Nice studio 'LANFONNET' fully equipped with closed private terrace located very close to downtown ANNECY - area 22 m2, equipped kitchenette, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, very comfortable BZ sofa, bathroom with shower and wc, garden furniture, TV + Wifi Internet access included, 1 terrace of 25 m2 with dining area, exhibition. West - suburban area with very easy parking, close to all amenities (shops 300 m, town center 800 m, SNCF train station 800m, lake 1.5 km - bicycle storage.

Nous avons posé la voiture le samedi et l'avons repris le samedi suivant, nous avons circulé à pieds et en vélo matin, midi et soir même très tard, pour ça la location est très bien située ! Nous avons pris tout nos repas sur la petite terrasse au calme ! Nous recommandons cette location !

Excellent souvenirs
Nous avons loué le studio Parmelan pendant une semaine avec notre petit de 2 ans et demi qui garde encore des étoiles plein les yeux de ses premières vacances. Le logement nous a parfaitement convenu à la fois au niveau de son équipement ainsi que de sa localisation à proximité de tout le nécessaire. En plus de cela, les documents et informations laissé à notre disposition nous on vraiment permis d'apprécier la région (point d’intérêts, promenade à faire, ...). Encore merci pour votre super accueil et votre disponibilité.

Très belles vacances
Nous avons passé deux magnifiques semaines a Annecy. Nous avons été ravie des deux appartements dans lequel nous avons été accueilli. Pierre est très sympathique, à l'écoute, toujours prêt à donner des conseils et disponible. Nous avons pu découvrir les plus beaux coins à Annecy et aux alentour grâce à ses fiches mis à notre disposition. Nous reviendrons chez Pierre sans hésiter.

Nous sommes venus 3 années de suite à Annecy, dans 3 de ces logements. Ils sont pratiques et surtout d'un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Il est très facile de se garer et des commerces se situent à environ 500 mètres. Les propriétaires sont extrêmement sympathiques, disponibles, mais discrets !! Le petit plus qui pour nous a fait la grosse différence, un guide très bien fait pour débuter ses vacances rapidement sans perdre de temps, dans lequel on y trouve des informations pratiques, des activités, des randonnées à faire à Annecy, proches d'Annecy ou plus éloignées (vraiment top!). Bref, nous recommandons ces logements, et nul doute que nous retournerons goûter au charme de cette région. Tony et Aurélie.

STUDIO AGRÉABLE FONCTIONNEL PARFAIT QUE DU POSITIF
Ce studio fonctionnel et agréable pour trois personnes est parfait,au calme et propre, De plus il est bien situé commerces à proximité( lait frais tous les jours) on rejoint Annecy par le magnifique sentier au bord du Thiou en peu de temps.Les propriétaires chaleureux sont bienveillants et très sympathiques et discrets durant notre séjour.On en garde un excellent souvenir. Originale aussi, la corbeille d'entretien bien pensée.Le must c'est le classeur confectionné par Monsieur Mollier indiquant une multitude de circuits et visites sur Annecy et ses alentours.Dommage que Monsieur Météo se croyait en Novembre .... excepté les 2 premiers jours malgré ce, nous avons visiter cette belle ville et sa région.Superbe panorama du Lac de la piste de décollage des parapentes de Montmin Col de la Forclaz.

Studio d'une propreté impeccable (c'est rare à ce point), très bien agencé et équipé, au calme, et parfaitement situé, tant par rapport à l'accès facile et agréale à pied au centre de la vieille ville d'Annecy, que par sa situation générale pour visiter cette belle région.
Propriétaire très sympatique et accueil de grande qualité (petit panier pour les premières nécessités, documentation très complète pour les activités et balades à faire, disponibilité totale en cas de problème et cependant en toute discrétion)

Appartement refait à neuf et propre.
Petite terrasse individuelle ombragée située devant cet appartement.
Propriétaire a établi et rassemblé plusieurs parcours de visites possibles avec des plans très faciles.
A pied, par un chemin piétonnier cet appartement se trouve à une demi-heure du centre ville d'Annecy (Rue piétonne avec commerces et marchés) et à quarante minutes du lac d'Annecy.
Il est donc possible de ne plus utiliser sa voiture pendant son séjour;

La voiture n'est pas indispensable grâce à la présence de transport en commun qui permettent l'accès à de belles ballades à proximité.

Nous vous recommandons chaudement cette location, pour un couple, le studio est idéal, rien à redire : propre avec toutes les commodités, la terrasse juste ce qu'il faut pour apprécier les petits-déjeuners le matin au soleil...
