This beautiful, newly remodeled studio is just steps from the paddle out spot at Rocky Point. Sleeps two comfortably but can accommodate two more on the queen size futon. You will not find a more convenient, clean or comfy accommodation in this zone. The unit comes fully equipped with all kitchen utensils, hot plate, counter top oven and micro. All linens are provided as well as soap and shampoo just like staying at the Hilton but with out the price tag.

The place was perfect! So close to the beach, free parking right outside the gate, open concept condo with everything we needed. The host was very accommodating and conscientious. Couldn’t beat the location. Will be booking again!

I couldn't recommend this place enough. The owners were really nice and answered my questions quickly. The place was clean, great location and easy walk to the private part of the beach. I know that when we go back, we will be staying here again and will tell anyone we know to stay here as well.

Great location on the North Shore! Just a short walk to Pupukeha beach, a short drive from Sharks cove, 3 Tables (both amazing snorkeling), Wiamea bay. The studio is spacious and clean. Just a couple miles from FoodLand grocery store and a great Shave Ice food truck

Loved the walkability to sharks cove and area beaches. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed (except there was only one coffee mug). Plenty of windows for the breeze, we never needed the a/c. The property was a little messy but it didn’t impact our stay. Parking was trickier during the day due to beach visitors but never a problem in the evening and we always found d a spot nearby. Good sized TV to watch from the couch or bed. Very comfortable apartment for our stay. Sorry we left sand on the stairs and we forgot to remove the trash!!

I don't like to give negative reviews, and I've never had to before. However......I'll begin by saying I used to be a Ke Nui Rd. resident many years ago, so I understand the neighborhood, and I still have friends there. First, this is NOT a condo as one reviewer put it; it is an addition built on top of a carport. The carport is a mess, full of things you find in a garage, which you have to walk through to get to the unit. Once you get inside the unit is nice enough. I was comfortable, entry was easy, and I never had need to communicate with the owner. This is not beachfront, it is offset by the equivalent of around 3 houses, so don't expect an ocean view or to hear the waves at night. All you will hear is the sound of Kam Highway, partying neighbors, and the tradewinds. The biggest issue is that this is an illegal rental. The owner discloses this on his page, but I came face to face with it while I was there, in a discussion with a neighbor. Short term rentals have contributed to Hawaii's unliveability in general, so they have been banned. This means that those who are still trying to rent places under the radar while others are complying with the law are resented. I was vibed pretty heavily for being an illegal tenant for the one night I was there, and only redeemed myself because I could name drop as a former resident. Overall, it was not the most pleasant of visits, especially for the exorbitant amount I paid for one night.

Great property and amazing host. My wife and I stayed for a week and had nothing but great hospitality. The beach is very close and the walk is very short to the ocean. Everything was very clean and the AC worked great. Very laid back area, you can’t beat staying on the North Shore! Thanks Nick and Wayne! We would definitely stay again!

Nice setup! Has everything you need and think of from a toaster oven to a rice cooker! Beach was two minutes away with gorgeous views. Centrally located to all your North Sore needs.

Excellent rental space!!! The property manager was very helpful and helped us have an amazing time in Hawaii. He is a very good communicator and even gave suggestions for fun things to do nearby. I would definitely book here again, and probably will because it was just that great.

This was a great property for the two of us. Cozy, comfortable, easy to find and just a few hundred feet from what felt like a very private-ish beach. Local flavor with great access to the highway that will take you anywhere you’d like to go. If we have any tips for future residents, go to the beach for sunset every night. Do not skip a single night. That will definitely be our memory. Thank you.

Such a great location for checking out the North Shore, easy walking to Pipe, Sunset, coffee and smoothie bowls, and so close to the beach at Rocky Point. Absolutely loved this location. Nick was such a great host, easy to communicate with, and had great advice and input for local activities. Would definitely recommend this place.

Mama and I were so pleased with our stay. Nick, the property manager, was extremely accommodating and attentive to our needs, which were minimal at best. The space is open, spacious, and fully equipped, eliminating any need to eat out. We will definitely stay again, looking forward to coming back in May, after the hustle and bustle of the North Shore winter has subsided.

Great location on the north shore close to Waimea Bay and Haleiwa. Numerous dining options from food trucks to fine restaurants in both directions. Should be noted that this is a 2nd floor studio above the garage so there are stairs for access. The only down side was more attention to detail could be paid to the cleaning. The host was great and super attentive. Would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay here. The location is great for access to beach activities, surfer watching - some easy to walk to. The north shore has so much to offer. The following comments are not meant to be negative criticism - they are intended to help someone else who might be interested in selecting this unit. The only reason I gave location a 4 is that it's on a busy road and the noise can be bothersome. Unit is older, but has a comfy bed and workable kitchen, but no dishwasher. It doesn't have any outdoor seating. A few basics were missing (no dish drain rack or dish towels, no can opener), BUT Nick was able to help to take care of all this. Thank you for your responsiveness.

Bed was super comfortable, a big plus. Air conditioner worked and kitchen area was clean. Wi-Fi worked very well. The appearance of the property when entering could be better.There was trash and piles of stuff all over the drive way and grounds. There was an extremely loud Thursday night street/house party that woke us at midnight or later. Not a Premier Host.

Awesome location - Awesome host - AWESOME experience! Highly recommend renting this flat - we will be back! Nick is a great resource for all that is in the area (from hikes to dining) and super easy to communicate with - really nice guy! This experience couldn’t have been better. This suite was the perfect size, clean, welcoming. The owner kept in touch to ensure our experience was superb. The breezy room above the garage gave a great view and comfortable environment. I can’t say enough good things about this North Shore property.

My husband and teenage daughter and I stayed at this property. We visited the North Shore for big waves and whale watching so this apartment is in the best location for both! It is a 1/2 mile walk to Pipeline which is where surf competitions take place, Rocky Point beach and Sunset beach are just outside the door. Haleiwa town is a very short drive for shopping and whale watching tours. The Sunrise Shack is right across the street. Great place to stay if you want a less touristy feeling location. Wayne and Nick were nice and accommodating.

This property is in an excellent location. While it does not have a view of the water, who cares. We were not there to sit inside and look out the window. In a 2-minute walk you are at the beach. The host was the best, let us know that if we needed anything we just had to ask. We had a problem with the air conditioner and the host took care of it immediately. The size of the studio was also perfect and felt very roomy. We had beach chairs for our use which was perfect, as well as boogie boards. We highly recommend this property. What a great vacation... Also need to mention we LOVE the dog! If we come back to that area we would absolutely stay there again!

The place was perfect for our needs. Plenty of room for my wife and two teenagers. Everything was clean and as advertised. It is close to the main road as others have mentioned but it is not that busy. We did not have any issues with noise. The AC works well and cools the place off quickly so you can have windows open to enjoy the beach air then close everything up and turn on the AC to sleep. Steps to the beach with plenty of room to spread out from other people. Great vibe in the area if you are looking for a mellow place to enjoy some less crowded beaches with good surf breaks or just wander down the beach.

A clean and comfy studio located in the heart of the North Shore. Quiet, peaceful and just a 500-yard stroll from the aptly named Sunset Beach and a 10-15 minute drive from Haleiwa. The studio is humble but homey with good accommodations (soap and shampoo dispenser in shower; Wi-Fi ; AC) and is easily accessible from the street. Parking was fairly easy, but expect to drive around a few chickens occasionally and the locals on their morning runs or surf trip. Wayne and Nick were very attentive and easily accessible. Will definitely plan another stay =)

A simple, clean studio--nothing fancy. But location is all, plus an outdoor shower and a sweet dog. For those who have trouble with traffic noise and sleep, this is close to the highway. But the bed is comfortable and the beach is amazing.

This studio was great for us and served as a comfortable base camp for exploring the north shore. If you're looking for something fancy, this may not be the place for you. I suspect most of the private rentals in the area are a bit funky, so keep that in mind. Pros: big comfy bed, nice TV, adequate kitchen, great location (very short walk to beach, Ted's bakery, Banzai Bowls, Elephant Truck (best Thai food!), Sunrise Shack); Cons: noisy road (no biggie if you close the window facing the road and turn on the AC unit fan to high for some kick ass white noise), shear curtains provide little privacy (although after visiting Polo Beach this was less of a concern ha ha).
