The Josephine is a beautiful townhome, located less than 10 minutes from downtown Asheville. Our home offers a comfortable and relaxing home base for up to 8 guests. Now welcoming up to 1 dog to stay!
We can accommodate up to 4 cars at our property. Our garage can fit 2 vehicles and our driveway can fit 2 vehicles.
You will enter our 3-story home on the lower level, either through the front door or from the garage, and find yourself in a spacious first floor foyer with a bench for sitting and a large coat closet. Gorgeous hardwood floors run throughout the home, with the exception of tile flooring in the bathrooms.
Take the stairs to the main living spaces, which features a large kitchen and dining area that opens to the relaxing living room. Our kitchen is fully equipped for all of your home cooking needs. In addition to beautiful granite counter-tops and large farm sink, you'll find plenty of dishes, spices, a coffee maker (and coffee), an electric tea kettle, toaster oven, microwave and high-end gas range and oven.
The living room couldn't be cozier with an exceptionally comfortable sectional couch, chair, smart TV and a mesmerizing 2-way fireplace (which also faces out to the large deck)! A powder room and laundry room conveniently adjoin the main living space.
A spacious deck features plenty of seating to cozy up around the fireplace or take in a beautiful mountain view sunset.
Just off the living room, you'll find our luxurious main bedroom with a King Casper Mattress (only the best for our guests!), a private bath with double-sink vanity, walk-in shower, water closet and huge walk-in closet.
As you reach the top of the stairs of our 3rd floor, you'll find a large built-in desk area, which has plenty of room to spread out if you work from home.
Additional guest rooms include a bedroom with two twins, and a bedroom with a queen bed and TV, and a small adjoining room with a twin day-bed (great for families with small children). A travel crib is available UPON REQUEST. A third bedroom, or "lounge room,'" as we call it, features a great space to relax and watch TV, or it can sleep one on the twin-sized lounge/bed. A full bathroom serves these rooms with a large vanity with double sinks, and a tub/shower combo.

This home is great! It was just as pictured, super clean, and very comfortable for our family. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The neighborhood seems brand new and is very quiet. Communication with the property manager was super fast and helpful. Would absolutely stay there again!

Beautiful, new property with everything you need! Plenty of room for our extended family.
We loved all of the details - they thought of everything. Aluminum foil, variety of cooking supplies, salt/pepper, scissors, laundry detergent, makeup wipes, etc. It really made our stay simple.
We loved the view from the balcony - we watched fireworks on the 4th of July with the mountains in the background. Just gorgeous.
Beds were comfy and towels were fresh and new.
Lots of stairs in the unit and the place is on a hill to go down to the shops/restaurants if there are any mobility concerns.

Great location, recently updated with nice bedding. My toes were not a fan of the wood box
mattress in the master. Deck is a nice size for hanging out with a group. I would definitely return to this lovely townhouse and recommend it to my friends.

Everything about this property was amazing. We had 6 women for a girls weekend. The property was well stocked kitchen and linens. So many places for sleeping arrangements. We could have easily had more people join us comfortably. Best equipped rental I have ever stayed in. Would highly recommend and would rent from again.

Jessica was a wonderful host from the beginning of our stay till the very end. The house is in a gorgeous neighborhood and really is just minutes from downtown Asheville. The decor is just so well thought out and so are all the amenities and necessities. It was my boyfriend’s birthday and she left little gifts for him to enjoy upon our arrival. We will DEFINITELY be back.

Beautiful, spacious townhome (newer construction) in a lovely neighborhood! We could walk to restaurant and sports bar 3 blocks away! Very clean, and had all the amenities we needed. Sat out on deck every night and watched sunsets over mountains!

The location of this property……quiet neighborhood, beautiful Mountain View’s off deck. It was very clean throughout,plenty of space to spread out. We enjoyed using the deck the most for the cool weather. This property was 15 minutes from downtown Asheville to enjoy the restaurants and breweries and also close to Blue Ridge

50th Birthday Girls Trip
The house was the perfect place for our girls trip. There was plenty of room for the seven of us. The kitchen worked out well for our homemade brunch and our favorite spot was the porch. The property manager, Jessica, was extremely helpful before and during our stay. My only tiny complaint is that the porch could have more seating. While the bar is nice, the stools are not as comfortable to sit in as the two wicker chairs. Overall it was a wonderful experience, convenient to Asheville and the Biltmore. We also enjoyed dinner at the neighborhood pub during our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Great for a group
We rented this location for my sister's bachelorette. The place was lovely, clean, and very inviting. The check in and check out process were very smooth and the location was great. Super close to everything Asheville had to offer. We had no regrets, and would love to stay here again.

Girls Weekend in Asheville
This home was perfect for our Girls' Weekend. The open floor plan made visiting in one area work beautifully - even when one conversation was at the kitchen island, one was around the table, and one was in front of the fireplace! There was enough room to spread out but still all be together. The fact that there are FOUR single beds in this house made us very happy. I think this was the biggest plus of the house!! We admired the artwork, the furnishings, even the bedding. Very well done! Everything was so clean and new! The view of the mountains at sunset was picture perfect. We would love to go back. There is so much to do in Asheville!

Fabulous girls weekend
We had a great stay at the Josephine. The property is like a brand new home, perfect condition, and all the amenities you could possibly desire. The location was a short drive to the Biltmore Estate and an easy Uber for a dinner in downtown. The sunsets from the patio are breathtaking. We also walked down to the nearby patio restaurants for late night drinks/dinner.
I would highly recommend this house to anyone visiting Asheville.

Beautiful home with all of the amenities you would need. Bedding extremely comfortable,, lots of space, quiet but close to town - just the perfect location with gorgeous mountain views from the deck. Easily one of the nicest places we've stayed at and we'd love to be back again.

Awesome Girls Getaway Trip
I stayed at this Woodfin property in mid October and had an awesome time as this was a girl's trip getaway! The property was very clean, provided everything we needed, and we were greeted with a nice bottle of wine and some chocolates! We enjoyed sitting out on the the patio to when it wasn't too breezy. We did not have to travel far at all to hit the scenery in Asheville!

My family spent the long weekend in this home and it was perfect for all of our needs. It's incredibly close to the city and convenient to get to the highway for any destination. Jessica was incredibly responsive to our questions and she made sure everything was perfect - including making great dining recommendations prior to our arrival. The experience was fantastic. Jessica was there if we needed anything. The property had so many amenities that helped to make the stay comfortable. The property was especially clean and the little extra like more paper towels, laundry soap, kitchen soap and counter cleaner was so helpful. The location was great; we were a quick drive to downtown but could leave the busy streets and head back to a quiet setting. The view from the porch was beautiful and the fireplace added to evening enjoyment outside. We were there for a wedding for 5 nights and will definitely consider going back and staying at the same location.
