Amazing tranquility in a convenient location

The view from our villa over the rice fields was spectacular. We also had our own pool that helped us keep cool.

There are some minor details that have been overlooked and if added would take this property to the next level. They need to provide pool towels. Have poolside loungers would be great. Restocking of minibar every day needs to be done.

Idyllisch in den Reisterassen

Die Räume waren sehr sauber, das Frühstück unglaublich lecker und die Mitarbeiter sehr fleissig und freundlich! Es war eine Oase in der Nähe zu Ubud, mit dem Roller ca 15min Fahrt. Absolut empfehlenswert, da man in den Reisterassen völlig seine Ruhe hatte und abschalten konnte. Sehr gutes Essen, der Transport vom Flughafen war preislich top und sehr kompetent (obwohl er fast 2 Stunden warten musste da ein Gepäckstücke verloren ging). Edo war ein klasse Fahrer für uns! Deutlich ruhiger als alle Hotels direkt bei Ubud. Das Frühstück am Pool, der Pool selbst und die Lage zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten (Tegalalang Reisterassen, Ubud, Manuaba Waterfall und mehr) waren Higlights für uns. Wir würden es jederzeit empfehlen und wiederkommen!

Ein Bauer hinter dem Komplex verbrennt fast durchgängig Holz/Sachen, je nach Windrichtung stank es zwischendurch etwas. Nachts durch Frösche und Zikaden etwas lauter manchmal.

Fantastisch, prachtig uitzicht!

De ligging is rustig en prachtig tussen de Tegalalang rijstterrassen. De kamer is fantastisch! Met uitzicht op de rijstvelden en op het zwembad. Iedere ochtend werd het ontbijt naar onze kamer gebracht zodat we van het uitzocht konden genieten. De menukaart wordt steeds uitgebreider en het eten is erg lekker. Het personeel is super vriendelijk, als je vragen hebt gaan zij met een glimlach voor je aan de slag! Er is een drop-off en pick-up service naar het centrum van Ubud. Wij waren het eens dat dit de beste overnachtingen voor ons waren in Bali! Wij kunnen deze locatie aanbevelen voor iedereen die tussen de rijstvelden wil verblijven en van luxe en service wilt genieten!

Er was niks wat ons niet beviel.

Relaxen auf Bali mit Kind.

Wir waren mit unserer Tochter Anfang Mai 2024 in der Kayangan Villa. Es war hervorragend. Die Villa ist abgeschieden. Es ist sehr ruhig. Keine Touristenmassen (in Vergleich zu Nusa Dua), sondern eine sehr freundliche entspannte Atmosphäre. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück wurde vorzugsweise am Zimmer serviert. Die Qualität der Speisen und Getränke war sehr gut. Unsere Tochter hat sich in die beiden Katzen und die Hunde des Hauses verguckt. Sie war begeistert und wollte nicht weg. Leckerlies für die liebevollen Tiere gab es an der Rezeption. Die Zimmer sind klimatisiert, sauber und mit dem zwei Meter breiten Bett hatten wir auch genug Platz. Ein Kinder/Beistelbett wurde nicht angeboten. Frische Früchte (Bananen, Mangostein, Stinkefrüchte, Kokosnüsse) gab es für 15k Rp von den Einheimischen, die auf den Reisfeldern waren. Das ganze nicht aufdringlich, sindern sehr respektvoll und nicht störend. Preise im Restaurant oder auch die Minibar sind gut. 15k Rp Wasser 0,5l , 35k Rp Bier, 100k Rp Pizza Hawaii. Empfehlenswert ist ein Scooter, mit dem man auch die naheliegenden Sehenswürdigkeiten oder Einkaufsmöglichkeit erreichen kann. Zu dritt auf dem Zweirad ist keine Seltenheit auf Bali und wurde von der Polizei nicht mal wahrgenommen. Kinderhelme gibt es auch. Ein leistungsstarkes Modell wie PCX oder NMax sind zu bevorzugen.

Wir haben für 2 Erwachsene und ein Kind gebucht. Das Frühstück gabs für die Erwachsenen. Für das Kind haben wir ein extra Frühstück für 75k Rp (4,28 €) genommen, nicht schön aber verkraftbar. Der Rest war super.

Hotel magnifique à 20min du centre d Ubud

Personnel très serviable, particulièrement Brandan qui nous a emmenés lui même dans le centre de Ubud. Petit déjeuner et dîner au top ! Rien à dire c était parfait !

C'était parfait ❤️

Le personnel, Eka et la jeune fille qui nous a accueilli avec un sourire magnifique en particulier. La propreté du logement et des extérieurs. La beauté des extérieurs très bien entretenus. La vue a coupé le souffle sur les rizières et la piscine. Le calme tout en rejoignant Ubud en 20 min en scooter. La disponibilité du personnel à tout heure et la ponctualité. Tout était parfait, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

L'utilisation du bar de la piscine serait un plus ☺️

Beautiful view of the rice fields

The view of the rice fields was phenomenal. The room was clean and well equipped with a great view of the fields and the pool.

Limited food menu. Neighbors had a large gecko in the bedroom.

What a precious cozy jem of a place! I loved everything about it! ❤️ 😍 Unpretentious and laid back, rice fields everywhere, which you can explore at any time, unbothered. Peace and quiet. The villa I stayed in was comfy, spacious, great light, well maintained, with a stunning view of the rice terraces. Staff was great as well, food was yum. Got the chance to meet the owner Alex and Stef and they're super friendly and lovely to chat with! Recommend it wholeheartedly! 🙏

This was a lovely stay for us. Beautiful villa in the middle of the jungle area. The staff were super nice and helpful. The location can be tricky but close to everything popular in Ubud. Would defo recommend this to everyone

Peace & tranquillity

The staff were so friendly and went above & beyond for us. One of our travel companions injured his leg and the staff were very helpful in communicating with doctors, the hospital, etc. It made the situation a little more bearable. Although it is in a remote area, we were aware of this prior to booking. We loved the environment and they offer a free shuttle each day. Morning walks around the rice paddies and local village were a highlight of our time at Kayangan Villas

Would highly recommend this and it’s value for money.

Breakfast by the pool was available. The staffs’ services were amazing in general. The bed was comfy also.

The wooden floor in the rooms can be a little slippery so please be careful. Also, the location of the villa is slightly further away from Ubud town but the fresh air and peace compensated for it.

The surroundings are just amazing, very authentic and a nice place to disconnect from the routine and stressful life in the city, there are a few non-touristic and beautiful places to visit around. The breakfast was very good and generous. They have daily free transportation to Ubud center, that is around 25 minutes away by car. The staff was very helpful and kind. We would recommend and love to come back.
