had fantastic views over the river Conwy to the Conwy Castle. It was very comfortable and was perfectly situated for many attractions.
The stairs are very steep, both outside the property and within the property. However for those with normal mobility it is absolutely fine

Location was fab size amazing everything you could need in a holiday home.
Needs updating double glazed windows would be a bonus bigger TV patio area could do with a makeover.

Location was perfect with lovely views of Conwy Castle, river and bay. Apartment very well equipped with plenty of room for family of 4. Lovely and helpful host.

We had a fantastic time at Glan Y Mor. The view from the property was brilliant and situated very conveniently next to the train station. Cai was a brilliant host and very generous and understanding as our trip was cut short due to local lockdown restrictions but we would very much like to return.
