Standing proudly just across the road from a large park with children’s play area, this is a fabulous location in a fabulous town. The interior of this property boasts a large living room with a wood burner, alongside another cosy snug area with Freesat TV to escape to. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the large grand dining room really is the perfect place to celebrate with family and friends. All of the bedrooms have been decorated and renovated to make the most of the space within this property. Outside, you can enjoy an enclosed seating area along with a lawn area.
Sitting within the famous town of Bakewell, you will find walks straight from the doorstep. This really is a wonderful base for a variety of activities whether it be walking, cycling or visiting nearby stately homes such as Haddon Hall and Chatsworth House and Estate. Alternatively, enjoy having a stroll around Bakewell’s weekly Monday market, shops, tea shops, restaurants and pubs.
Both the rugged Dark Peak and the softer limestone White Peak are within easy reach, and Alton Towers, Britain’s premier theme park, is only a short drive away. The impressive caverns in nearby Castleton and Little John’s burial place in Hathersage are also well worth a visit. Haddon Villa really is a wonderful place to enjoy a holiday at anytime of the year! Shop, pub and restaurant 500 yards.
