Everything was perfect! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and have big family dinners. It was decorated beautifully. The location was great, didn’t need a car to get anywhere. The rental company was very helpful and responsive. Will definitely be back! The next door neighbor was a little fussy.

The pool is so relaxing, we thought the waterfall was a tad loud, (maybe thats just us) oh and watch your head if your an adult going down the waterslide, I think its mainly meant for the kiddos, just sayin'...
Located literally steps from Sunset Point beach, delicious restaurants and shopping.
We all had a wonderful time and did not want to leave!
Also, the couple next door are permanent residents, they are very, very nice, awesome folks. If you stay here please be respectful of them, they've seen a lot of change and development around them and deserve to live peacefully whilst y'all enjoy your vacations.

It was an amazing, family friendly house. The layout and amenities along with the proximity to the beach are second to none. The only issue was a toilet that “ran” constantly in the 1st bedroom. That was a minor nuisance.

This was an unexpected fabulous find. We decided last minute to do spring break in siesta key. Found this property. It was truly as described. Clean, well-maintained, fantastic location. We were right in between the village and the beach and could be at either in three minutes. My two daughters, 18 and 21 and their two friends, loved it. I did too. I would stay there again in a minute.

Gorgeous home in super convenient location. Easily able to accommodate many people with the 6 bedrooms (multiple beds in some) and 6 bathrooms! Plenty of great activities and restaurants only a short walk away.
Unfortunately the water heater was not functioning on our first night, but the issue was addressed and resolved quickly the next morning.
The doors have an very loud alarm that triggers anytime a person enters the house, so a warning about that in the booking listing would have been nice.
Overall, highly recommended property. Would definitely stay again.

We loved this home, it was space planned really well for our family of 11. Everyone had their own space and bathroom, which is a plus, then can gather together in the open floor plan Living/dining/kitchen areas as well. Only a short walk to the beach and there were two wagons and beach chairs/coolers you could use. The pool and water slide was a favorite amongst the kids and there were plenty of water/beach toys in the deck boxes. Everything was impeccably clean, even the outdoor grill. We really loved this place and would book again for next year.
A few things to keep in mind before your travels:
- Pack your bug sprays and citronella candles, at dusk the mosquitos will eat you alive.
- Adhere to the noise ordinance, the neighbor that lives next door will so kindly remind you. Even if it’s just the kids playing in the pool after 10. This was the only downside.
- The back room with the white full/full bunk beds does not have a closet, only the storage armoire/chest shown in photos.
We wished there was more seating in the living room, maybe another sofa would be nice. Family movie night was a little tough to squeeze together in on one sofa and three chairs.

BEAUTIFUL HOUSE, HORRIBLE NEIGHBORS
I loved the house THERE IS NOTHING i would complain about house, the people would come as soon as i had trouble GREAT SERVICE, but the only downfall is that neighbor on your left is a residence and thet would always tell us to shutup and be rude especially to the kids. I feel like for what we payed we would like to enjoy our vacation and these people kept ruining it for us. BUT like I said I LOVED THE HOUSE just not the neighbors. I recommend to come to this location if you party won’t make to much noise.

Home is in a great location, very nice accommodation. My only suggestion would be to have a way to blow off outside areas ourselves (sand cleanup)and a way for us to clean up the floors Inside (sand tracked in) home is to nice and If I were the owner would definitely want it well taken care of

Just Incredible
This property looks small from the street but WOW is it terrific. Each bedroom and bath were amply sized and the TVs in each bedroom gave everyone an opportunity out for alone time. The pool/spa/slide is attractive and we spent a lot of time enjoying the facilities. We were all able to gather for dinner and there’s plenty of lounging space in the living area and outside. The property is a very easy walk to both the beach and the village and the wheeled cart allows easy transport of chairs, cooler etc to the beach. There was virtually nothing missing from the property. Unfortunately the grill was not working for the entire week we were there, and while we would have liked to grill out, it wasn’t a deal breaker. WHAT A WONDERFUL HOUSE AND A WONDERFUL STAY. I can’t rave enough.

Great Spot for a Bachelorette!
Stayed here for a bachelorette celebration! The house was very cute and clean. Comfortable living quarters and loved that every room had its own bathroom! Walking distance to beach and Siesta Key Village, which has many cute bars and restaurants. My group loved that we could walk everywhere and save $$$ on ubers. The staff was very responsive and helpful!

Family Reunion
We had to put together a family reunion at the last minute, and thankfully we were able to rent the property on Siesta Key. The property and location was perfect, with access to the onsite pool, as well as walking distance to the beach and downtown restaurants. We only had one small miscommunication with the access code, but the emergency number we called was very responsive to our needs. This turned out to be a perfect spot for our entire family.

Fun for all!
The house was very nice. Updated and clean. Living space is small, but we were never inside. It was perfect for 3 families, 6 adults and 7 children. Location is great. 2 mins to beach and 2 mins to town. Our only complaint was the riff-raff riding up and down the street in their loaded trucks, loud music and flags with profanity on them...not what we wanted for our young kids to see. Also, the next door neighbor yelled profanity at our children and threatened to call the cops one night if they didn’t quiet down. It was 10:02 when this happened...2 mins past quiet hours. It would have been far more appropriate for them to come and speak to the adults. The property manage was amazing! Very responsive to our few needs. I don’t think we would return to this house, but it was great for our week away.

The house was absolutely amazing. It came with everything we needed, plenty of towels, beach supplies, cooking supplies, etc. The pool and outdoor space made the whole trip! Location couldnt be better, one direction is a short walk to the beach and the other is a short walk to restaurants and shops. My only complaint is the neighbors. They complained several times about the noise in the middle of the day WELL BEFORE quiet hours. So if your group has a hard time being quiet, I suggest you stay somewhere else. Other than that, our stay was perfect!

Beautiful home
Lovely home with pool. Fun for all the kids. Very close to the beach and to a local market. Only downfall was having issues at check in. We had the incorrect code and took a little bit to actually get inside the home. But communication was amazing with property management. Very prompt replies. Also did not like the fact that there were a million ants in the kitchen. Overall the stay was enjoyable and very fun. Will most likely be coming back again!

Plenty of sleeping space - pool looked much bigger in pictures
We had a great experience but seemed over price as the pictures looked Bigger than they really were, especially of the pool and outdoor spaces. Beds were big and comfortable and it was nice to have bathrooms in every room. Overall, good location (2 blocks to beach) but overpriced

We rent in Florida all the time, have for years. We’ve stayed in the cocoa beach area, Orlando/ Kissimmee area, all over. We have never seen a property quite like this. You get more than you expect to get with this property.
Location is amazing, pool was also maintained and warm during our cooler weather days, the property manager is KILLER! We left a bag behind and she got it mailed to us the very next day!
I have rented places before and you get there and pictures don’t do it justice, the heat doesn’t work on hot tub, always having to call and ask questions to get things fixed. —NOT THIS PLACE.
The pictures represent it well, the hot tub is extremely warm, and everything was self explanatory and everything worked.
Not a single complaint or issue!
I tried to re- book for March spring break and it isn’t available, the neighbor guy came over 2x to have us turn our music down during non quiet hours (around 2pm or so) and it was even good music!
Those would be my only issues if i had any, but this property is wonderful!

Such a beautiful property! Convenient to beach and Siesta Village. So much to do. Great bedrooms and all had bathroom. Pool was amazing with slide and jacuzzi. Ample seating indoors and outside. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION
I need to start with Dana and the responsiveness. All emails were handled almost immediately. Example. We were going to use the blended on a Sunday night. I emailed Dana and told her it's not a big deal but the one at the rental is broken. It was replaced delivered in person immediately. There were 14 of us. Ages 11 through 67, inclusive of 5 teenagers. We had a fantastic time in the pool. The beach is one minute away and isn't crowded like the main beaches are. The shops, grocery store, and restaurants are a block away, heading in the opposite direction. The activities and tours are close by too. The only recommendation that we can make is to purchase a large crock pot to make a meal and then spend time at the beach or in the pool. Thank you for a great week of family time.
