Great stay in Verona

I chose this property as it was close to the train and it was perfect just a 5 min walk as we were using Verona as a base for day trips to Venice and Sirmione. The room was clean and comfortable and just like its photos and description. The host Sofia was very helpful and easy to contact nothing was a problem. Supplied some wine glasses on request as there wasn’t any in the room. Would stay again loved our visit to Verona.

Verona!!!

Posizione ottimale, vicino alla stazione e non lontana dal centro, raggiungibile a piedi in 10/15 minuti. Camera ampia e spaziosa, con comodo bagno. Proprietaria gentile e disponibile.

Buona struttura, poco da eccepire, solo qualche 'critica' costruttiva: La colazione va migliorata, era abbastanza “light” (anche se cosi era descritto nel prezzo d’acquisto, quindi nulla da recriminare); per chi non usufruisce del servizio gratuito di colazione servita in camera, potrebbe essere prevista una colazione piu sostanziosa o convenzionarsi con qualche bar per cornetto fresco e cappuccino caldo. La doccia aveva uno scarico poco funzionale con accumulo di acqua nei piedi, inoltre ha impiegato 5 minuti per far arrivare l’acqua calda; in ottica di risparmio energetico si potrebbe migliorare l’impianto. Cuscino duro, non troppo confortevole.

Atención de primera

La ubicación, la habitación, la anfitriona, todo. Puedes rentar bicis y aún costado se encuentran aparcadas. La administradora es muy amable y está al pendiente de ti todo el tiempo, agradezco ese tipo de atención. La ubicación es perfecta, puedes ir al centro en solo 4 minutos en bici y llegar a la estación de tren en menos de 10 minutos caminando.

En realidad quedé satisfecho de todo.

Зручне розташування, 10 хвилин до вокзалу і 12 хв пішки до центру. Тихе місце, вночі комфортно спати. 2 окремих ліжка, великий телевізор. Наявність простого сніданку (кава, круасан, джем, фрукти) - приємний бонус

Відсутність чайника в номері і навіть у місцях загального користування здивувала і неприємно вразила. Краще б замість того величезного телевізора був маленький чайник і чашки. Ванна кімната не дуже чиста, простирадла на ліжках також потребують оновлення

Decía q había bebidas gratis en el freegobar y no había ninguna. No estaba muy limpio. La ducha estaba tapada. Desayuno muy flojo

Value for money option for short trip to Verona

Very good value for money comparing to other locations in Verona. For what we paid (<100euro/night) we received a clean room, safe building, quite, good isolation and air conditioning! This was a plus that we appreciated in Italy, during a very hot month of August. The room is situates in a building that looks quite good and safe, with elevator and card access. Aprox 8 minutes to Verona train station and around 20 min to Giulietta’s House. Is jot really in the old city center, but the price is corelated to the location. We received a light italian breakfast (espresso, croissant and toast). Easy check in, even a bit early than scheduled. No stores nearby, but there is a vending machine downstairs from where you can buy water or snaks.

Room is not very big and the bathroom could have been more tidy, but for 2 nights we managed. Also, they didn’t offered many amenities in the bathroom.

Good location and good value for money. Sofia was great and check in went very smooth. There is a breakfast included in the price.

Exceptionally helpful staff, clean and larger room, and a very good value.

The room was of good size, plenty of charging ports, clean and the staff was very helpful. it was within walking distance of the train station.

It was a longer walk than I thought to the arena and sights in the old town.

Perfect location, near to the train station and a few hundred meters from city center. Sofia was very helpful and kind. Cozy and clean room, comfortable bed.

Bad water drainage in the sink and the shower, but that's normal in Italy :)

Pleasant

Room is big and bright. Breakfast is provided with grapes. Staff is helpful and friendly. Located near to bus station. Luggage can be leave inside room. Great restaurants near by!

No water kettle. Heater not warm enough.

Perfect to stay for one night.

I like very much the location, just 10 mins walking to the centre. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming.

There a was a bad odour in the hallway. The bathroom sink was clogged.
