'Ocean View' is situated in an ideal location directly across from the beach on Ocean Boulevard. From the large wrap-around porches or widow's walk, you can take in the ocean breezes from just across the street. The "front beach" downtown area of Isle of Palms is just 5 blocks away.

--Policy--
We require the first half of your rental amount at the time of booking. The remainder of your rental amount will be due 45 days prior to your arrival. If you book within 45 days of your intended arrival, full payment is due at booking.
We offer travel insurance to all of our guests through Red Sky. Red Sky specializes in the Isle of Palms area and covers you in the occurrence of a mandatory evacuation, medical emergencies, loss of a family member, loss of job, etc. The cost is 6.95% of your rental cost. Please email for exact cost. We recommend getting travel insurance through us. VRBO/Homeaway will also sell their own version through CSA. We also offer a new kind of travel insurance, called Cancel for Any Reason through Rental Guardian, and is 10.8% of the total. You will be covered for all of the main travel insurance emergencies as well. If you make a claim that falls under the main travel insurance, you will get 100% back (minus premium), but if you decide to cancel for a reason not covered, then you will get 60% back (minus premium)
Each reservation is charged a $1,000 refundable security deposit. The security deposit will be run in the week leading up to your arrival, and will be fully refunded within 30 days of your departure after we have inspected the home for any major damages. Sometimes this is done and returned quicker than 30days. This security deposit is not included in your quoted rate on VRBO/Homeaway.
Pets are allowed with pre- approval. We limit it to one large dog or two small, but may make an exception. There is a pet fee of $282.50 PER PET. VRBO only allows one pet fee to be added, so please let us know how many pets you have in the notes when you reserve and we will make sure to add it to the contract before you sign.

- You, a Family Member, a Traveling Companion, or a Traveling Companion's Family Member are covered if they are medically quarantined by a doctor with a letter from the Health Department.
- You, a Family Member, a Traveling Companion, or a Traveling Companion's Family Member are covered if they experience loss of job due to COVID-19 or any other reason (must be employed over a year and can't be self-employed).
-Other covered reasons include, but not limited to- Mandatory evacuation due to Hurricane, injury or death, flight delay due to weather, car accident , extension of school year, and more.

Property was great and as advertised. The house could use a little more thorough cleaning. Quite a bit of sand (we were not on beach so not from us) and some of the linens didn't seem clean. Nothing unusual for a rental that most likely uses a cleaning service. Just a bummer when you check in and feel like you want to clean everything.

This house was everything we’d hoped and more. Photos and description were spot on but nothing compared to being there in person. We were spending the week following our wedding there with a large group of family so we splurged on the rental and it was well worth it. We also enjoyed the gourmet kitchen very much! Cooking for a large group was enjoyable with all of the cookware and supplies provided. All enjoyed the wonderful pool as well and the multiple decks were great for gathering at night or first thing in the morning in the roof! We all had a very relaxing vacation there.

House is made for a large group! Seven bedrooms; 5 full bathrooms. One queen on the main living floor (3rd floor) has a 1/2 bath across the hall. One bedroom with a bunk system (top bunk, double bottom bunk and a trundle single bed) had access to another 1/2 bath on the 2nd floor. Outstanding kitchen and well stocked with cooking equipment, if desired. Main gathering room has a dining room table that can feed 10 folks on one sitting. The kitchen island can feed three more and a table in the family gathering area can feed 3-4 more. Porches were awesome. Off the third floor with 7 rockers and access to a roof top porch with 4 highboy chairs. On the 1st floor an outdoor kitchen with large grill exists with an additional table, chairs and longe chairs. Hot tub available in the infinity pool. Worked great. Requires you to pay for propane use that is metered. Best to turn it on, heat for approximately 45 minutes, and then use. It will automatically turn off after 2 hours of use. The basement (ground level) has a pool table and ping pong table. Everyone was impressed with the home and it’s one I’ll plan on using again. Beach access directly across the street which prohibits parking along the street. With the basement garage, you can easily fit 6 vehicles. Great home!

Loved the Location!!!
The house was a quality home in a great location - at the south end of the island near restaurants and a block from the beach. We only used the elevator to bring in suitcases and groceries as the main living quarters could be an easy walk up. Infinity pool centrally located!

Great home, loved the pool!
This was our first time renting a home on IoP, we usually rent on Folly, but couldn’t get one for the size we needed in time. Everything was as advertised. Checking in was easy and management was communicative without pestering us. The families really enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the option to go to the pool instead of the beach whenever we wanted. The pool and hot tubs were great. Everything was clean and well-stocked. With four families (8 adults, 8 kids), the house was still very quiet. Only thing I heard complaints about was the kids wished more fish were in the tank (only two) and the checkout was an hour later.

Nice house - great beach access
We rent a house at IOP every summer for a family vacation. This was a nice house with plenty of bedrooms and baths for everyone. The porches and views are great. Nice pool area and outdoor kitchen. Do be careful with small children since the pool slopes to the deeper end in an unusual way. We didn’t use the hot tub in the pool since we were told there would be an extra charge for gas used to heat it. Some folks enjoyed the rooftop one and it’s views. The kids and adults enjoyed the ping pong, billiards, and putting green. Kitchen was well equipped - the only item in short supply were glasses of various sizes. We liked the area where the house is located - not as busy as houses we have rented closer to downtown.

Wonderful home, Great location
This was a perfect vacation for our family and friends. The house size and amenities were just right. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies; We were able to cook easily. There are 4 rooms downstairs - each with their own bath. The master bed/bath room is upstairs. There is an additional bedroom off of the kitchen that we didn't need. There's a half bath for it. We enjoyed the putting green, ping pong and pool. Lots of things around to enjoy spending time with each other. We also loved the location. The street is relatively quiet and we could walk our dogs with ease. They loved going to the beach after 5pm!

Family reunion
We had the best time at our family reunion at this beautiful property. The house had a great lay out and was very functional. My only complaints were the carpets in the bedrooms were really dirty and the Curtians in the bedrooms don’t keep out any light in the mornings. Overall it was great!

Wedding weekend January 2020
Stayed at 411 for my daughters Charleston wedding. The location was perfect, just minutes from downtown Charleston.
The house is beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything needed to host a bridal luncheon I could not have asked for more.

Great House! Location is perfect for IOP
I was extremely happy with 411 Ocean Blvd. The block is a great location with close proximity to Sullivans and downtown. Kids rode their bikes in the street as there was very little traffic. House was in great shape. Ice machines located throughout the house kept a cold drink in my hand throughout the week. Kids LOVED the pool. Beds were comfy and clean. We will book again:)

Great home for a family gathering
Three generations gathered for a long weekend reunion recently. The house was perfect. It had everything we could have asked for. Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were, and the furnishings were top notch. Easy access to the beach was important to us, and the property delivered. Megan and her team were wonderful to deal with.

Loved the house. Kitchen had everything we needed to serve Thanksgiving dinner for 22! Pool was wonderful and warm with the heat turned on. Promixity to Ocean was perfect! Exclusive Properties was easy to work with and very accommodating.

GREAT house and location; water pressure issues
This is a wonderfully fun house very nicely situated close to the beach...well-appointed kitchen, etc. We loved all of the porches with excellent seating for conversation and a good breeze. Lists 7BR and 4 full baths; however, the water pressure was so poor that it may as well have had 1 full bath, as we could only shower one at a time (or have a trickle of water in the shower). Property manager was attentive and sent a plumber; however, the issue was not resolved and is probably not an easy fix.

Fabulous week at the beach!!!
This was a celebration for 12 "girls" that have been friends for over 50 years and all turning 65 this year!!! The house was amazing and was everything we were hoping for. The pool and oceanfront view were spectacular. We visited Savannah one day and Charleston another day. Both were great trips. One of the best things we did was to contact indigeniuscuisine which was recommended by Exclusive Properties. Our chef, Arlette, and her husband Patrick did a phenomenal job. The food was fantastic and the presentation was amazing. I would highly recommend having them prepare a dinner. The staff at Exclusive Properties were extremely friendly and if we needed anything, it was taken care of immediately. Thank you to everyone who helped make our "celebration" a memorable one.

Great Reunion Trip - Fun for everyone!
We stayed for a long weekend with 6 couples and 4 toddlers and everything was perfect. We flew from all over the US to meet in IOP. The house was beautiful and everything was in perfect condition. We loved the pool and perfect beachfront location. We grilled on the beautiful outdoor patio area next to the pool and we could also easily walk into the main town on Isle of Palms (right down Ocean Avenue). We area already talking about booking again for next year!

nice home with great location - good views - ample parking - many amenities
We recently stayed at Ocean View during our son's wedding weekend. The home is nicely appointed with ample room for many to stay (7 bedrooms and ample baths) so if you have a large group this would be a good choice. As shown on line -the beach access is right across the street which is convenient - sadly my toes never touched the sand as we were so busy. The kitchen has any item you would need - fridge is large and appliances are upscale. Since we were a winter rental there were some issues that we had to resolve with the rental company when we arrived. They were responsive - but some things needed time to fix - hot tub was not cleaned so we had to wait a couple of days for that - and though they had a plumber to come to the home and ck it out - the water in the master shower was not consistently hot. This did not get fixed although efforts were made. It was too cold to enjoy the pool, and the putting green was not clean - but we enjoyed the decks as we had nice weather on the wedding day. The furniture in the living level is worn - and with the price point of this home I would have thought that would not be the case but as a base for our wedding hub it was adequate. We did enjoy the fireplace in the main room - the bedroom fireplace was not operational. The rental company did allow us to get in a tad early when we arrived as the home was available and that was appreciated. I do suggest that for an incredible dinner out that is within two miles head to Long Island Cafe ( in a strip mall) food was incredible and ambiance delightful - also the Morgan Creek Grill was also good. Breakfast spot - the Refuge nailed it with an incredible brunch before we left on Sunday Overall I would give Ocean View 3 stars - with a little attention to detail because of location and amenities it could have been a 5 star experience.

Perfect Location!!
We rented this home for 8 days to enjoy the Thanksgiving holiday with our 3 adult children (total 7 adults). There was more than enough room, and the house was in the perfect location. When we first arrived we had a few minor issues - Kathleen (sic) was over to the house within 5 minutes. She was wonderful!!! She personally handled the minor issues immediately, and was lovely to talk to. She suggested a dozen restaurants, bars, sightseeing ideas, etc. We pretty much followed everything she suggested and was extremely satisfied. I am glad we met her! As far as the house - everything was pretty much as pictured in the photos - my only suggestion would be to the owner to replace the couches and some pieces of furniture that look like they've been around for way too long. The couches were actually gross!! The leather had been worn off a while ago - they were not attractive and the pillows were dirty and old. A little thing like replacing them would make me give this property a 5 star rating. When I mentioned it to the staff they indicated that there were other complaints - simple solution....replace them! Otherwise the view is 5 star, as is the location and how close to Charleston the property is. I would definitely return (first I'll call to see if the couches were replaced though).

This house is certainly a five star property. The house rental description was very accurate. Which is super important to us since we book online without a visit to the house. Service was very responsive, there were no issues but when a call was made, it was answered straight away. Would book this property again.

Five Star House!!!
We stayed in this house recently, and it was incredible. The kitchen was well equipped - we did not need or want for anything throughout our stay. The house was spacious enough that 14 people had plenty of room. The swimming pool was great, and the view was AMAZING. We loved being right across from beach access - it was very convenient. The pictures don't do it justice - one of the nicest places I have ever stayed - will definitely book again.

Beautiful house near the ocean!
We had a good time during our stay at this IOP home. The house is well equipped with kitchen utensils and appliances all the way down to board games. The kids loved the bunk room. The beach is actually a short walk away, and though it was raining for a lot of our trip, we were able to make it there a couple times. Our cousins live in Mt Pleasant and it was a < 10 minute drive to their place, so location was perfect for us. A nice quiet area and it felt like home. I would def recommend this place!
