Overall very good. It was clean, kitchen fairly well stocked, nice patio area just needed a table out there and a couple more chairs. We would come back.

We were in town for a softball tournament. Several of our teammates stayed in the cabin right next door to ours. After visiting their cabin, we noted that it was stocked in the kitchen significantly more than ours was. In fact, we had to borrow coffee pods until we could make a shopping run of our own. We also noted a significant lack of toiletries in all but the master bath. Even basics like soap and shampoo were not available. However, we were able to provide our own quite easily. Our host was always available and communication was excellent. Knowing now what we would need to provide in the future, we would absolutely return again next year.

This cabin is clean, comfortable, and in a great location. It provided ideal accommodations for a family of 8 and the development allowed for kids to ride bikes and play without concern. The host was quick to respond making our stay 10/10. We will definitely be back.

We had a wedding to attend in Pinetop. We needed a larger home to accommodate 8 adults and 1 child. The home is exactly as described and very clean. The check in process was very easy and all the rooms were nicely spaced out so you were not on top of each other and all were a nice size. The neighborhood was very quiet and relaxing. We were so busy with the wedding it was a bummer we didn’t get to have more down time and really enjoy the quiet serene atmosphere. Highly recommend this cozy home!

Great house for four adult men who were in town a week for a small construction project, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. However, there is no parking for full sized trucks. We had to park nearly three blocks away from the house in the guest parking area. Other than that it was perfect!

Not only was this the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in but it was such a nice getaway. The beds were comfortable and the cabin had such a "homey" feel to it. The cabin is located in a very convenient spot. It was so nice to be able to get my steps on a walk in the morning and enjoy the natural beauty of location. I will be back.

Lindsey was very responsive, and made sure our stay was comfortable. We came prepared with food and used the kitchen with all the necessary utensils to cook. The cabin was really clean and supplied with everything to make our stay comfortable. There was a washer/dryer, dishwasher, even bikes in the garage for us to enjoy. Sitting out on the balcony and drinking coffee was the highlight of my trip. 5-Star experience all around.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the cabin. It was well equipped with everything we needed. We had 8 adults so the fifth bedroom with the wagon bed didn’t work out but there’s plenty of room for a blow up mattress in the loft. One note to others, if you plan to spend the afternoon out on the back patio bring an umbrella or canopy as it gets pretty sunny mid afternoon.

Lovely home with everything you need ... I recommend it highly. One thing I did not realize is that the photo of the covered wagon & game table was one of the bedrooms. We had to do some shuffling to accommodate one of the single adults that was going to stay in that bed. Kids would love that bed!! Great home!
