Stark, Ladles, Chubby Fish, Xiao Bao Biscuit, Chez Nous, and more.

All!
The Neighborhood:
Visitors can shop at Indigo & Cotton located directly next door and across from the apartment; indulge in the city’s most charming bakery – Sugar Bakeshop - located just across the street from the house. Many of the city’s most notable eateries are located in the Cannonborough-Elliotborough neighborhood, or an easy walk from the rental. In an October 2017 Thrillist article on where to eat in and around Charleston now – 11 of the 29 Charleston eateries listed are in easy walking distance to the home (the rest, an easy car or cab ride away): O-Ku, Callie’s Hot Little Biscuit, Chez Nous, The Darling Oyster Bar, The Grocery, Indaco, The Ordinary, Xiao Bao Biscuit, Warehouse, and Leon's Oysters.
Getting Around:
We are a 5 minute walk to Upper King Street, so most guests prefer to walk and explore the city. The beach is 15 minutes away by car. There is also a free shuttle offered by the city that runs along King Street (3 blocks away) to popular stops. Bike rentals are available nearby or you might enjoy trying a pedicab taxi. We offer free parking on site or in the lot we manage across the street.
Other Things to Note:
There are no shared surfaces or spaces. We are a family owned and operated business and care very much for our guests experience. We are available to help with recommendations and planning as needed.
Absolutely no parties or late-night noise will be tolerated.
Interaction with Guests:
We like to greet guests to make the check in easier, provide directions on parking, and to provide pointers. All can be accomplished from a social distance! We can be reached at (843)277-0272

Our group of 18 had an awesome time at this house. We were in town for a college friends reunion weekend and this house was the perfect spot for our group. The location was perfect and the house itself was comfortable and clean and also good for hanging out together as a group. The check in and check out process was also very easy. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone with a large group looking for a house within walking distance to all of the best bars and restaurants in town. Great host and experience.

Awesome location, beautiful amenities
My company rented three floors at 70 Cannon and had a wonderful work trip last week. The appliances and furnishings were high end and each unit was uniquely comfortable. There was a lot of construction happening on all sides of the building, but that died down at night.

Charleston and the Charlestonuan
Our large family came to Charleston for a family wedding. The Charlestonian was a great place for our family to sleep and hangout. It was in walking distance to most everything. It was an overall fabulous experience. Thank you!

Excellent Stay for Large Groups
We were a group of 9 couples from college who get together each year in different locations to reconnect. This property was perfect. We rented the entire house which gave us 9 bedrooms and 9 baths on three floors. The floors were all configured the same and each couple had their own bathroom which is hard to find anywhere. But this was not just anywhere. This was in beautiful Charleston and located just a few blocks from the popular downtown King Street area. We were able to walk almost everywhere. I would highly recommend this property for groups who like to be together. The property manager Morgan was a delight to work with.

Nice!
This is a clean, well-maintained property. It is 3 separate floors with 3 bedrooms/bathrooms, a den, and kitchen on each floor. Outdoor stairs between floors. It is a great location and is tucked back away from the street. It’s surrounded by a bunch of other rentals so was quite noisy at night at times. We had construction noise early one morning, and the manager handled immediately with apologies for the misunderstanding.

Fantastic Quality, Location, and Owner
My group of 13 had a great time reserving all 3 units. Erica went out of her way to help us during the stay, and even over-nighted a work cell phone to a guest who left it behind. The units are modern, comfortable, and sleek...and the location couldn't be better for central Charleston attractions. A big bonus of this unit is the impressive outdoor space on the porches for hanging out in the mornings and evenings. We hope to return!
