Not to recommend staying in this hotel

I like the location and room amenities

What I don't like is that all rooms are having a smell of seepage and even there is smell which was coming from the duvet and linen. Myself and my family haven't been able to sleep the whole night because of the smell. Even my wife is suffering from asthma and I know how she suffers a lot. Earlier we used to stay there but now onwards we aren't able to stay in the future. I think we have wasted our money on our Religious trip.

The room was nice and the breakfast was great.

We were a group of 12 who had booked 6 rooms. The hotel staff and I communicated many times via phone and message prior to our arrival. When it came time to check out on the second day, the hotel staff informed us that their credit card machine was not working. It was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional to (1) not inform us ahead of time that the credit card machine was not working, (2) only accept cash, and (3) expect us to have such a large amount of cash on us. We had to pool all of our money together to make the payment in cash. This ended up leaving almost the entire group out of most of their cash, and we still had a whole day in the city. This was the most unprofessional encounters I have ever had a hotel and I do not think I will revisit this location after the unprofessionalism seen. I also received a bill from booking.com and was required to enter my credit card information when I made the booking. However, the staff told me the payment online from booking.com did not happen. Therefore, I had to pay booking.com in advance when I purchased the room, and then in cash again when we checked out.

Superb

The hospitality, the services, the kids game room, the cordial staff, the location - away from the noise, the hygiene, the common kitchen et al. This is my second stay at the property and so happy that they have retained the positives since last 3 years.

It is in a superb location for exploring the city. Staff very helpful Lovely seating areas with travel agent attached to help if you need assistance I was a little chilly having arrived from Goa but they immediately provided a heater for my room

There were noisy guests for a couple of nights who woke me up but what to do? Hotels seem plagued by people who don't respect the rights of others.

Cosy studio room, delicious food and friendly vibes. Personally, we love the washroom. It was well design and clean although the shower head drop due to rust but that's ok. The rest of it was really top knotch!

Amazingly designed place. In spite of short on space, the hotel has managed such a great space management that gives you a good staying experience. Location might not be near to the temple, but you can easily hop on eRickshaw from the street and end up anywhere in the city in reasonable price. Amazing cleanliness. Hot running water. Room Heaters. Cordial Staff. The intent of the property owner to give a great staying experience is very clear right from the start when you enter the hotel. Very happy to stay there and recommend this.

A must in Chandigarh.

The location was a bit dicey but it was a very comfortable stay, no complaints.

Great spot for seeing the Golden Temple

Staff are very helpful and friendly. Hotel itself is very unique with lots of common areas and amenities to make any length of stay comfortable. Room was cozy and comfortable. Spotlessly clean. They provided airport pickup and helped us arrange a trip to the border for the border ceremony, both of which were via their go to taxi driver Rahul, who is extremely friendly, with great advise on how best to experience amritsar and full of information, so Id recommend his services. Good location about 15 minutes walk from the golden temple or less than 10 mins in a rickshaw. Although the actual street is otherwise a little quite. Food is freshly cooked and delicious (both dinner and breakfast), with plenty of options. Plus they even managed to get the fifa world cup on the TV for me.

Only criticism was the water pressure was a bit weak in the shower and we had to leave it on for a few minutes before it would start to warm up.

Very comfortable , good for hanging out some days

Friendly manager, very comfortable rooms, not super big but all you need is there, plus they are very easy on the eye. I loved that there were reading lights above the bed. The hotel is walking distance to golden temple and the centre of amritsar, very convenient. We walked everywhere. A big plus for me, traveling on a bike, was also the safe parking in their own garage

Beautiful hotel

The ambient of the Room is good. Rooms are smaller than the average. Interior is so well done that u do not feel claustrophobic. Room service okay okay House keeping great No working telephone 😂😂 Location is a concern.. Reception. Beautiful Team great Recommended if u r not claustrophobic...

Perfect stay.

Location is excellent for visiting the golden temple. Great reception from staff, yummy food and everything you could want has been thought about. Good place to comfortably spend a few days. Good WiFi too.

Truly a Shaandaar (Magnificent) stay near Golden Temple.

Genuine service, polite staff and comfortable stay. The ambience is great, hospitality is generous and food is awesome. Close to all major attractions in the city, stay shaandaar is truly a "Shaandaar" experience to stay in Amritsar.

Everything. It was very clean , the staff was very nice and helpful with everything . The decoration of the hotel was really cool and new. The beds were comfortable and they have games to play in the hotel. I totally recommend.
