It's totally horrible!

the facility in the hotel itself like swimming pool

This place was not recommendable simply because of the bad attitude of the host! Plus, the furniture inside the unit especially the dining table, its very unstable. It is not recommended if you have a toddler because the table can flip easily and wreck all the kitchenware on the table. The host is not very approachable. Just to answer your comments below, just for your info, my kid did not climbed up on your table, it just flips easily even just on a light bump. The NERVE OF YOU to tell me "common sense". Well my dear, I guess you are the one who did not have it since you "imported" (even it doesn't look one) a furniture which has a very low quality. I wish I had take a picture of it so you will see the tissue you inserted below the table to make it stable. You just wasted your money!!! Secondly, we did not message you simply because WE APPROACHED you personally at the lobby which is even better than sending you a message (make sense right? I hope you get it), but how you respond to us was very unprofessional! You didn't even look at my husband and talk to him properly about the concern. You just said OK to him. If you want we can check the CCTV for that. And now you are ranting us about the mugs? Lastly, do you have any proof what kind of disaster you are talking about when we leave the place? Please lay it down by all means. As agreed, I will pay for the mugs but not for the cleaning as we already paid for it at the booking.

generally, we had a pleasant stay.

The host assisted us well, and the place is really clean. It can accommodate 3-4 pax which means the room is big enough. Netflix and other TV app are available.

the electric kettle can't be used because the cord charger does not fit in the outlet.

I like the location, it's close to the airport, there are restaurants right infront of the place, and a 24-convinient store. The condo is clean and have helpful staff.

Comfortable stay near the airport

Chose the Newport City Chillax due to its proximity to the airport. The room was very clean and modern and so was the entire building. The bed was super comfortable and the shower heat and pressure were good. We didn’t have time to use the pool or gym but both looked very nice! Also lots of restaurants in walking distance! The host was so accommodating when we needed an early check in. We really appreciated it as we had been travelling for 3 days and needed to rest and shower instead of waiting around until check in time.

If your arriving from the Manila Airport and get out at airport terminal 3 it’s actually not a close walk like google maps said it was. We looked to see the “free airport shuttle” that our host suggested but the only free shuttles were for connector flights. We ended up taking a taxi for $500 PHP which was about a 10 minute drive. Then we left from the Manila Airport the next day and terminal 1 that we left from was a very close walk from the hotel which was nice! What I didn’t like about this property was that it was challenging to get ahold of the host upon arrival at the apartment. The apartment has 24hour front desk staff but they didn’t seem to want to help us and acted constantly annoyed. If you don’t need an early check in then you’ll be good, if you have a SIM card you’ll be able to contact the host easily for check in. If you only have wifi it’s challenging to get checked in because there is no wifi in the lobby and all of the restaurants in the area had no wifi.

It was OK, if you need a place to stay just to be in the area, the place is fine.

Great location, plus point that it has netflix. The owner responds right away. It has hot/cold shower. Toiletries also provided.

The smell of sofa cover and sofa pillow is really bad. It smells like an old sweat. The bed sheets and pillows aren’t smelly but you know they’re not new sheets. The electric stove got broken first morning we were staying. That’s the main reason we stayed here, is because we need a place we can cook. I dont think it is maintained well.

Close to some shops&food. Communication prior to arrival.

No hot water, no way to reach contact person & host, they both don’t answer, telephone number provided trough booking is incorrect and does not work, staff of the building is not nice nor helpful. Registration is a hassle, fill in a form, fill in another digital form, showing your passport and having them take a picture of it is still not enough, want to keep your ID. Visible dust on the closet, found insects.

Mean staff

... the caretaker of the place I've stayed are very trustworthy and apologetic of the time we stayed in C2. & shops are nearby

Although the guard & staff are mean, My point is, if they booking the place, meaning it's open to other people who paid to have the condo yet still treated as not welcome???!!... front desk are not too professional that's all.

Clean apartment next to the airport

It is located right next to the airport, which is great. There are restaurants and cafés around the building. The apartment was very clean and we really loved the fact that they provided drinking water. Communication with Albert was great and fast.

The apartment is very dark - maybe putting in more warm lights instead of LED white ones would help. More than one roll of toilet paper should be provided.
