The Master Bedroom offers a KING sized bed, Flat-screen T.V., DVD player, ceiling fan, chair and a dresser. The Master Bath offers a large walk in shower, double vanity, and walk in closet.

The second Master Bedroom offers a KING sized bed, T.V., dresser, ceiling fan, and a private full bath.

The third Bedroom offers Two Queen sized beds, T.V., ceiling fan, chair, and a dresser. There is a full guest bath just outside the third bedroom.

The living area consists of a spacious fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room that overlook the balcony and beaches.

The living room offers a sofa with sleeper, a love seat, two occasional chairs chairs, ottoman, a 32 inch Flat Screen LCD T.V. and DVD player.

The flooring throughout is tiled in a textured neutral tile.

The beaches are just steps from the large balcony. Two beach chairs with ottoman, two bar height chairs & table.

The pool is conveniently located near the unit.

Bonita Beach Condo is on the Gulf of Mexico at 17921 Front Beach Road, Panama City Beach, FL 32413. Approximately 2 miles West of Hwy 79 at Front Beach Road.

Bonita Beach consists of 20 units. 10 first floor units, 1-10 and 10 second floor units, 11-20.

The condo was beautiful and the view of the ocean was amazing. The condo was exactly as pictured, very clean, and very modern with all the appliances you could need. We especially loved that there was a floor fan in each closet for each room. We'll definitely be back!

This is a smaller, 2 story complex in a quiet area of PCB. We enjoyed the view from the 2nd floor LARGE balcony. The beach was uncrowded. There are stairs in the back that give these condos direct access to the gulf. The layout is well planned. The pool is smaller but clean and has a concrete bench partly in the water. We enjoyed our time in the pool area and the beach. This unit has been updated, has tile throughout and plenty of kitchen necessities. There are non-cloth dining chairs and bar stools. These things are importaed, so I still feel fine about recommending it. We were moved to another unit for most of our stay. The host handled it as well as can be expected, and the situation was resolved.

We enjoyed our stay at Bonita Beach. David is a great property manager and helped me if there were any issues. The condo itself was a very comfortable home away from home. We had an amazing time at Bonita Beach. The view from the balcony was just stunning. The convenience of getting to the beach from the balcony was a huge plus. It was stocked well with appliances and towels for the kitchen. It is a great place to stay whether you want to stay in the beach all day long or shop till you drop and and go back for drinks on the balcony and watch the sun go down. All in all it is the perfect vacation spot.

The condo was clean, spacious, and up to date. The location is great, just steps from the beach. The place is bigger than the photos appear, and the outside deck is perfect for a morning cup of coffee watching the waves. We will absolutely be coming back.

Bonita Beach 17 is a complete family vacation spot. The living, dining and kitchen are spacious with a grand open view of the beach. The living room has comfortable seating and a large TV with cable and internet access for Netflix or other streaming subscriptions you bring. The dining area has a table big enough for the whole family to gather around. The kitchen has nice appliances and plenty of dishes and cookware. Each bedroom has its own bath and there is a washer and dryer available in the hall closet. The tile floors are cool and easy sweep with the condo beachfront! The vaulted ceilings add to the relaxed and spacious feel. We enjoyed every day and hope to return again!

Loved this unit!! Beautiful location, fully stocked, porch overlooking the ocean was amazing. Pillows were flat and dead but other then that...it was great. Dog friendly on the inside but not so friendly outside as there is no grass and surfaces are HOT!!

Love, love, love PCB and Bonita Beach. Being on the water is what we love. Family had a great time. Weather could have been better but we took advantage of the sun and waves when we could. Condo is a little understocked. Could have used more silverware, kitchen towels, mixing bowls, a sheet pan. But other than that, beautiful condo and bedroom with two queen beds worked out great for the grandkids. Hope to stay 3 weeks next year.

We were extremely pleased with our condo and the property manager. The deck was large and roomy overlooking the ocean. During this covid period, we especially liked that we shared stairs with only the one condo next to us. It was so nice to view the sunset from the deck, or the short walk to the beach each day. The condo was comfortable for all, and the kitchen was well equipped. I highly recommend this location for a return trip,

We had a wonderful stay at Bonita beach. The proximity to the water beach ocean was amazing! Steps away. Gorgeous views from kitchen. Kitchen was beautifully updated. Condo fully stocked which was a great surprise! David was super helpful with recommendations of restaurants and helped us when we got locked out. The only real issue was the door leading to the ocean - it was super hard to open and frustrating. And the last day there was a bunch of glass by the area where we took our little dog out. We had a lovely stay! We will be back!! I would highly recommend this unit!!! Thank you

This was an amazing property! Fully stocked with everything that we needed. The home was clean and the location was perfect!!! Although the pictures are beautiful, they really don’t capture how spacious and gorgeous the property really is. It was hard finding something for 17 people & a dog, but this property, along with the unit below, were perfect. Loved that there is an access door right off the back that walks directly onto the sand! Property manager was very responsive and very detailed in everything that we needed to know before our stay, during our stay & at checkout! When back in this area, we would definitely stay here again!

Very spacious, clean, very close to the ocean. All you have to do is walk out and you’re there. Quiet end of the strip and could leave chairs outside on beach and no one messed with them. Condo had everything you needed. Easy check in and out. Would definitely stay here again.

I knew I picked the perfect condo the moment I walked inside! The beautiful view of the beach & water is easily seen through large windows. The spacious balcony with steps leading straight to the sand is a huge plus! The high ceiling above the newly remodeled living space and kitchen makes it feel even more grand... there is room for the whole family to enjoy time together. This condo is tastefully decorated and clean. David, the property manager, was very nice and quick to resolve a couple of minor issues. The beach was not crowded (as it was in front of large buildings). You will not regret booking this place. I hope we can return in the near future!

We enjoyed our vacation so much! The condo was perfect for our whole family. The grandkids enjoyed the short walk to the beach because it literally only took seconds to get there. The condominium was beautiful with such great decor and the balcony was an all time favorite. The condo was very clean and smelled so good upon our arrival. We have been taking an annual family trip for many years and I can say this was our favorite place. David made the communication very easy even during such a trying time with the challenges of this Covid pandemic. This was a great way to escape the cares of this world for a short time and just enjoy being with our most precious gift- our family!!!! God is so good!!!
