Everithing was perfect. I will come back again :)

The owner was so kind and friendly. Comfortable bed, very clean rooms with all needed facilities. The property is in a quiet area with easy access to the city center.

Everything. Peter is extremely nice and helpful. The appartment litteraly has everything, including a first aid kit, pads... And netflix! Very comfortable, clean... İt really felt like home.

Was acceptable for last-moment booking

The very nice owner had to meet us almost at the midnight to check in. He proposed parking space for 5 EUR/day which is saving money. Pretty big apartment, with a large TV with Netflix (used once, but still).

However, this flat is very far from 9/10 excellent condition. 1. Colored plastic garbage, which imitates flowers, is awful. 2. Bed contains 2 mattresses and 2 blankets instead of a double. 3. Curtains do not block the sun. 4. Absent dishwasher. 5. Shower's furniture is dirty and needs to be cleaned/replaced. 6. The whole interior is old and casually repainted.

Very comfortable stay, cozy place, and great host!!

Very clean ,and all the facilities incl. netflix:) Peter was a great person and very friendly host. I would definitely like to recommend and prefer to stay at this place next time as well.

Everything was great, just smoking not allowed, neither had balcony..but there's nice place outside of building to smoke and stretch legs..

The host met me at the apt, and explained all, the apt has everything, including free Netflix. I messaged the host later for advice on where to watch a sporting event, he messaged me back with great advice. Very helpful and available with 10 min notice to attend to any problem

Quite good location in a block house, quite quiet.

Very hot in the flat, only fan available. No shower gel or shampoo available. You need to leave cash deposit 100 Euro what is not very convenient. Check-in and check-out only after host appointment.

Great stay and amazing price value!

Peter was super host, receiving us personally even after 10pm due to train delays, very easy communication. Massive TV with Netflix etc, clean bathroom with separate toilet and fully equipped kitchen, and literally 3 minutes from the tram station - what else can you want?

It was summer and super hot - but there was even a fan in the apartment in the absence of AC. The staircase was a bit old school and not so clean but we used the elevator anyway :)

The apartment is close to the city center and really close to transportation. The flat was really clean and the host was helpful and kind. The experience reached our expectations and we definitely suggest this apartment.

Old gas stove

The apartment is overlooking a very quiet street, so I could sleep with window open. Clean, plenty of towels. Good wifi.

The stove is a very old gas stove, looks at least 40 years old. Those old gas stoves don't have the same security mechanisms to prevent gas leaking. So, I didn't cook at all. The pots are also beaten up, they should have been thrown away. If I had seen the stove in the pictures, I wouldn't have chosen this apartment. However, the picture of the kitchen is taken from far away (from the other side of the living room), so the stove is not clearly shown. If you plan to cook, then this apartment is not a good choice.
