Not that I didn't like it, but the location is a bit far from everything. Good for relaxing.

I loved everything about this property. What a gem of a place. In a quiet little coastal village of Rhole. My friends and I loved everything about the house. The beds were comfy, the house was clean, and it had everything we needed. We will definitely be coming back for more
Nothing, the house was perfect, and the hosts were amazing.

We arrived to a squeaky clean place, everything was perfect. The area is breath-taking, and there is soo much to see. Honestly very good value for money, has everything a person needs. The locals are very friendly, and safety is very good in the area.
Communication with the locals is difficult as very few speak English. Bring your tabard with for the mosquitoes. In the rainy season it gets very muddy in the area, be sure to be in a 4x4.

The surrounding area and the quiet. The place is spacious.
There was no microwave and TV. It would've been nice if they were available. Usually most self catering places I have been to have salt and sugar this one did not have. The sliding door allowed for a bit of wind to come through but it wasn't that cold.

When I booked, I needed a break from City life and personal strain. I'm am still stunned to find a place like that. I never thought you can find exclusive place in Eastern Cape. I am refreshed. I needed more days. It was easy to find the place. I was bit sceptical about the condition of the road. I'm glad they have fixed the roads to smooth gravel as I came with my low Base Vehicle.
The house was clean and it was equipped for long stay visitors. Beautiful seaview from my bedroom and toilet. My Son enjoyed the open sky outdoor cold water shower.
Ample space field for jogging with my Son. We had enjoyed ourself and felt the tranquility and peace we needed. Being a female I felt safe to sleep with my son in thay big house. I will plan wisely next time and come back with my Family and extended Family. Looking forward for wood braai indoor or outdoor. Thank you so much.
Nothing I did not like. But I wish they can have books or magazine for reading.

Peaceful, tranquil and situated in a beautiful open setting with good views.
Even tough its not under the property owner's jurisdiction, the roads are not roads but tracks through the veld.
The location of the property is far from the beach (25 min walk).

The house was clean and the staff and neighbours were helpful and friendly. The owner was also checking on us.
From town there's a long gravel road of about 20km before we got to a place where there was 6km of no road. I booked for 2 nights but I had to book elsewhere for the 2nd night.

You need a decent SUV and some knowledge of offroad driving to get to to the accommodation, but this makes it feel exclusive. When you see the view from your room, you forget about everything else.
I looked over the ocean the morning of our hike to Waterfall Bluff and was suddenly stunned by a the spectacular view of a whale jumping out of the water and splashing down. And then we started with our hike...
Nothing can describe the awe you feel when you walk along the coast and see the hump of a whale emerging from the ocean and dolphins playfully surfing the waves alongside the shoreline.
Getting back after the hike a nice fire in the fireplace and a glass of wine really went down well before we were delighted with class in braaiing crayfish.
This is really something for the books. We are so thankful.
An outside social area would probably be a great addition, something that can give some shelter from the wind, but allow you to enjoy the night sky with a fire going.
There is so little light pollution, that the one night we had a clear sky for a moment the stars were spectacular.
