泊まるだけではもったいないホテルでした！ホカンスしたいです

お部屋がきれいで清潔感がありました。タオルなどエレベーターホールに用意され、必要なだけ部屋に持ち帰り使えるのが嬉しかったです。部屋にあるあるシャンプーやボディーソープもとても良質で気持ちがよかったです。部屋の広さも十分でした。２４時間あいているライブラリーもキッチンもほんとうにおしゃれで居心地がよく、ホテルにこもっていたかったです。ライブラリーの本！圧巻でした。ホテル内にかけられている絵や写真も素敵でした。レストランはありませんが朝にはロビーの横にあるバースペースで、ベーグルサンドをいただくことができました。これがほんとうに美味しかったです。キッチンも清潔でした。夜中にスタッフさんたちがきれいにキッチンを磨き上げておられるのでしょう。キッチンを利用しているのはほとんどがインバウンドとお見受けしましたが、みなさんほんとうに礼儀正しくきれいに使用されていました。お部屋にあるホテルのコンセプトの書いてある写真集(クリップボードに写真がまとめられているもの)があり、それがとても気に入ったので、できたら本になって売ってくれたらいいのになと思いました。ほんとうに居心地がよかったのでまた利用したいと思っています。ありがとうございました。

良くないというほどのことはないのですが、チェックインのときの説明が、かなりの早口で所々　頭のなかで分析？しつつ聞いていました。もう少しゆったり話してくださるとよかったかなと思いました。(感じがわるいとかではないです)

Close to Kyoto Station. A cute hotel.

Friendly, helpful staff. Good sized room, well furnished. The fact that the window could be cracked open at night is a big plus from me.

Air conditioning was set too cold, and unable to be adjusted. There was a problem with the hot water during the stay.

One of the better affordable hotels near Kyoto station

Great hotel within 10 mins walking from the Kyoto train station. Their service staff are attentive and are able to help you with any questions/ amenities (I asked for extra hangers and to borrow their ironing board, all of which was provided to me sufficiently). While the double room is small, I think that's standard for Japan in general and it was enough space for me to lug my huge luggage + additional medium sized luggage kept underneath the bed. Shower had very good pressure + temperature, air-conditioning was easy to configure and I actually knocked out everyday sleeping on their bed (I'm a light sleeper so this speaks volumes lol) You can manually change your towels everyday [you need to put the used towels in the waste basket right next to the elevator] so that's great. Appreciate that all guests can get water from their basement downstairs, which doubled as a huge dining space + kitchen (with a few provided items) for those who need to use it. Overall, it's a beautiful hotel with great ambience. I really like the dim lighting the minute you enter the reception paired with great indie music playing lightly over the speakers. Definitely one of the better hotels I've stayed at, especially for the price. Highly recommend

We loved it there!! Best vibes, nice cocktails every night, nice staff, clean rooms, good location. Very racomanded!

The hotel facilities were amazing! Big common area with kitchen, bar, places to sit, movie nights etc. it had the best vibe and felt like a big fancy living room :) the room itself had everything we needed and was very clean. Location was great on a super cute street with a lot of restaurants.

Room was very small. We made it work and it was good for us, but small.

Perfect hotel to explore Kyoto

Extremely comfortable! Rooms were quite spacious to other Japanese Hotels. Staff are very helpful and attentive. The best part of the hotel is that it has its own coin laundry in the basement. Shared kitchen facilities are also located in the basement. Location was superb with the Kyoto Station located a short walk away.

Great stay in Kyoto. Hotel offerings are unlike other standard hotels.

- lovely staff that helped us book tickets for the Nijo Castle Night Illuminations on the japanese website :) - hotel offers gin tasting, has an amazing library, is hosting movie nights and you can get a very cheap breakfast with coffee and a bagel in the morning. We did not use the kitchen area but there is a big kitchen that everyone can use and we saw many people cooking there. - small but clean rooms with everything you need - great location close to the main station, great restaurants just around the corner

- the other tourists blocking pathways in the hall with their luggage. it is not hard to look after other people but since the hallway is long and small, they just did not look for others, only for themselves

I will visit here again only next Kyoto trip.

The location is very near Kyoto station. It’s very convenient for traveling, also the waiters there have nice language ability and very gentle help. Very cozy!!

余計なものがなくスタイリッシュ

ロビーがとてもスタイリッシュ。おしゃれな図書館のようで気分が上がります。ダブルの部屋は普通でしたが２段ベッドのお部屋はいい感じにまとめられていて10代の息子は大変気に入っていました。部屋に余計なものがなくていいです。

Love the gin tasting at the hotel. Love the facilities and amenities offered - pyjamas, book reading area with lots of books (I bought some too!) , shared kitchen area.

快適で楽しい！

スタッフは親切で丁寧な対応をしてくれました。お部屋も清潔で快適でした。オプションでデスクライトを貸してもらえて助かりました。本棚には京都関連の本が数多く並び、もし悪天候で観光出来なくても1日飽きずに滞在出来そうです。

洗面台の近くにコンセントがなくて鏡を見ながらドライヤーが使えないのが残念でした。お部屋で暖かいお茶を飲みたいので沸くポットがあれば更に良かったです。

整體上還不錯，2人房上下舖，帶的是29吋無印大行李箱，全攤平的話，活動範圍更小。

住宿位置離車站真的蠻近的。

Best value for money in a quiet neighborhood

The location is tucked in a quiet neighborhood. We only stayed for a night so we didn’t get to explore the place. The staff gave us a map of restaurants to try around the place which is really useful. We also bought a transportation pass from the receptionist and saved up on transportation costs. The library is a nice touch, they also have screening of movies too and great hangout area. Staff is super friendly and helpful, they help us book a taxi to Kyoto station.

The only thing that shocks us was the communal fridge. It was filled with items that hadn’t seen the light of the day for the longest time.

i like there is always clean towels, kitchen is good. good shower. i liked the short films, library and the whole look of the place.

lack of charging points and adapters, problem with window frame letting in water constantly and making curtains damp.

Stylish hotel in good location

The hotel is beautiful and suits tourists well. The rooms were comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen is a nice touch.

Unfortunately the hotel was hacked and I became victim of a fraudulent scam which cost me quite a lot of money. The hotel reception was often very busy and it took a while to be served.

海外の方も多いので、デザインも値段も含めて素敵なホテルでした。部屋はビジネスホテル並みの広さですが… 十分です。 1階ではジンのテイスティングもでき、京都に関する本もたくさんあり、地下1階では自由にキッチンスペースが使える。駅近でオススメです。

・スタッフさんが優しかったです・お部屋は洗面所・トイレ・シャワーを工夫して配置されている感じを受けました・タオルやパジャマ(自分でピックアップするタイプ)も付いてます・地下1階の共用スペースも広くて比較的何でも揃っているので長期滞在でも不自由しなさそうです(炎舞炊きの炊飯器があってテンション上がりました) ・近くにコンビニもありますし、飲食店もたくさんあります・京都駅から近いです

・部屋がコンパクトなつくりなので、身長が高い人は要確認です(一緒に泊まったパートナーは身長180cmだったのでベッドの長さギリギリでした)

Comfortable boutique upscale hostel.

Really interesting concept. The rooms are small but there are abundant common areas, including a bar, a library, a full kitchen, and various other amenities. At night, the library transforms into a sort of theater with short films shown on-screen. The room was clean and comfortable, if a bit small. I liked that the space was functional and well-thought out. Benches that doubled as luggage racks, coat hangers on the entry, a space saving bathroom. Given the size, I heard a little noise from the hallway but it wasn’t too and. Bed was comfy!

The breakfast offered on-site isn’t bad (a bagel sandwich and coffee) but it’s not a particularly good value compared to what you can find around Kyoto Station. I’d recommend skipping the ¥500 breakfast, spending say ¥100-200 more and going somewhere else. I wish their bar would have been open later. I totally would have grabbed a drink after getting back to the hotel, but it was too late by then each night. Even a last call at 0:00 would be a great improvement.
