About this house rental

Fully renovated three bedroom, two bathroom home located 1/2 mile to Glendon and Hagis beaches. Enjoy your summer vacation in this immaculate, well maintained home with central air conditioning (split units in each bedroom and living area). Open floor plan with recessed lighting, hardwood and ceramic tile floors. Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Modern, tasteful decor offering washer /dryer (bulkhead access only), Wifi, flat screen television (Roku streaming services only) and dishwasher. In your spare time relax on the front porch or grill out on the rear patio! Back yard offers plenty of room for fun and games after a day of swimming in the warm waters of Nantucket Sound. There is an outdoor enclosed shower and for your convenience the owner will provide beach chairs. Pack your bags and start making memories!


Special Note for Spring and Fall stays: Opening and closing of outside shower is weather dependent. Please contact for details.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at 4 Bain Road. My favorite features of this property are the location and the updated/renovated interior. It is an easy 10-15 minute walk to Old Wharf Road (the beach road), where you cross in the crosswalk, and then turn right or left to reach a local beach. Each morning, I saw many people walking, jogging, or biking on Old Wharf Road. The home's updated interior is very clean and offers modern amenities including split a/c units operated by remote controls. My husband's favorite features were the two outdoor seating areas (two Adirondack chairs on the front patio and a table with six chairs on the back patio) and the spice rack offered in the kitchen! Our only negative was the weak Wi-Fi signal which didn't extend to the primary bedroom. If we could suggest a "wish list" of items to add, it would include a full-length mirror, an electric tea kettle, and a console table or desk to provide a workspace for our laptops.

Their customer service is second to none and they truly care about your stay! This year’s home was amazing and just as we expected. Looking forward to renting again in 2025!

The owner takes pride in maintaining his property, and it shows. The location is perfect, mid Cape, so easy to travel to the other parts of the Cape. A grocery store is nearby, as well as, a CVS, shops, and restaurants. For a special dinner, The Ocean House and The Rooftop at Pelham on Main are recommended. The staff at Martha Murray Vacation Rentals is always available for any concerns. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay at this property!

We like the layout of the house and that it has central A/C. We hope to be able to rent this property in the future.
