It was a lovely home and a beautiful week. Thank you

We had a great week in Sandwich. Check in process was easy, house was spacious and clean. Had plenty of room for our group of kids, parents, and grandparents. Loved being able to walk to the beach at night and around the neighborhood. Kitchen was fully stocked and the laundry in the basement was a bonus! My kids enjoyed using the outdoor shower. If we venture back to Cape Cod we would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location with plenty of space. So close to the beach- everything we needed was available. This is definitely a place we would stay again.

We had a wonderful week at a very lovely cottage. The bedroom space and 2 and a half baths were perfect for our four generational family vacation with people ranging in age of 84 to 4 months!
The cottage was immaculate with plenty of dishes, glassware and wonderful pots and pans. The beds were perfect and the enormous refrigerator was appreciated, as was the washer and dryer.
The only negatives were the beach at the end of the street is really not a swimmable beach. Mostly rocks both on the beach and in the water. Just to the right of the rocky beach is a nice beach that does require a $20 per day parking fee
The backyard of the cottage is delightful. An amazing big picnic table was perfect for our family of 10. We would have appreciated some outdoor furniture and perhaps some beach chairs for our use during the week. We had a wonderful time and appreciated the convenience of an easy entrance and exit from the property. Thank you for sharing your beautiful beach house with us.

I can’t say enough good things about this little house. The kitchen was great- nice appliances, plenty of cookware, dishes & utensils. The backyard was very cute and we loved eating outside. The location was AMAZING- we could walk to restaurants and the seafood market. The beach was right at the end of the street. We saw seals every day! We were able to take easy day trips to Boston & Provincetown. Great value.

Great area
Our stay was wonderful. My mother, sister, nieces & I stayed at this house. The house was clean the location was a lovely, quiet neighborhood. The beach is a very short walk. We loved walking down to the beach in the evening to watch the sunset over Cape Cod Bay. The owners were very responsive. A couple of suggestions that might make staying here even better, some outdoor seating. The backyard is beautiful & some lounge chairs would be a nice touch. Maybe a hook or 2 in the outdoor shower to hang towels on, etc and better lighting in the livingroom. We would definitely stay at this house again if we decide to stay in Sandwich again.

Great Time in Cape Cod
Our stay was fantastic. It was our first time in Cape Cod and we explored a lot. The locals were lovely everywhere we went! The property is very well laid out with pretty much everything we needed. The house is great - easy to get to in a quiet neighborhood with restaurants nearby. The property managers responded quickly to anything we asked. We would definitely love to stay here again.

Pictures are outdated
Pictures outdated. Very simple and beyond basic house. Not warm and welcoming. No yard as shown in pictures. Everything is overgrown. Near beach but all rocks. Not enjoyable for kids

Wonderful Stay, Saved by the Management!
Overall this place is all you really need for a pet-friendly week on the cape, with the (kind of rocky) beach a short walk away, an outdoor shower, and some beds to rest at night. The neighborhood is quite residential, so be aware and considerate of that when booking. There is a grill and plenty of stuff in the kitchen for cooking and eating, plus a dishwasher to make cleanup easier. The washer and dryer were huge benefits, and I'd recommend the additional linen service (totally worth it to not pack towels and sheets).
We ended up checking out early because of a storm coming, but the property managers were very responsive and understanding. In fact, in our rush to leave, our son left behind a couple of stuffed animals and we were so worried to have lost them. We reached out the folks that run the place and not only did they FIND the bear and the dragon, they sent them back home with some souvenirs from their extra long cape vacation. Sand Dollar for the win!
We also lucked out because of the new Tree House location opening up for to-go service! So walk to the beach, walk to Tree House, walk around a beautiful neighborhood with very polite folks, and a quick drive to some nice restaurants on the water made for a five star stay. Add in the team that runs this place and you've got a winner!

Family vacation
Nice spacious home perfect for a family or large group. It was near a beach that was quite rocky but not far from others. We really enjoyed our stay and I was particularly pleased with the Property Manager who responding to my request very promptly and followed through!

Wonderful House!
My friends and I had an excellent time in this great home. Checking in and out was super simple, no problems. The house was spacious enough for all 8 of us to live comfortably for the week. The garden is absolutely beautiful, and it's a very short walk to the beach. Many of the rooms were very dark at night, more lamps would definitely be a nice addition, especially in the living room. None of us had never been to Cape Cod before and we were all incredibly happy with our first experience in this home. I'd definitely stay there again.

Five Sisters
This was a very enjoyable vacation for all of us. The house was very well laid out for our purpose and the location was spot-on. Just have a few friendly suggestions based on other places I have stayed at on the Cape -- add a little more lighting in the rooms, a dresser or two in the bedrooms, a non-skid mat for shower and bathroom floors. a couple of lawn chairs for outdoor seating. This is by no means a turn off for the accommodations, just some suggestions. I would recommend this property to any of my friends and family. Thanks very much.
