Everything was just as expected! Room was spacious and nicely furnished! Check in was also super uncomplicated. Besides this we also enjoyed very much the area and that everything was in walking distance.

Location perfect. Lovely space to be in once inside.
Nothing to report.

Good accommodation, central location
Renovation going on in August (maybe longer). Loud drilling early in the morning & low water pressure / long time to get hot water - be warned

The location was great. Near the city center. The staff was very helpful. The room was clean and tidy.
The bed was awful. For me that I have injured back it was a nightmare. I couldn't sleep and i was in pain all day long. My friend had back pain after sleeping as well. The room was very small.

It was extremely clean, exceptional value for money and staff were friendly and also let us leave our luggage after check out.
Some drying racks would just make the room perfect. Also we couldn't have control of the air conditioning, as there was no controller, but the temperature was thankfully very comfortable.

Very comfortable rooms, up-to-date furnished in different ways, very clean, discretion and generosity of the host, availability, fast and helpful feedback.
We also appreciated the social space set up in the lobby, which offers coffee, tea, cookies...and more.

The location is great!
We booked two nights. It's too loud outside because it's directly located in the main busy street. And the second day morning there was construction work upstairs, I could barely not sleep entire night. I thus have to book a new hotel at second night.

The place is near to the railway station and tourist attractions.
The beds need to have a cover to prevent sweating. Also, there is no clothes rack for wet clothes.

central location, modern, comfortable bed, safe, spacious, free tea and coffee, cutlery, dishes and microwave provided. balcony doors are well insulated (noise) when closed. check in was easy.
CONSTRUCTION UPSTAIRS - DO NOT expect a peaceful morning past 7.30am. You will be woken by drills, hammers, saws etc. happened every morning of the 3 days we were there.
Without the construction noise, this accom would easily be a 10/10. Apparently they are remodelling one of the flats upstairs and this only started 2 weeks ago - we stayed late June.

Located very close to historical center
Noisy-very thin walls. be lucky not to get loud neighbours. The worst thing was with hot water-it was never enough even for one person. we could not have a rest after long days of exploring the city as bed and pillows were not comfortable also.

Excellent location and fabulous room - nice and roomy.
We didn’t see our hostess until late in the first day. Somebody allowed us into room at 1000 but couldnt check us in. We had booked a room with bunk beds and were given a double but by the time we saw the hostess we had already settled in. Not a big deal as room was nice but my teenage daughter didn’t really want to share a bed with me.

Great location on main street. Not far from main station, attractions and bars.
The room was clean. It is quiet and safe in room. Coffee and tea are available at any time.
On booking, they advertise a four-bed room with a bathroom, but in reality they don't have one.
There was one bed. One foam mattress, one bed cover. If you are traveling with a friend, there is no comfort for sleeping.

Everything! Location, cleanliness, coziness, commodity, big bathroom, shared "living room" with free coffee, natural light in the room and possibility to have total darkness in the morning. It is also very quiet.
Easy check- in and check-out, we received all important information regarding transport...
We liked proximity of all main attractions, bus station and main train station are really close (walking distance 5-10 minutes), many cafes, restaurants and "pasticcerias".
Nothing, everything was so great, except that our trip was too short!!!

very central
they don’t have breakfast. the street is very loud, you can hear the cars. my mattress also was already pretty worn down. also you have to wait a long time 5min to finally get warm water to shower

the location was perfect, central but not too central, and high enough that you’re out of the way of street lights etc. the bathroom was gorgeous, brand new and so clean! the bedroom was lovely with a big old double bed and plenty of space to put all my stuff. the lady that greeted me was lovely and friendly and offered me the umbrella to go exploring in the rain as I hadn’t expected that! loved it!
I didn’t like that I had to leave!
oh, my EU double prong adaptor plug didn’t work in the wall, however the one in the bathroom worked, so it was the slightest of slight inconvenience’s that the smaller plug doesn’t work with adaptors sold in the uk for Europe!

We had a really nice stay, the beds were comfortable, the room was clean and looked like recently renewed, the host was very friendly, she let us stay longer on the last day because the room was free. The location is great, very close to the centre, but not noisy, our room was at the yard side, not street (number 5). We had really spatious bathroom, there is kitchen/relax area on the floor where you can make tea and coffee. Totally recommend :)
Few small drawbacks: one socket near the bed didn’t work, in the kitchen area there were no sharp knives to cut bread, the walls are pretty thin, so you can hear other people, as we stayed in November there weren’t many tourists though

Really great location and very comfortable stay. Everything was modern and recently decorated. Would definetly stay again.
The only thing I could say is that the rooms are not very sound proof but if everyone is aware of that after a certain hour then it's completely fine!

The outside of the building looks run down, the building entry had construction. There was an old-fashioned elevator to take us up to the first floor. Upon entering Panurban everything changes. It’s clean and comfortable, remodeled very nicely. I think there are 4 units total, we had one with 2 twin beds. Our bathroom was across the hall but private, only we had a key. This was no problem and we just scooted across the hall in our Jammie’s, there really wasn’t anyone around to see. Diego checked us in and gave us great tips on what to see and where to eat.
9.0 / 10.0
Very central location (although it is on a central street, which might be loud with open windows). The room was clean and well equiped. Check-in and check-out very uncomplicated. The guy from reception gave plenty of tips about the city, what to see and do.

Everything. The room is very nice and comfortable. The decor is modern and original. It’s clean. There’s a living space for tea, coffee or just to chill. The personal is nice and very flexible. The location is good.
Nothing.
