Need more customer service training for night staff day staff are excellent

Rooms are good

Phone was not working and ask at front desk for 3 times to fix it which never fixed so 4 times had to go down to ask for help . In the morning staff member was sleeping on sofa , had to call them many times to wake up and help for hot water ……

location is issue,employee calling me to stay was drunk ,I couldnt even step in ,while reaching there also i have transferred Rs 1000 which they have not returned till date since i was with family,i have not even stayed for an hour!

Location is 10 min walking to the temple and market Stuff really friendly

The Google maps location is wrong I felt scamed I booked it bec of the location and paid more thinking it's at the Golden temple !!!!! Loud music in the hallway Taxi from hotel is 1500 but uber is 400 I don't like to be lied at to get money The hot water took 10 min to run hot There's hot water from the hotel no switch

The access to the hotel was tough to find. We couldn't find any board or signage whatsoever. However, once inside, the hotel was pretty good . The rooms were small but comfortable. There were no windows in any room, but it was comfortably air-conditioned. The bed linen was a bit worn. The bath towels were really bad in condition. The TV was not functioning properly, the channels were not changing at all. Despite all this, the staff saved the day. They were extremely helpful and courteous, prompt in their response and service. They even helped in the car parking and getting luggage till there. Overall, the location was awesome, near to everything, , which made us ignore other small things.

i had to pay 1000 for early check-in, and usually check-in timing are 12 pm but this hotel has it on 2 pm

The perfect base to explore this fascinating city

Loved its location in the old town and resulting proximity to the bazaars, the Golden Temple and Jallianwallah Bagh. Staff were really helpful. I was initially dubious about an internal room on the ground floor, but later grateful for the fact it largely blocked out Amritsar’s ubiquitous traffic noise!

I thought it was a little expensive, and the pillows were a bit bulky. (Not much to complain about in all honesty!)

Hotel is very good. Rooms, Bathroom and common area are too much clean. Also staffs are very well.

Location is 1.2 km from golden temple. But it's ok. You can walk easy. Have no any things for dislike.

Location is good but it is in a small alleyway

I didn’t have hot water for the first day and was told that they were working on it. They made up some stories about why it wasn’t working and took half a day to deliver a bucket of hot water for me to bathe. The bathroom did not smell pleasant and I had to ask for them to change my room or give me my money back. The second day again no hot water and I was offered buckets. I refused as this was not acceptable. They then changed my room and suddenly I had hot water. The staff don’t care and this is one of the worse experiences I have ever had with hotels.

I liked the location and how close it is to the golden temple and partition museum. the room and bed super comfortable Room are neat and clean, rooftop restaurant is amazing, tasty food. Staff were so great and helpful 😊😊

Hotel located near the heritage walk, rooms are neat and clean , rooftop restaurant is amazing , tasty food , well behaved staff, rooms amenities are available.totally worth the price we paid .We had a pleasant stay , will surely visit again..

Very Average and expensive hotel

The staff agreed to keep our luggage even after checkout for sometime as our train was in the evening.

TV was not working. Person checked still didn't work. They don't have 24hrs hot water for warm/steam bath. They have it only in morning. There is no window or ventilation in room. The room size is extremely small. The price is not worth the room and facilities. No signages of hotel.

The hotel will ask you for a deposit to keep your booking. DO NOT PAY. Booking.com should look into the fact that these guys are charging upfront costs when they say prepayment is not required. The hotel is in a terrible interior location where cars can hardly go. If you are traveling in a group and have luggage, best avoid.

The room was extremely clean and comfortable with all necessities and a mini bar Every day a mineral water bottle was available at no cost The hotel was split seconds away from golden temple added a cherry on the cake The staff were polite The ambience of the entire hotel was upto the mark
