This Anna Maria home is a great place to spend your island time! Spread out in the living area that includes a 65' flatscreen TV and Blu-ray player with Netflix and Hulu Plus (you will need your own login). This vacation rental is nicely-equipped with everything from kitchen utensils to pool and beach necessities. The pool area invites you in for a true island living experience. Start your mornings off with coffee in the covered sitting area. Relax by the pool, take a soothing swim (heat available upon request), and enjoy the therapeutic jets in the pool itself. There is also an area ideal for summertime cookouts thanks to the provided gas grill.
Walk to Pine Avenue where you will find small locally-owned coffee shops, restaurants, clothing boutiques, an olive oil outpost, and a donut shop. There are several beach access points nearby with the closest at the end of Gladiolus Street. Just follow the road and you will find yourself on the area's famous white sand beaches. This house is also located just one short block from Tampa Bay where you will find a playground and barbecue pavilions along with the Rod 'n Reel Pier. Enjoy sunrises over the bay, go fishing (no license is required), or dine at the Pier restaurant.
THINGS TO KNOW
Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for $22 per day plus tax. A 24 hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees.
We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Although the house is a bit older and may not look as fancy as other ones in AMI area, it has everything you need and is very comfortable. The large private swimming pool is great to swim in even at night or early morning. And the house is very close to the beach (2 minutes walk), where we could swim and even watch dolphins almost every day.
The Vacasa staff is very friendly and helpful. We needed them two times during our three weeks stay (one time the pool pump strainer was clogged and required cleaning, the other time the gas bottle for the barbecue grill was empty and had to be replaced) - and they fixed it within a few hours.
All in all I highly recommend the place due to its specific location in the old (and niciest) part of AMI - if you tolerate that it is a bit older and not „super-fancy“.

This house had all that we needed, beds were very comfortable, having a third shower outside was also convenient. The pool was pretty dirty and a few amenities could be upgraded

We really enjoyed our stay here. Location is very convenient to main street, piers, ice cream and beaches. Super clean, comfortable beds, huge washer and dryer, nice kitchen. Thank you for a great trip!

We had a great stay here during our Spring break. The property is well suited to a family. There is a lot of space and the backyard with the pool and deck area is fantastic. The pool has different steps and ledges which added to the fun with the kids. The place is dated, but comfortable. The kitchen is small but has more than everything you need. Our only complaint was that the pool company came to clean on Friday after at 2pm on our last full day. We couldn't swim for 3 hrs, which was frustrating. It would have been appreciated to have a heads up for when the pool would receive the maintenance so we could plan around.
Being close to the Rod n' Reel pier was great, as well as to the local stores just a few blocks away. We had brought and rented bikes which made getting anywhere quick and easy. The walk to the main beach is a hike - about 1km or 10 min, but we had brought a wagon to pull our stuff back and forth.

I have rented on the island for approximately 20+ years and I have never been to a property this unsanitary. There was a lot of black mold/mildew in the 1st floor bathroom and mildew smell in garage that is attached to one of the bedrooms. There was no mini blind in the 1st floor bedroom, which we found broken and in the closet. Upstairs had a strong urine odor, smelled like humans not pet odor.
Vacasa was very responsive to remedy the broken mini blind. However, even after the repairman tried to "clean" the mold/mildew it looked and smelled the same the remainder of our stay.
If anyone has any respiratory or health issues, I highly recommend not renting this place. I'm just glad we did not have children with us this trip!

Great location...3 min walk to the beach park then a couple blocks to bean point beach. Amazing snorkling!! House was great for our family plenty of room to spread out or gather together. Long couch and chairs played games at night. Grilled out by pool. Wonderful place!! Beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, floats and toys!

The house has a weird floor plan. The main door is back by the pool and has an ear splitting child alarm on it. I can understand the need for it when there are children in the house but not 6-adults. No bypass or work around it was found. The main bedroom is on the ground floor. (I assume it is the MBR since it is the only one with an en-suite.) There is also no closet in the MBR. It is attached to the garage and you must walk thru it to get to the garage. The kitchen is unsightly with trashy looking painted cabinets. No little luxuries like throws on the couch or a welcome basket. Just hard to believe it was worth what we paid for the week.

We enjoyed quiet relaxing evenings poolside. The pool was our favorite spot for our toddler. It had a nice ledge that was perfect for her to play on while still in the water but not too deep. Good location to amenities as well. Extra bed pads that are kept in the closets can be used for additional sleeping.

We loved Beach to Bay Getaway!! The beds were comfortable, the property was clean, there was tons of outdoor seating and shade. The pool was everything we could have wanted. I wish there was a dish drying rack or some kitchen towels, but that’s my only complaint. It was close enough to walk, or a short drive if needed. Don’t let the reviews of the door alarm deter you, it’s as simple as pressing a button. The safety reassurance it provided with a 3 year old was worth the few times we set it off :)

The location and layout was great. There were a few issues though. Starting with the chirping and alarms going off every time we went out the front door and not being able to resolve the whole time. We had to press the reset button and hold it every time we went out the door so it didn’t wake the whole neighborhood. The pool was very dirty when we arrived and we lost a couple days of pool time until the pool company came to clean it. That’s the main reason we picked this property. The wifi never worked and kept kicking us off. The light bulbs burned out in the kitchen and two burners weren’t working on the stove so it wasn’t functional at all. The TV remotes barely worked so we never got to enjoy the downstairs TV either. The location and pool, once we got to use it, was great and we mostly spent all of our time outside.

We really enjoyed staying in “Beach to Bay Getaway”. Everything was clean when we arrived and there was a lot of space for the whole family. The kids really loved the pool, where they spent a lot of the time. Nice and quiet location not far from a local beach.

This was a lovely home, that suited my family's need perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs. We found the house clean and comfortable. And the pool area was awesome! It's very close to the bay ( 2 min walk)... but if you are looking for beach time you might have to jump in the car and head 5-10 minutes down the road. All in all, we loved the property and would consider booking again in the future.

The pool was amazing! The kitchen had all the utensils we needed to cook and the grill was a plus. The sofa was nice and big and the tv had Netflix and Disney we could log in for our kids! The walk to the beach is 4 min. but it is not the big beach with a lot of sand, that beach we had to drive to get to but less than 5 min. drive.
The downstairs master bedroom doesn’t cool down very good. It stayed about 78degrees while upstairs we had at 70. Some outlets didn’t work in the bedrooms.

This home was spacious enough where we weren’t on top of each other. There are stairs but not an issue for us. Just down the road from the beautiful Bean Point and the fishing pier as well. Beautiful and quiet back yard. Just one question though… why a heated pool in Florida in the summer??? Felt good at night though. Loved it and would definitely book again!

Heaven on the island
This property offered the best of ALL worlds. Super clean, spacious and encompassed that beachy and cozy vibe we were looking for. The beds were comfy and the grounds were immaculate. We were able to get in the private pool and within minutes be on the beach. I wish our schedule allowed us to stay longer. We will definitely be going back!!!

Perfect for our family vacation
The house was great for our family. We loved the pool, proximity to the beach (~8 min walk), beach gear provided, and comfy living spaces. Its also close to the Pine Ave (~12 min walk) for shopping and restaurants. The layout of the house is quirky and the kitchen is small, but we didn’t mind it. The pool is a nice size and had nice chairs & tables to sit out there comfortably. They provided several board games and beach chairs, toys & a wagon. Salt, pepper & coffee filters would have been nice to have there, but they weren’t. We would definitely come back to this house!

Overall great house and location
This is one of the cleanest rental we have ever stayed at. Most beach rental the floors have a little sandy residue but not this one. Only thing I could say that is kind of a negative is the kitchen is small. There are so many rooms so would be wonderful for a large family but not if you want to do a lot of cooking. We did not plan on cooking much so was perfect for us. The pool area was great!!!!

Love the location and backyard!
We recently rented this house for a 3 night trip and ended up extending another night. Great living room and backyard, felt like the 7 of us had plenty of room. Beds upstairs very comfy, kids room was great for kids but queen bed downstairs was not as comfortable. Kitchen was on the smaller side but it was perfect for our needs. We loved the location, so much to do within walking/biking distance. The only problem we had was the pool was dirty on arrival but the local Vacasa rep was quick to have the pool service come out and comp’ed us money back for the time we couldn’t use the pool. All and all we absolutely loved AMI, enjoyed the house and would definitely rent it again.

Relaxin after a week of Disney!
We came over for 3 nights after a busy week at Disney. Beach everyday! Came back to the pool in the afternoon and then cooked dinner! Bean point is beautiful! Bayfront park is calm and shaded! Great dinner at Rod and Reel! Fantastic finish to Disney trip.

Well equipped kitchen. Really nice pool. Entrance to the home with an alarm that went off every time you went out. Incredibly annoying. Bottom bedrooms difficult to cool, and the one right off the garage. Worst issue was the large half dead rat who showed up on the property. The rat crawled to the only entry to the house, and proceeded to lay there dying . Awful

Very nice house a few blocks from Pine Street and the pier on the north end of Anna Maria Island. Clean, well-maintained, plenty of glasses and pans. Nice pool area. Downstairs rooms were a bit warm.

The pool and bedrooms were great. the location awesome. The layout of the home is weird. The alarm on the door is annoying, but safe. Clean. I left a robe and never heard back from the agency tho. I called and emailed.
