Didn’t have breakfast, location was in a very shady neighborhood. Right as I was walking into the building for the very first time there was a drug deal going on in front of it.
I didn’t like anything about the place. I don’t want to be rude but it was terrible. Nowhere on the reservation did it specify that the rooms were shared. To my knowledge all that was shared was the house. I walked into my room and it absolutely smelled disgusting and of marijuana. And there was a guy rolling up a joint as I walk in. I was definitely not one bit comfortable sleeping there with those people with all my belongings out like that. I would never in a billion years even have a second thought of staying at a place like that. To top it all off the entire neighborhood was in the projects and there were a bunch of people smoking in front of the building. Not a place for me, nor do I think this should be a place for anyone else. I want my refund and that’s it.

This place is a zoo. There are transient like people living there, and there is all types of drama. I originally had a 3pm check in, and informed them I had to check in on time, and they wouldn't let me in until 7pm. I left my headset there, and they admitted to finding it, but when I went back to pick it up, they acted like I was crazy. They charged me twice, and I have still havent gotten a refund. This is unreal that booking.com and air bnb actually host this place.
The only good thing was they had wifi.

. They totally wripped me off. I originally booked Oct 17-19, because I wanted to check in around 4:00Am on Oct 18th, but an early check in was not available, so I paid for an extra day. They sent me a message on the 17th saying the emailed me on air bnb with the codes to get in the place, but I don't use air bnb. I use booking.com. I kept sending messages asking for codes, and they ignored me until after 2 am. I posted pictures of the text transcripts, when they finally messaged me to tell me that the place was being renovated, and nothing was available, and to cancel my booking. Needless to say I slept in my car. They still owe me a refund for my first stay with them as well, because I was charged twice on my first booking. I have yet to see a refund for these two nights.
This is just to inform people that the room was never taken down. People must just be paying, and its a shame air bnb and booking.com continue to host for them. They are con artists. Don't let them steal from you like they did from me.

Great stuff and the place was so clean kitchen facilities with real utensils. Staff were so kind and understanding I had to rebook and they let me pay only the single cleaning fee because it was a continuous stay.
The property could use little maintenance but for the price really could not be expected
7.0
Vary clean with friendly staff and only one block from the train.
The property is a bit dated but the price reflects that.

Nothing but the location. And most wouldn't like that honestly.
None of the numbers answered. The codes didn't work I was in the rain for 30 minutes before I was able to reach someone and they said " I'm in Jersey I don't know any codes I don't have any information, just keep knocking". Hot water didn't work in the shower. No lamp in the downstairs living room. No towels were provided. The police came multiple times within 15 minutes of me being inside I had to prove I wasted my money on this scam. I could continue honestly there wasn't a single positive about this other than I wasn't outside. But I might as well had been. The window downstairs was broken out and literally anyone Could just climb right in. Unsafe, unsanitary, unprofessional. Could have saved $70+ I will never get back. Also the police came And unplugged the cameras and someone plugged them back in I don't know what kind of operation they're running. They should be investigated they ruin the legitimacy of booking.com because it's unreal how terrible this place and everyone involved is

The staff there was great. The co host of the Air BnB was very polite and professional to the guest. Very helpful with check in. The place was clean the beds are nicely made. You have full access to the entire house. Anything I needed the co host was very helpful.
No complaints

Same day booking, quick email with itinerary from the actual owner. Most importantly FREE HEALTHY FOOD FROM THE CHURCH EAT DAT FOOD THO
the bathroom, It was small and didn’t have much space. Still could walk around but maybe 4 feet of walking space

I like that it was a hidden location but yet still boldly in front of your face making you feel safe and secure at least it made me feel safe and secure with the school the church and the post office
At first I was pretty nervous because of the environment that surrounded it getting to the location
Slightly nervous but didn't set super high expectations and hope for the best
In regards to my stay
Given the price was pretty reasonable then most and for that I was grateful to the space the upkeep and like a little hole in the wall somewhat cozy
Making me feel comfortable with my vehicle being parked and that type of area surrounding it
It gave me comfort as well as if something was to happen while it was parked that it was on camera which comfort me a little more
The co-host was phenomenal gave me a moment of their time to build comfortability in an environment I had never been before
Answering my questions and giving me guidance on various things that is nice to know
Building comfort of my safety and stay
Thanks so much
For that being so I will book again since I'm still here on travel it's convenient affordable spacious and for the most part reasonably clean
Thanks again so much for the convenience of having somewhere safe and secure that I believe I I just may
Book again
Hopefully for another great experience
happy holidays to you and your family
It was just unknown that it was self-serve I don't know I believe I received the email late and that's why I was missing informed but thankfully for the co-host being there I was assistant and received help and guidance on how to find anything and we're with me
Also certain areas could have been a little bit cleaner but for the most part it was very doable

I like everybody that stays here. I like how clean it is. I like the respect that everybody goes to one another as far as giving space and being quiet when it's night and positive friendly Vibes during the day. The co-host is very helpful as well. He is patient and diligent with as many needs as he can provide for you. I'm trying to think of better words to tell you how pleased I am with my stay here but just know that is overall a very good day.
I do not like the rates of the rooms. I saw a quote online for $29 and every night I'm paying about $50 to stay here. I do not have the financial luxury to feel at ease of paying that much money every single night staying here. I wish my financial situation was a little better but that being said tomorrow will be my fifth night and that will be about $250 I have paid already as of tomorrow and I feel as though I should get an extra two nights and be able to see the full week for that price. If somebody can please reach out to me my phone number is 267-279-0882. I would really like to speak to somebody rather than writing them online. It is very frustrating because I wrote about even being co-host and I have sent three emails and nobody has even responded as far as even saying yes or no. Even if it's no they should at least respond saying they have reviewed your email and they will take it into consideration. That being said I know texting or typing out something can be taken out of context, so if you can understand I'm not trying to come off as rude saying these comments but I really feel like I should at least have somebody return a phone call or email to me.

The people here are super friendly and very helpful. It feels like home😀
I wasn't informed about signing up the correct way for the second night and I got billed $50, I was under the impression it was $29 per night after the first night. I hope that my next day which will be my third day is $29. I will talk to somebody about this and hopefully everything will be smooth sailing I really do like staying here other than that.

not sure there’s anything, maybe tv and some channels if you’re into that
it’s located in the ghetto, gotta be very careful, I felt threatened all the time. the building is old and dirty, not maintained at all. bunk beds are swinging, not sure how safe they are

Nothing
The place is located in a very bad neighborhood, it is very different from the pictures as the room that is depicted is not the one that you get once you get there. Furthermore, there are only very small lockers that don’t allow to put a big bag in them. The walls are very poorly isolated, and you keep being awaken by any small noise. Lastly, the bathroom is not clean at all.

At least it was quiet I guess.
First of all, the rooms do not look like the pictures, the painting is falling off the walls, the place doesn't have a lot of sunlight coming in, and the bathroom window exposes you to the entire neighborhood. The neighborhood itself is very sketchy and doesn't look safe.

cheapness
most facilities were only half working, bed was breaking, shower was cold. neighbourhood wasn’t pleasant.

The living room area and dining room were great.living room came with a tv that had acess to multiple entertainment services. There was a quite offset outdoor space.
The beds in the 6 bedroom rooms were very wobbly along with being stacked 3 high it was not an ideal combo creating a very nerve racking ladder climb. The kitchen was under stocked if you claim to have a kitchen there should at least be more that one set of utensils and cups. I had to buy my own spoon as they only provide plastic forks. The obnoxious beeping that comes from somewhere in the kitchen drove me around the bend.

Very dangerous area please be careful. Kitchen in bad condition. Foto it not true

The location is good. The property is not as well-kept as some of the other properties.
Better upkeep -- not dirty, just not as clean as other properties.

Bed is good, clean sheets and towel, AC was working fine, close to train station and shops, staff is helpful, welcome link with instructions is awesome.
Room didn't look like in the pictures. Much smaller. Kitchen equipment incomplete and in bad shape. No hot water in the shower. AC very loud. A few things were broken/in bad shape. Pin code locks ran out of battery twice.

That building could not be called a hotel. It was a real scandal, I was horrified when I saw it and once I called the person in charge and told him that I cannot sleep in this dirt. And I canceled the payment but I still haven't received the refund. Please send me money because I haven't stayed even a minute in that dirty room.
