Great views, amazing service and luxurious. Definitely check it out, you will not be dissapointed.

It is a beautiful property. The experience was superb. We stayed here for one night after our wedding, and we wish we had stayed here at least another night. Really beautiful. Definitely recommend.

The best of both worlds

I am writing this review after three nights staying in these amazing villas, one more night to go before we move to another part on the island but will be very sad to leave such a beautiful place and people. So where to start, location, this is a remote location however DO NOT let this put you off at all. You get the best of both worlds by having a zen like rural beautiful tropical location with traditional villas loaded with luxury and private pool, super clean, outdoor bathroom, every mod con going, super attentive staff that go over & above every time you meet. They lay on a regular free return shuttle service into Ubud central and an on demand free shuttle service to the sister cafe/ bar with pool 'TIS' in the popular rice terrace area. Just ask the team to arrange for a driver to take you down and whats app them when your ready to go back, it's fantastic service! The villa, its brilliant, spacious, secluded, furnished to a very high standard, fridge, turn down service, cleaned every day, free fast WiFi, smart TV with Netflix subscription, safe, ample wardrobe space, robe and slippers, outdoor bathroom with the best rainfall shower ever. A massive outdoor bath, posh sunbeds with mattresses, a private pool and outside table & chairs. Loads of plug sockets, aircon, hairdryer, towels and beach towels, wireless speaker, mood lighting , outdoor lighting, vanity kits and toothbrushes, who does that!!! Basically it's top tier luxury in a traditional setting ( all based on our villa, number 1). The staff, well they are on another level for customer service, each and everyone will bend over backwards for you, they are always checking that everything is okay and to your liking and have the biggest smiles. They clean the rooms at a time that you are happy with, they bring room service and advise on places to go and how to get there.

Relax lontano da Ubud

Per chi vuole godere di tranquillità, Nau è il posto ideale. La colazione molto buona e sostanziosa e Si può ricevere direttamente in villa. Lo staff molto disponibile in tutto. C’è uno shuttle gratuito tre volte al giorno che porta d Ubud centro.

Rimane a 30 - 40 minuti da Ubud centro. Potrebbero essere dedicate più accortezze alla camera, come togliere i cuscini da fuori la sera per non trovarli bagnati il giorno dopo vista l’alta percentuale delle piogge in questo periodo. La vasca molto bella ma non funzionava la doccia e il lavandino non scaricava acqua. Nel complesso vale la pena!

Calming, relaxing and beautiful!

- the location: it’s exactly what we wanted. Quiet, calming with beautiful green scenery. You can take their free shuttle into Ubud at certain times or they offer free transport to the rice fields at any time. Otherwise, you can pay to get driven to and from Ubud outside of the free shuttle times. - the breakfast: delicious, filling, full of variety. We loved dining up near reception to get a beautiful view but you can also opt to have your breakfast delivered to your villa - the bed: it’s very comfortable! You can’t even feel the person next to you get out of bed. - the staff: their all wonderful, friendly, kind and helpful. Thank you!

Its very minor. It would be nice to see every activity that the villa offers. We saw people doing a yoga class but couldn’t see a list of where this was offered and for how much. Maybe having this in each villa would be helpful. We could only find information on massage treatments in the Villa. Also we had only one day bed next to our pool for two people.

Amazing location.

The location is excellent, offering easy access to nearby attractions. The villas have a pleasant layout and are well-maintained. The service provided was exceptional, and the breakfast offered was of high quality.

Perhaps the only minor issue was that Villa 1 was a bit noisy, but it wasn't a significant problem.

Thé villa was amazing. Thé location was peaceful and quiet. Thé service was great. I highly recommend thé romantic dinner. It was a magical expérience for me and my fiancée.

It was an amazing stay in Nau Villa Ubud. The staff is extremely friendly, and they do their best to help us. The breakfast is very good and you get to choose from a menu which changes nearly each day. Even though the villa itself is a bit far from Ubud, the hotel has a free shuttle service on 10am, 3pm and 8pm to the center or Ubud (otherwise the trip would cost around 160k Rp by grab) The private swimmingpool is amazing, having a great view on rice fields

The kind and caring staff. Very friendly and smiley. All the food was delicious and nothing was every too much trouble for the staff.

The room was beautiful. The pool and the outdoor shower was amazing. The food was very tasty. The alcohol was nice, they didn’t water it down. The prices for food and alcohol was great. The flower pool and bath pricing was good. It look really beautiful

AMAZING hotel I would definitely recommend it for everyone

Everything. One of the best if not THE best hotel I’ve stayed. Hospitable, friendly, and very helpful staff. Amazing room with a lot of amenities and a lot of activities. AMAZING food for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Free tea cake hour. Cooking class, massage treatments and private pool for every room. It was amazing. I would really like to thank the staff for the great experience of staying in that hotel and I would definitely recommend it for everyone.

In total we really appreciatet the stay here and the services and would definitely reccommend this hotel.

We especially liked the tropical garden and the delicious breakfast at the pool. The staff was also very friendly.

The toilet was unfortunately a little bit broken and did not flush properly and the sheets were a little bit dirty when we arrived.

It was in an excellent location. The villa was very beautiful. Staff were excellent and very helpful. It was a wonderful 2 days spent amongst the nature. Breakfast spread was amazing and the room with an open bathroom, shower amidst nature was excellent. Private pool was also very entertaining overlooking the rice Field. Special accolades for the staff- Dayu Yogi Tiwi Suarnata Pardi Made Bandul

Choose your time of visit as we did not get the rice field view that was expected when we booked the place, as they had been harvested a few days back and thus saw only barren land.

This place is Fantastic, everything about it is great. The location Is secluded and surrounded by nature and wildlife which makes it good. The breakfast included was great along with the staff that made our stay so much better. They also supplied free transport via there shuttle bus which was super helpful, I can’t recommend this place enough 10/10

One of the best places I have ever stayed.

Hospitality from the staff was exceptional. Very well trained. Was very easy to relax there, the place was designed with great thought and was easy to unwind and recharge the 'batteries' there.

Friendly, helpful and attentive staffs. Suitable for people who love nature. Not much restaurant nearby, however the in-house restaurant serves good food. Do check with staff on the free shuttle services. They provides shuttle service to Tis Cafe near Tegalalang.
