Welcome to our Magical 5 bedroom / 5 bathroom luxury villa in the amazing gated community of Windsor Hills! Our home has recently been fully remodeled with new paint, flooring, furniture, curtains, bedding, games room, theme room, countertops, decor and lighting!! This fabulous vacation home-away-from-home is the perfect place for your family to enjoy after visiting the theme parks and local attractions that Florida has to offer!

Warm, welcoming and spacious with plenty of room for up to 12 guests, our 5 bedroom home is perfect for large groups to enjoy the games room, sit by the private pool and spa or relax in the bright, open seating area.

In addition to our updated interior, we’ve added an 800 sq ft pool deck extension, making this space the largest pool deck in Windsor Hills! An outdoor kitchen with a grill, 2 fridges, sound system and island seating for 6 make this the perfect spot to relax. There’s additional loungers, seating area, dining table and space for the kids to play! Sun all day!! This is why you're coming to Florida!

The two main floor Master bedrooms overlook the pool and are each equipped with comfy King size beds (UK Super King size), ceiling fans, large screen smart tvs, large walk in closets, and private en-suites with dual vanities, granite countertops, hair driers, and walk in showers. Each room has been fully remodeled with new furniture, bedding, and room darkening curtains. All waiting for you!

The living room is bright and spacious with 2 new couches where you can watch the new large screen ROKU tv. The wall of patio doors open on each end to the pool deck of our southwest facing private heated pool and hot tub under a screened lanai.

The heated pool and spa is where you'll spend so much time! There's a safety fence and pool alarm for additional security.

The third bedroom on the main floor is an awesome underwater theme that can accommodate 4 children on the two new twin bunkbeds. They will love falling asleep beside the turtles and fish (who may look familiar!) There's also an adjoining four piece bath which can be accessed from the hall or the bedroom.

The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, newer fridge, freezer, ice maker, stove and oven. There's also a microwave, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, kettle, Keurig, blender, coffee maker, Mickey waffle maker, toaster and hand mixer. Everything you need to make a vacation worthy feast!

Our recently updated games room will keep everyone busy! There is a pool table and PS5! Movie theatre seating with 6 recliners and an 86" large screen TV wth surround sound!

The second floor offers 2 large bedrooms with private en-suites, flat screen tvs and new LVP flooring. The first has a King Size bed (UK Super King Size) and has been fully remodeled with new furniture, bedding and ceiling fan.

The second upstairs bedroom has a new queen bed with a Mickey theme and a private ensuite bathroom. There's all new bedding, furniture and curtains.

There's a large washer and drier, iron and ironing board. We also provide a pack and play, high chair, stroller, and safety stair gate. Free Wifi and smart tvs to stream your favorite channel. Everything you could need to make this vacation amazing!

We work with the best management company who will have the home ready for your arrival and will respond to all your questions when you are at the house. Once you enter the manned security gate, the home has keyless check in and check out for your safety and convenience.

Windsor Hills is a gated resort with 24-hour security. For your use the resort includes a 10,000 sq. ft. Clubhouse with a lagoon-style pool complete with a water slide and hot tub; a toddler pool; state of the art fitness center; 40-seat high definition theater; video arcade; billiards; and a computer lounge with full Internet access.

Throughout Windsor Hills other leisure facilities include playgrounds; sand volleyball and tennis courts; a putting green; an RV parking area; and an on-site grocery store. We are located only minutes away from shopping, restaurant, mini golf, gas stations, convenience stores, and Walmart.

We are also pet friendly and welcome well-behaved, potty-trained dogs (sorry, no cats). However, in addition to the normal cleaning charges, there is a $349 non-refundable pet-cleaning fee. This is for a 'deep clean' required to remove all traces of pet hair for our future guests convenience.

Property is nice but, the details did not tell the whole truth. When we checked in the area near the door smelled of garbage and the dining room table was covered with cardboard boxes that the cleaning staff didn’t take care of before our stay. We are part of a volleyball team and the part of the property we liked was the outside pool area as we wanted to have the team over one day but………you are not allowed to have more than 3 cars and 12 people on property. Property owner does not tell you the limitations till they send “welcome packet” which is after you pay in full and are past the refundable deadline. It is a gated community which is also a pain. I voiced my frustrations after we got there and found this out. They offered partial refund if we left immediately but wasn’t going to do that. Again, nice property but did not fulfill our desires because the description is incomplete. Our kids were looking forward to having the team over but the undisclosed rules of the property and property management ruined that.

My family and I had a wonderful family vacation here at the villa. It was just perfect. The pool, bbq, rooms, movie room, and being so close to magic kingdom was perfect. We will definitely come back soon! Thanks again!

Overall had a wonderful stay. We did have a problem with the toliet overflowing and flooding the bathroom, Maintenence was there quickly to look into the issue. Loved the pool and hot tub. Outdoor kitchen was great and easy to use. The kids loved the PS5 and movie room. also playing pool. Would definately love to stay here again,.

Overall the villa was magnificent will definitely be using again when visiting orlando, perfect location, top top owners who sorted issue out quickly. Only issue was some of property was slightly dirty and could of been cleaner but that doesnt take away from the villa as would 100% recommend to anybody

House was perfect for our multigeneration party of 11. After a bit of a bumpy start with the pool not being heated to what we were expecting and a problem with the pump in the jacuzzi everything was fine and the problems we had were quickly dealt with by the management company. Kids loved the pool and spacious inside although dining table and chairs were not enough for the number of people the house will take. Would return here if we every come back to Disney but would recommend.

This house will not disappoint. The movie room is so comfortable. Although they do need a short cue stick for the pool table for shots against the wall;) The 5 bedrooms all have ensuites. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking items. The pool was great, although the toy bin could use a good clean out. The corn hole bean bags are mouldy and soaking wet, so we didn't use them. The outdoor kitchen was fabulous and we used it often. Loved the outdoor speakers. The power went out and the front lock wouldn't work, but our host responded immediately and it was fixed right away. We had a lot of laughs and memories made at this place. Would rent it again in a heartbeat!

This is the second year we stayed at this lovely house and we will keep coming back if it's available. The owner, Huw, is extremely responsive and available. The recent upgrades to the house included an English pub/indoor theater with fabulous surround sound. The pool area with outdoor kitchen and extensive seating is spectacular. Every bedroom is a suite, especially appreciated by my guests. I hope it's available for us again next year..

The property was 100% amazing. My only thing was there should be more lighting near the grill area. We came home to grill and was using our phone flash lights to see if the burgers were cooked enough. The entire place was 5 stars. We plan on coming back in the future! Great place.

Exactly as advertised. Close to parks on park days, great pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen & media room on stay-home days. Excellent communication with hosts throughout the process. We were coming down to Orlando for our daughter's dance competition and looked for a home that fit all of our needs. This home exceeded our expectations and made our week enjoyable. It was the best part of the vacation. It was very roomy and we loved the pool area. It was our favorite. We brought our dog and she too felt right at home. We'd definitely return!!

Our family of 15 rented two houses just around the corner from each other in Windsor Hills for our family vacation. The house was exactly as described and the proximity to the parks was ideal. Huw was an accommodating and responsive host. We had items delivered to the house prior to our arrival and they were waiting for us when we arrived at the home. The little ones loved the private pool and the clubhouse pool, they were an ideal break from a long day at the parks or on our non park days. There is a Walmart close by for shopping but it is always crowded. It was the perfect place for our family vacation and I would definitely book again for a future trip.

My husband and I spent the week here with my son and his family - 2 teens and 3 young adults. We really enjoyed the house. We didn't really get to enjoy the pool - it didn't seem very warm and we thought it was because the weather was cool, but it turned out there was a problem with it and when we called someone came by and fixed it. It seemed to be a very safe neighborhood and we were very comfortable walking around the neighborhood. The lanai area was one of the nicer ones we saw in the neighborhood - lots of seating and a great outdoor kitchen.

Our kids helped pick this property. They made a great decision. The private pool was an absolute hit! We typically do 5-6 park days. This year we only did 3 and it was nice having the pool for the family to enjoy! If we ever go back we will be booking again!

My family (my husband, 5 kids and myself) absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home. The location can’t be beat for close proximity to Disney (within 10-20 minutes depending on traffic). My kids loved the pool and we all loved the space we had to spread out. The owner was wonderful with communication when I had questions prior to arrival. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Although i was not able to make it due to a broken bone, the rest of the party was still able to go! They had nothing but great things to say aBout the property! A feature that was especially loved, was the alarm that goes off when opening the door to the pool! It is very helpful with littles running aroung!!
