Very comfortable and well appointed. We met our kids and Grandson here. Much fun was had!

Each shower, immediately turned on hot water and a really good spray, beds were comfortable, kitchen more than adequately stocked with dishes, etc. Living room/dining room were perfect for playing games or just visiting. Lights being labeled so we knew what turned on what, extension cords on bedroom nightstands to charge phones without crawling on the ground trying to find an electric outlet. All we needed was there for our use. We really enjoyed our stay.

This home was spacious, very comfortable and well stocked. Loved that each bedroom has full bath. There are no good views and the stay felt overpriced. Our check in was pushed back 1.5 hours and we weren’t compensated with late check out or price reduction.

We got there and the property was better than the listing on VRBO. There was a beach wagon, chairs, sand toys, and everything that a family needs to go to the beach. The walk to the beach was easy for even me (partially disabled). This will be my first option when we go back. Might even me willing to modify trip dates to stay at this location.
The only bad thing was that their was no coffee to make. Small thing, but the only thing I could find lacking. I left a bag for the next people.

The house was in a great location, with a quick walk to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked, and the kids loved the bunk beds. The 2 beds in the 2nd bedroom were very uncomfortable and squeaky anytime you moved. The house overall was pretty creaky upstairs, also everyone woke up when someone walked around. Other than that, great stay!

This was our first time staying at this home. It was a great fit for our family. There was plenty of beds, the furniture was clean and comfortable, We enjoyed having plenty of bathrooms. The only bummer was the garage only fits a really tiny car. 2 of the vehicles in our party were too big for the garage. I would also suggest getting a pizza cutter for the drawers :) Overall I would recommend this place and we will probably stay there again next year.

We had trouble using the entry code to the house when we arrived. Had to call the property mgmt to get it resolved. I think someone forgot to set it up before we arrived. The house was/is very comfortable and had everything we needed. Plenty of bathrooms, a must for 7 women!! The toilet in the main bedroom had issues, and one of the upstairs bathroom toilets did as well. Not much of an outside area to hang out in. A bit far to walk to the main part of town, so we had to drive a lot. Several blocks from the beach, but not too bad.

I gave 4 stars for the accuracy of the listing because almost everything was as described; but there's an air hockey table in the listing, and there wasn't one at the house. (A big disappointment to the children.)
I gave 2 stars for check-in and communication. Here's why: when we arrived, the entry code did not work. The property manager did not answer our phone calls, and response to text message took 90 minutes. We were only able to get in to the house because my sister found a chat function on the property manager's Facebook page (which was not listed as the way we should contact the property manager). I also texted to ask about the air hockey table, and never got a reply.

We had a great family visit. We were able to walk to the beach and boardwalk, which was convenient. We cooked out a couple times at the house, which worked out well, and we had all the necessary tools to do so. Coffee pot and coffee maker were miss matched, which caused some initial confusion as the pot lid did not fit in the maker. Everything else went well.

we had a great time! spacious, clean, big enough for two families with 4 kids (and more if needed). The master has a walk in closet for a pack and play (not included) which is nice to know for the little ones. The bunk room upstairs was perfect for the older kids (4 and 6yrs old). The BBQ is on the side of the house and not that convenient, no slow cooker (we wanted to make queso) and the pillows could use a replacement. Other than that it was a perfect house for a family beach weekend. It's about a 4 block walk to the beach/boardwalk.

What a wonderful little home for a fantastic weekend. Very convenient with bathrooms in each room. Super clean and nice open living space for and fun games and making memories. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We got a call at 3:30 ( for our 4:00 check in )that that house was trashed by previous guests and was not safe, so we had to move. But they just found at at 3:30? So we had to wait around until 6:30 to get into the new house. Was told it was an upgrade ( view was better but thats about it). House smelled moldy and found old blood on our sheets- gross! We made the best of it, but wasnt too keen on the accommodations for the price we paid ( plus outrageous fees). Not even sure if an individual owns it, was at least managed by Merdith Lodging

This house is on a convenient location, a few blocks from the beach. The rooms were comfortable. There was a smart TV in the living room with several DVDs. The kitchen had all the possible utensils that were needed. Laundry detergent was provided and the place was well stocked with towels. Would consider staying there again!

We liked having plenty of space, and the idea of 4 bathrooms. But there were ants in 3 of the bathrooms, and all of the bedrooms. Teens slept on the couch, we barely slept, had to keep picking ants off of ourselves all night. Also the floors are very creaky. Pretty bummed overall.

Not worth the money!
The sheets were stained. The floor of the bathroom was rotten, mold in on the ceiling of the garage, the washer and dryer were broken and nearly ruined two brand new sweatshirts we bought while staying there, and the dishwasher was broken also. NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!

Perfect place for my family
My 4 adult children and I found this to be the perfect home for 5 day trip to Seaside, OR. Located in a quiet safe neighborhood a few blocks north of the downtown area and a 5 minute walk to the boardwalk along the beautiful beach. I used the spacious 1st floor master bedroom (king size bed) with its own bathroom/shower. My adult children had their choice of rooms upstairs along with the 2 full bathrooms upstairs. We used the attached garage as an exercise area each morning. The fully equipped kitchen was very clean as well as the rest of the house. The open concept with the living, dining and kitchen combo was again perfect for our adult group of 5. Thank you to the owners.

A nice place for the weekend
Our family enjoyed staying at the beach house for the long weekend. The kitchen was fully stocked minus wine glasses but that was ok. The sofa was very uncomfortable...so much so no one wanted to sit on it. I think it was broken. So if I were to suggest anything, it would be more adequate seating in the living room. We used the kitchen chairs and the floor so we made due. The highlight of the house was how clean it was and the bathrooms for each of the sleeping spaces plus a half bath on the main floor. With 2 families, one with teens, it was nice to have all the showers. All in all it was a nice place. I would like to stay somewhere with a view of the ocean next time.

We enjoyed our time at your home. Things were clean and as advertised. The only disappointment is that we were supposed to be able to get in at 4, and the cleaners were not finished until 5:15p. We also had to call for some bars of soap. Thank you for a lovely stay at the beach.

The place was bigger then the pictures made it look and there was plenty of beach stuff for the kiddos to play with . It was an amazing stay and the house was well stocked with hygiene stuff as well as cleaning supplies . Well definitely be coming back , especially since the beach is walking distance

Worst check in EVER
A few friends and I rented this home for my SO's birthday. I received at text earlier that day advising the home would not be ready at the original check in time at 4:00 pm and was delayed until 6:00 pm. After a 3 hour drive, we went to the beach and tried to kill some time. I showed up at the home around 4:45 PM and noticed there were no cars there so I assumed the home has been cleaned as the cleaning crew should take longer than 1 hour and 15 mins to clean the property. I used the door code that was provided and it worked. I went into the home and found it wasn't cleaned yet and no one was there. I called the CS line and was put on hold for a while and then was told to not go back into the home unitl 6:00. Went back to the beach with a toddler in tow and came back 10 mins till 6:00 PM. Still no cars outside so I went back in and the home was STILL not cleaned. The beds weren't made and I was wondering how they are going to wash the bedding and allow us to even stay this evening. Called CS back, and while on hold a couple cars pulled up and stopped in front of the house but didn't pull into the drive way. They then proceeded to drive down the street and park. 10 min's later one of the cars returned and a lady came out to "clean" the property. I asked her how long it would take and she told me she didn't know, and the manager will be there soon. The cleaning manager showed up approx 45 mins later and told me she didn't have an ETA for when the house would be cleaned. When I was on the phone with CS I mentioned I was concerned about the bedding being washed on time, they "reassured" me they don't launder the bedding onsite but have a laundry service and fresh bedding will be brought to the home. We all waited outside while they cleaned and noticed there was NO bedding taken out of the home... At least not the comforters, there were clear bags taken out of the home and everything was white, ALL of the bedding was not white. We finally got into the house around 8:30 PM. A couple other things.... the range only has one burner that you can boil water on, the rest were not lite well and barely worked. The BBQ needs the grease to be cleaned out. We started it and it caught on fire without anything being on the grill. I was reimbursed $200.00 for that first night and was allowed a later check out.

Our stay here was very comfortable, the house was nice and clean, there was enough space for our family of 7, WiFi was great and the location was wonderful! 2blks from the beach and close to the seaside strip. Also close to many eateries! We will definitely stay here again! Oh, 2 out of the 6 bikes in the garages are not operable, but that was okay with us because walking was okay with us.

Close to beach but loud neighbors
This location was very close to the beach but quite a long walk to the seaside shops. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The house was very clean and tidy but the dishwasher was broken which stole a little bit of time as we are a group of 7 adults and we ate at home the entire time. Both nights (Friday & Saturday) we experienced very loud neighbors past midnight. The second night we went out and confronted them and they toned it down. Overall decent place to stay but due to our personal preferences to eat at home & due to the noisy neighbors, would not stay here again.

This house was in the perfect spot, close to the beach and downtown Seaside. It nicely accommodated our family of 8 and had plenty of towels, bathrooms and kitchen necessities.
The only downside was that the dishwasher didn’t work. That was a big bummer!
If the dishwasher is fixed, we would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful property!
We were so in love with this property and will definitely be back for future visits. Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom which is SO nice. Only a short walk to the beach and downtown area. Very clean and easy check in/check out process. Lots of little extras including toys and books for little ones. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Definitely a gem!
