About this cottage rental
Blue Water Acres Resort is situated on the shores of Lake of Bays in Musakoka offering sweeping lake views, a long 400 ft sandy beach with gradual walk in. Excellent swimming conditions with a sandy bottom. Lake activities include use of floating dock, floating slide, canoes, kayaks, paddle boats, paddle boards, and beach front lounge chairs and tables. The resort amenities include an indoor pool with hot tub and sauna, games room with pool tables, ping-pong, shuffle board and foosball. Around the resort you can enjoy the basket ball court, tennis courts, playground, volleyball nets, campfire, and more!
The cottage is also equipped with high speed wireless internet, washer and dryer, outdoor gas barbeque. All linens/pillows/towels are included.
Sleeping Accommodations - The primary bedroom on the main floor has a king size bed, large double closet, combination safe and Flat screen TV. The ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo has heated floors. The second and third bedrooms are situated on the lower level along with the second full size bathroom with tub/shower combo. The 2nd bedroom with ensuite privileges is equipped with a Queen size bed and walk out to a lower level private patio. The 3rd bedroom features 2 twin beds. The living room couch also converts into a pull out queen bed.

• 400 ft of safe sandy beach with gradual entry into the water

• lodge with fireplace, library, and club chairs
In the colder months, you can still enjoy the indoor pool, games rooms and other indoor facilities, as well as:
• tubing on the Blue Water Acres tubing hill
• snowshoeing onsite and on local trails (equipment can be rented from the office)
• downhill skiing and snowboarding (10 minutes away)
• ice skating onsite (skates can be borrowed free of charge from the office)
