A comfortable hotel, great location if I was a tourist.

Had a great 3 night stay in this lovely hotel.
Food was very good, especially the breakfast and staff were very friendly.
Enjoyed a Spa visit every day too.

Superb stay, short break, fabulous location.

All staff were really friendly and professional however on the morning of our departure there was no water in any of the rooms. We left the hotel for our business meeting not having been able to have a wash or a shave, which was really inconvenient.

But dissapointed in times that you can use the pool very limited during the day
But overall happy with oyr stay

Fantastic hotel. All staff exceptionally friendly, all saying good morning and hello when wondering around which I appreciate. Evening meal very nice and great quality, breakfast has to be one of the best I've had in a hotel (and I stay in a lot of hotels). Freshly cooked, delicious ingredients and very friendly staff. If in this neck of the woods I would 100% stay here again. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and so were the pillows. Very good stay!

Really enjoyed our 2 night stay. Staff were warm and welcoming, the Executive room was ok, comfortable and it had a magnificent view and fantastic location.
Breakfast really nice, the addition of a few more dishes such as Avocado on Toast would be good.
We ate dinner in the hotel one night and that was nice.
In general service at the restaurant was pleasant but a bit disorganised and pricing policy not particularly clear.
Really enjoyed the pool pre breakfast, very clean and well organised. Shame it’s only pre 9am or post 5:15pm but there is decent clarity about this before we booked and on arrival.
Overall I do think our deal was overpriced but would go again if on a special offer.

Very nice stay.

Given a disabled double room when I booked a twin. Shower was about 4.5ft off the floor and ridiculous for a non disabled person. I booked the room back in March so there is no excuse for this. If you are going to put mobile people in disabled access rooms then put a second shower hook on point in for normal use. Other than that, nice food, spacious clean room, pleasant staff, easy parking, clean and an ironing board / iron which was very much appreciated.

Excellent property - spacious room with very comfortable bed, nice location, great breakfast. One of the best I’ve ever stayed at. Definitely recommend

While this is a very attractive property there were no amenities in the rooms and the housekeeping was indifferent. And while the staff was nice the food was very disappointing.

Lovely comfortable stay with great spa and bar / restaurant with fantastic views

This is a very nice hotel and the pool and spa are top notch. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. There are great views of the castle and we were lucky to have spectacular sunsets. The train station is about a ten minute walk for easy access to Llandudno or Manchester airport. The only issue we had was with the slow service at the restaurant as it appeared that there were many new staff members.

Overall very good. Roof tiles rattle on estuary side when slight breeze, disturbing sleep.

Very nice and clean room, having stayed many times, everybody was very friendly

Great hotel. Everything was brilliant. The staff are lovely. I couldn't fault it.

Overall not bad but a bit too expensive for the facilities and location it has to offer. Better options for cheaper.

Positives:
On the whole, very nice food.
Generally good service
Spacious room
Nice spa facility
Beautiful walk across the river to Conwy castle
Beside Deganwy train station
Negatives:
- Only filter coffee for breakfast and IMO, not very good filter coffee.
- When raising this politely as a suggestion for elevating the customer experience the young waitress who clearly has no understanding of this decided she'd argue with me rather than take the well intended suggestion of additional coffee choices.
- Pork belly main meal portion size was four bites, so more like a starter.
- Room had no ventilation except for the patio door onto a public space. Also no aircon, so it was stuffy at night (and this was with temperatures of 17 - 21 degC outside).
- Rooms not well soundproofed

Lovely location, excellent facilities, friendly staff. Some small improvement suggestions: coffee at breakfast was poor, suggest a coffee machine. Spa and gym access times are restrictive.

Lovely stay. The room was huge as was the bathroom with a lovely view.

Arrived Friday afternoon and no car park spaces at all. Luckily, shortly after, one of the staff was just leaving. We later spotted an overflow car park back up the road. No issues over the weekend.
Service all good and attentive, we had a very enjoyable meal in the Ebb and Flow restaurant Friday evening. Hannah was our server, very friendly.
One issue we had was, apart from having a balcony, the room wasn't really any better than a Premier Inn room despite being "superior"? We felt for what we paid it was a bit expensive. The pool only being available until 9 and after 5pm for residents seems a bit off too given what is being paid, we didn't know this until after we booked. Hotel says in response to a review that it's a "small charge" to use it 9-5, to me £50 isn't a "small charge" for a couple....
Breakfast was excellent, quality bacon especially!
Nice quiet room (230) facing the marina.

Will be returning and recommending it to our friends and family.

Our group had an amazing stay at the hotel. Rooms were great ( we had a suite which looked out towards the castle - amazing views especially in the morning and sunset). Breakfast choice excellent and service of hot food quick and efficient. Spa and pool was busy but clean and well kept ( not sure why there is a £25 charge to use the spa between 09h00 and 17h15 - we were not told about this until we checked in). We had dinner in the hotel one night - maybe a little pricey but we enjoyed the food. Overall the group had a marvellous stay and we would recommend the hotel.

The room and views were lovely. The staff were kind and professional. The only downside was a lack of air conditioning in the room, which is definitely not mentioned on their hotels.com website listing, however when asked the staff were able to provide a fan. The restaurants and breakfast were very nice, I'd recommend booking in advance for the eb and flow as it was very popular.

HAVING STAYED AT THE PROPERTY BEFORE WE KNEW WHAT TO EXPECT AND WERE NOT DISSAPOINTED.
